My prescription was never ready after 5 days my doctor called in. I called this pharmacy4 times and waited more than 2hours but wasn’t able to talk to anyone. I called next day and waited more than 30 minutes and finally got to talk to the pharmacist. I asked him politely about my prescription status. He didn’t even know what was going on with my prescription and gave me a nasty attitude. I understand they are very busy and trying to help everyone. But, it doesn’t mean that they can talk to patients in that way. If I could give 0 star, I would definitely do that. I am switching to the other pharmacy.

The pharmacy does not deserve 1 star. It took forever to schedule a flu vaccine shot. Once they put your information in the system they made you wait for another 1 hour. When its time for the shots, the pharmacist pushed the syringe so quick(hard) that the liquid (vaccine) was all over my arm, and he told me that the vaccine did get into my body. Really?

Im not in the habit of leaving bad reviews, but given the genuine risk this pharmacy has put my family in, here I am. If this review prevents one person from being in the same position, then its worth it.We have been trying to get a prescription filled properly there for over three weeks - that is not an exaggeration. Almost two weeks in, we realized that we could not continue to work with this pharmacy, and requested to transfer to our old pharmacy 30 mins away. Now THEY have been trying to get the transfer for a week, but CVS literally would not answer the phone to transfer it. In the end, we were running out of time, and we had to have the doctor write an entirely new prescription - so that original script is now just forever lost in CVS purgatory.Please do not trust your life-saving medications to this pharmacy.

Sixteen year old son was turned away for a COVID test at this location in contradiction to the CSV published rules for unaccompanied 16 & 17 year olds. Go elsewhere for quality healthcare and customer service. These folks revealed their incompetence today.

The staff turnover rate should tell you everything you need to know about this place. The pharmacy has the worst wait time and then your meds are wrong or not ready when you do get them. Its absolutely ridiculous. Go anywhere but here.

Complete nightmare.If you want to go off your meds suddenly and with no notice, THIS IS THE PHARMACY FOR YOU.If you dream of your medications being sent to a random person’s home, this is your mail-in pharmacy.If you enjoy waiting on hold, this is your place.If you relish poor/non-existent communication, you’ll love CVS pharmacy.

This CVS is garbage!! As soon as you hand them your prescription the lies start. They have more excuses than a used car salesman. I take that back, sorry used car salesman. They have more excuses than a politician and politicians are probably more trustworthy than these people. If you need your prescription filled and most definitely if you’re in a hurry and your healthcare depends on it, go to the CVS in Odenton. If for some reason you have to go to this CVS do not believe anything they tell you in regards to your prescription.

I use to like going to this CVS for my prescriptions years ago, it seems since the staff changed things have gone down hill. It takes forever in the drive through to get your prescription and even longer at the counter. I call ahead of time to check to see if my prescription are ready for pickup because I no longer receive calls or texts. When I called they say it’s ready for pickup but when I actually arrive, I have to wait 15-20 mins if not longer for a prescription to be filled!! This was the purpose of me calling ahead before coming in. The staff doesn’t really seem to know what they are doing, it’s always long lines and people waiting around for their prescriptions. I also wasn’t supposed to be charged for a prescription because my insurance covered it but I had to pay and go back home to call my insurance to verify this. This cvs location is convenient because it’s closest to my house and I have been a customer for many years but I will not be going to this local any longer. It’s not worth the headache! They have no clue of what they’re doing and this is scary especially when you’re dealing with medication distribution.

Pharmacy is SO SLOW!!! Seriously what’s their problem? Understaffed? The current staff never seems to care or notice how long you’ve been waiting. There are other nearby pharmacies, I’d recommend trying anywhere else. I know I will be!

I went this severn cvs for the first time yesterday. Ive never seen such a rude pharmacist before.The worst pharmacy service the pharmacist was very unprofessional and lazy. By far the most unprofessional pharmacy. Im never going to this pharmacy again.

I had a COVID test performed at this location. The actual test was extremely painless, and the pharmacist was kind and helpful. I waited for two weeks to get my results, and finally got a call from a technician saying that they had lost my test. If youre looking for a covid test, youll have better luck at urgent care.

Please do not get your prescription here, it took me several trips and nearly a month to get one prescription. Even when I got a text notification and an app notification telling me it was ready. The pharmacist never apologized and even had an attitude with me when I asked why was I notified about it when they dont even have it in stock. This hasnt been the first time I have come here for my prescription and not have an issue.

Made an appointment to get a flu shot. Found out on arrival that they were out of flu vaccine. No one contacted me to let me know my appointment was cancelled. They acted like I was the one that was inconveniencing them. They did at least tell me where I could go as a walk in. Also one of their employees in the pharmacy has her nose out of her mask every time I see her.

