The service has always been great and so have the storage units. I have rented here multiple times over the last several years whenever I needed temporary storage. They make it easy to get a unit right away and easy to end my lease when I no longer need it. Their storage units are about as nice as I have seen. Their U-Haul truck rental service has also been great every time that I have rented a truck.

These guys are very helpful and helped me out a ton. They got me in quick and i never had any problems accessing my storage unit.UHaul drop off was a breeze.

Parked my Utility trailer at a spot in the back for a couple months. Worked great and was less expensive than other place. Set up was quick and easy and access to the place great! Wish them all the best.

Eric has been great in helping us with our storage needs. Weve been dealing with him via phone and email since were in NM and hes been nothing but helpful! When we went down to store some of our stuff, he had even left us a couple of bottles of water! Wish all businesses had people like Eric.

I have stored here for several years and never had a problem with location, weather damage, or access to my units. The manager Eric and staff have always been available when needed, as well, very courteous and helpful.

I am really disappointed with management in this facility. They speak to you as if your no body and they own you. I had my unit broken into and for some reason with all the security video cameras in that place there was no video of the break-in to my unit. Even the police could not get a copy of the video. I lost alot of my things and all the management can do is talk down to me and threaten me about due payments.I was never given a case number from the management until about a week ago. This after my unit was broken into around 3 months ago and I was out if state.Another thing one has to remember is, no matter how safe or secured your unit is it isnt. Even the management told me that. She said that even if you have a unit indoors it is not secured and can be broken into at any time.So whats the use with all those video cameras if they dont work or for some reason the footage is not there because according to management the robbers are to smart and know how to avoid all those cameras!!!Just saying.

Manager on site was very informative. Answered all of our questions and showed us the property. Very clean.

Green Light storage is great. They are so conveniently located and the facility is kept really clean. The people there are very friendly and helpful as well. They make it easy to pay your bill online and they do email invoicing so it’s simple to just click through the email and pay the bill. If I need temporary storage again, I will definitely be using Green Light. They also have quite a few items available on site that you might need for packing and or moving, making it a convenient one stop shop too.

I only needed it for one month and that’s all my lease had to be. They communicate well, and are eager to help and make sure you have what you need. And it was a quick process to get started.

I HIGHLY recommend this place!!! Eric went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. He took so much of the stress out of my move by being knowledgeable about availability and pricing, calling around to find out if another location could accommodate my pick up time, showing up early so that I could pick up when I needed to, and even having the truck running and the cab warmed up when I arrived on a cold morning. You will not find better customer service anywhere!!!

Great service. It was past closing time and we really needed a truck. I called and Eric happened to still be there. He was willing to stay and wait for me to get me the truck I needed. Without that, our project would have been severely delayed! Once there he was extremely courteous and thorough. Thanks Eric!!

We have had our unit for over 2 years. The facilities are always clean and well kept. It is fenced, well lighted and secure. We have never had any problems.Eric is very helpful and even on moving out he helped with all my moving needs.

Coming back to Texas in over 30 yrs was a huge move for us. Luckily Greenlight Storage was there to help us out until we could get settled in our new home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable and the facility was clean, secured and maintained. Great centralized location also. They even have Uhauls if you cant manage in your own vehicle. Would rent again if there is ever a need.

Weve had the pleasure of doing business with Eric Banter for over 4 years. Eric has been a wonderful asset for us when weve needed 3 different storage units. I would highly recomend their services to anyone because of their great customer service, knowledge and they are very efficient!

The most convenient storage facility in Seguin. The new climate controlled storage units are clean and easy to move in to. I also noticed surveillance cameras throughout the property both inside and outside of the gate.

Its most accessible and best priced for the area. New 🚚 and not bad for cost.

I paid $200 a month for 2 climate control units and had mice/rat poop all over my unit. Ruined a lot of pictures and such. Thats a lot of money to protect my stuff for it to get ruined! Not satisfied...and would not recommend it!
