If I could give this place a 0 I would. I live in seguin and just absolutely hate this place. Everytime I order a taco I have to take it back in to get fixed. Today they had potatoes with chorizo. It was supposed to have chorizo in it at least. The whole pan inside the store is the same as my taco. All potatoes with a few tiny tiny pieces of chorizo. On a different note. Theyre always out of Copenhagen. Theres usually only 1 person working the register so there is always a long time. Last but not least they never ever have change. You lose more money going to this store

Good help must be hard to come by for Stripes during this Corona virus. I went in for a couple tacos and a tea. One lady in the food area was texting on her phone and going back to making tortillas without changing gloves. The other was too busy talking and giggle with another employee to make food and got insulted when I asked her for my order. I was clearly interrupting her. Another employee entered and mentioned the CDC guidelines and the already perturbed one was more perturbed by this. Made a rude comment and he left without ordering. Sad.

Went in to get lunch and credit card machine would not work. Cashier was no help. She just kept telling me I need to follow the directions on the reader, which I was. Her response was I need to get a card that works. Problem with that was it worked fine on the gas dispenser out front I had just used to fill up with. Seems since 7-11 bought them out service left with the Susser brothers.

There is an old white lady that took our order she was very rude and made ugly faces the entire time when my wife said she wanted something. It seemed to bother her when I asked questions. When we asked for 2 potato and egg tacos she said we only have enough for 1 I asked when they would make more she said not right now. Also there was a fat Hispanic guy making tacos and he also shared the same attitude. Not only was the service bad and the food was cold but they also got our order wrong and charged us for 6 tacos instead of 4. I was already so frustrated I just went along with it and left. Never will I ever stop at this location for food nor gas or anything.

This place is notorious for running out of fountain drinks, cups, supplies, etc., and for refilling some of the fountains with the wrong drink. This can be dangerous to refill diet drinks with full sugar drinks, because some folks cant have sugar! Just label things correctly. We drop by several times a week and have done so since its been open....this hasnt improved. For the most part, the store is clean, as are the restrooms. Some of the ladies in the store are rude, but most are friendly.

I ordered nachos but the queso was out so I said ok that’s fine, then they offered me two tacos instead, but when we left we figured out that there was only one taco, so we paid $5 for one taco, way to go Laredo’s

This location started out really nice when brand-new, but has steadily declined over the last year. Just found out tonight (02-28-2018) that 7-11 has bought out Stripes, and as of this review, is no longer offering Sunoco discount when using Sunoco Rewards gas card. I knew something was amiss when I started seeing more and more gas pumps with yellow plastic out of order bags over pump handles. Such a shame, from a great start to end up becoming a poorly-maintained facility.

Pumps are terrible. Declined both of my credit cards today, went down the road to a Valero and my card worked fine. Also, I saw others at the Stripes going from pump to pump because theirs didnt seem to be working either. This is really a bad name to get as a new gas station. Would NOT recommend.

The tacos were very greasey. Took over 25 minutes to get two fajita burritos. I am hoping the speed and quality was due to the new staff and hopefully they get the issue corrected.

I saw the reviews and decided to come check this place out myself. I thought that there was no way this place could be as bad as the reviews claimed. Boy was I mistaken. The food was room temp, maybe a little warmer but not by much, the tortillas were old, the beans were dried. Almost lunch time and the place was literally empty, except for the employees.Contrasted to the LTC in Refugio where there were probably 30 people waiting patiently to place their order, this place is unbelievable. It’s almost impossible to process that this is the same company.Summary: The previous reviews were seriously accurate regarding the poor food quality and lack of effort to provide a decent meal. These were the worst tacos I’ve ever had.This place needs new Managment.Btw, the chicken and other fried foods that are in the self serve food warmer, are equally aggressively disgusting!!!

The ladies where u pay was very nice but where u get food the guy short Mexican and the lady that looks like guy was very ruud and disrespectful and made ruud remarks I said one and they kept running there mouths and made feel like Im a thief made me so mad on a Monday I hate ruud people

Nasty food. Dryest taco i have ever had. Seriously disappointed. Taco was dry, luke warm, and somehow took 15 minutes to make it. And something leads me to believe the meat isnt made often. Maybe it was cooked earlier this morning... but it tastes old and disgusting.

This is the worst restaurant weve ever been to... food cold, salsa bar empty, dirty dinning area, employees never changed gloves and as we were leaving saw a tall slender black man smoking and talking on the phone wearing food safety golves by far the worst run restaurant for being new.

For poor service and greasy food here is your place

The girl at the cash register was rude!!! Kept talking with another coworker and saying they got on my DAMN nerves. Bought 3 - 12 packs of Dr. Pepper, told her they were 3 for 8.99, she kept telling me it will come out to 11.90 with tax. Apparently not too bright either. If I could would give it a minus 2 stars.

Great staff to help you find what you need.

Food is not as good as in the Valley where Stripes stores first opened. Always a long wait, and Im always disappointed the few times I decide to get food there.

Certain gas pumps always decline my card and its annoying but others work

Manager Stephanie is a gossip, lazy, lets products go unfilled for months, rude to customers and employees, a true embarrassment to the Stripes company.
