The young girl that works here is amazing. She does miracles ! let me tell you. I came in with my phone all broken and not functioning at all. She was still able to get all of my information back into my new phone. I mean no where else would be able to do what they can in this store. I loved the service and the deals as well. I mean I am so happy that I was able to get all of my information back! Come for her only, nobody else gives such care as she does. I mean she really knows what shes doing!

I honestly love this store. It is the only store in the area that always have solutions and answers to my questions. They provide the best customer service and I enjoy coming here. Recently I purchased a phone here and Im very satisfied with the service I received and the deals that were offered to me. No other store offered me such a great deal like they did. Most likely will be coming back for future purchases! I 100% recommend this store.

I called to ask how much the LG Stylo 4 was and was told they arent allowed to say over the phone. I questioned her about an ad that it was $239. but Metro was dropping it down to $179. with an instant rebate. I asked if she can at least confirm or if it was still that price and she hung up on me. This was 7/23/2019 at 5pm. Quite rude and I have been with Metro going on 4 years now. Very poor customer service. Funny thing though, 2 other Metro by T-Mobile stores did quote me the price... Thats a Negative Star, for this Location.

I did switched up the service from AT&T, and I had the best deal. The gentleman was explaining to me every single details. I was very impressed.

This is the worst company for hiring workers with no common sense or manners. I dont understand how you can open a store and let people with no clue how to sell or create long lasting customers. It was the worst customer service I have received. This woman, the one who was working 4/27/17 Had the nerve to kick me out of the store and tell me ok you can go we no longer need you after trying to sign me up for a family plan and attempting to activate a phone line without my consent. Disgusting way of speaking to people, hire a better face for your company. You lost 3 customers.

I went in today to add A NEW line and was told they do not offer a free phone whereas the advertising all over the store say otherwise. This is one of those bait n switch stores that offer one thing to get you in the store and try to give you something else.

Do not buy any accessories from this store! There is no return policy posted for non metro PCs products. Once you purchase them you can not return them even if its less than 24hrs! The store manager is nasty and rude! She does not care about good customer service!!!!!
