My kids favorite store. This store is always well stocked with latest games

Super nice employees there and it is always stocked with the latest news of newly released games and also a lot of games that range in hundreds or thousands

If one has any question regarding gaming or tech, this is the place you want to go. By far the most informative group of employees Ive ever dealt with period. All together, the service is outstanding. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted politely, and asked what I could be helped with. All current sales and promotions were explained, making me fully aware of all the options and choices I had available to me. Staff was friendly, attentive and efficient without being obnoxious or creating the typical sales push vibe. Even when I was being offered deals, upgrades or add-ons- it never felt cliche or invasive. It just seemed as if I was being provided with more information and options. It was actually done so well, that I need up upgrading my Rewards membership. Not because he gave me a good line of B.S, but because he explained the logic and benefits of upgrading based on my needs. Not once did I feel pressured. All sales persons should be trained to approach theyre jobs in this manner. All in all, this particular GameStop is among the best. With the store being so small, high level of product availability and the level of knowledge in their field- it felt more like a boutique, rather than corporate store. Management should be praised and other GameStops should be up to par with the Selden store. Keep up the good work.

Gamestop is number one place for ripping off gamers. Terrible customer service.

Terrible experience. Woman was trading in every game system and game she ever owned and the only employee working thought it was a good idea to make a line of 7 people wait while he checked every single thing. Customer even suggested helping everyone else first and employee said no. I waited on line for about 10 min and walked out. Didnt help that the guy behind me reeked of weed either. Will never go there again... I just needed a simple gift card. Went to Setauket store and was out in 5 min.

Nice staff when Ive visited. Helpful, went out of their way once to clean up something second-hand that I was purchasing. Regional Manager was there at the time and was kind and helpful to customers and staff.

Staff was pleasant but unfortunately sold me a refurbished controller that is defective. It has the standard wear and tear issue of the analog sticks wandering and also loses connectivity. Unplayable

Know how much a game is really worth, or make the mistake I did and buy a used game for $50 only to find out (after I couldnt return it) that it was MUCH cheaper. Its as if they dont mark down their prices, leaving a trap for their customers. Miller Place Gamestop is informative and better stocked and updated- take the extra time and go there.

Honestly bad to be honest I called them up to ask them about marvel legends and they said it was buy 1 get 1 free. I got emails and all that stuff. So when I called they said yea we have it. I go there no marvel legends and when there was one it was in bad condition and Im the store there was nothing but -1 get 1 free no joke li

I had to put my star a 1 this time. They irresponsibly got rid of my Deluxe Edition of Marvels Avengers Physical Copy. I went to pick it up that friday, they sold my copy which had a reserve on it that Wednesday it was released. They made a excuse where corporate undershiped the pre orders, when in fact they sold my reserve copy. In terms of service it says for pre orders are held in 72 hours. I will not shop or pre order from this gamestop again. They said call me when more physical preorder of the deluxe would come in, which never happened. If I wanted a digital which WAS OFFERED i wouldnt have made the time to make a preorder for a physical copy. Bottom line they messed up and couldnt give me a Physical copy of deluxe edition. Dont come here to preorder. This whole ordeal made me loose interest on picking something up that I really wanted. Only standard physical are available. I dont want digital because, digital version of games mess up.

Everyone in this place had such an attitude today, never again will I come here. Tried asking for help with something I purchased and this lady gave me a nasty response. So upset