Never do COVID test with CVS. They said I will get the results within 2 to 3 days then made me wait for another two days.Unhelpful crew says he cannot do anything for me while all of my family is suffering from symptoms and we are not sure if we positive or negative

Asked an employee here where was the covid testing and she was so rude about it especially for being an old lady. There’s no signs or direction of where to get tested in the front. It was all the way around in the back at the drive through pharmacy. It was a self swab test up your nose.

I should have know better than to come here after reading the reviews. My doctor called in my prescription 2 times. Each time I called they had no record of the Rx. My doctor called them a 3rd time, spoke to the Pharmacist and apparently it magically appeared. Now Im waiting behind 7 cars at the drive through and no one has moved for nearly 10 minutes. Find a different pharmacy. This one is terrible

Friendly staff compared to the Laurel Location on Baltimore Ave. I had 14 people in front of me... then after an hour I was told to wait longer the men before me was told to wait many times... I told those waiting I will get out of line to make others get service faster

Dont go to the pharmacy here. Dropped off prescription and was told it would be ready in an hour. Come back an hour later to wait in the drive thru for 40 minutes and there was only 2 cars in front of me. Finally get to the window and they tell me my prescription is not ready and it should take another 20 minutes. Overall waited over 2 and a half hours to get my prescription with an hour and a halt of that waiting in the drive thru lane.

I like the store, but the pharmacy is a nightmare. I don’t think it’s the staff, I feel like this cvs needs to find an efficient way to staff it. The wait times to pick up is horrible. I’ve been to many pharmacies and switched to this one when we moved to this side of town last year. I never had the issue with Rite aid and Walgreens. And it not a one time thing, it’s all the time. I’m tempted to switch but everything else is too far or it’s another CVS.

After visiting the store 4 days in a row attempting to pick up three prescriptions, I finally decided not to take their excuses anymore and forced the pharmacist to get involved. 70 minutes later... they had all of the prescriptions all along and just missorted the last one.

So everyone in the country that has medical coverage with work, January some of us got new insurance because their company changed up. so went today to get my prescription filled and was told my insurance ended in dec. said you have my new info in your hand. well, and this is new to me my medical coverage is different than my RX. did a belad job explaining this to me. when I called the number on the back of the card like they could have I got all the info. the company said they could have called is and got this taken care of as well......I asked if I could just pay for it with out said card. the answer was no. sorry but it doesnt work that way...just wow....

Do not go here to get tested for Covid-19. It’s been 7 days since my dad took his test and still no results. I was on hold for 3 hours trying to get an answer from minute clinic customer service only for them to tell me to send an email requesting the results and it might take 3 days for a response. Pathetic.

I think being miserable and rude is one of the requirements to work at CVS Pharmacies. I can make the exception for one of the girls that helped me, she was pleasant. But maybe if you try being a little nicer instead of rushing your customers, not listening to them, throwing prescriptions, and getting lippy when they ask a question your job would be a lot easier. You work in CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you hate your job THAT much and hate talking to people then why work in a customer facing job? Dealing with my prescriptions yesterday was an unnecessary debacle. I will be glad when I no longer have to use this pharmacy!

Terrible experience at CVS this afternoon the manager Danny Marshall misunderstood that I was in line because I was reading a label for a product. Instead of accepting that he read the situation wrongly he decided to argue with me about if I was in line at all or not. Customer service is key. Do better Mr. Marshall

Showed up just before 9:30pm to get a five-pill prescription filled. Waited ten minutes to simply drop the prescription off. After five more minutes of no attention, I went inside because I knew the store closed at 10 pm. I wait an additional five minutes in line to ask what happened and to ask if I could get it filled tonight. The lady returned my prescription, smugly said theyd be closing in ten minutes and couldnt help me. She told me to take my business to Elkridge without caring one iota that I needed the prescription filled tonight.

I was called and was told the medication was ready. Went to the drive thru window to pick up medication, been waiting over 30 minutes to receive medication and still waiting. I rang the bell to see what was the hold up no one came to window. The window service is totally ridiculous. My suggestion go inside.

Drive thru always slow, then when you walk in to the pharmacy after waiting in the snail drive thru, theres no customers waiting and 3 or 4 staff in the pharmacy not even busy! But they always say hello welcome to cvs st the front registers i like that

I would leave a 0 if I could . The pharmacy has some of the most ignorant people working . I would not recommend this location . I drive ten minutes out of my way to go to another location instead of this one . Any other pharmacy would have the prescriptions ready within the hour . This location wouldnt have it ready hardly the same day .
