Honda on Selma was the best in the West.. They took great care of me

My 2018 CRV is the 4th car we’ve purchased from Selma Honda. Angel, in their service department, is an example of the professional, knowledgeable, friendly customer service that is regular treatment each time I’ve brought my vehicle in for service…it’s always been 5 stars+.

I recently purchased my vehicle here & have been getting it maintenanced . the service employees are very polite & always take great care or my vehicle . i recommend this place to everybody !

Best and honest price from this honda place. Ceasar and sir Richard helped us out with everything. They were nice, helpful and very professional. Recommended. Good service and would definitely come back.

Do not waste your time going here because they dont value your time. I saw a car online, dealt with Christina Z. All day, car was in stock. I drove an hour and half to come see the car and some guy that she passed me off to, tell me the car has been signed out just 45 min ago by service as a rental. I wasted time and gas to see this car. Shame on you Selma Honda for this terrible terrible customer service.

Josh gave outstanding customer service, this is the place to go to get your Honda service, believe me I know and I shop the valley for the best service I can get, during Covid 19 we all have be safe, when I step into the service department everyone is wearing their mask 😷, not like other places when you walk in they see you and put on their mask, Josh was very professional and his attention to detail was like I am speaking with the owner. So listen up San Joaquin Valley, come here first only if you want the best in service. Selma honda dealership is horrible but the service department was great. Josh was very professional he handled everything perfectly. He gave me a call to update me on the repairs and made sure I was content with their services.

Made appointment to have my transmission fluid changed in my Toyota Camry. After 2 plus hour wait was told they didnt do that. Need to know what they can do before making appointments and wasting peoples time
