We took a punctured tire here to be repaired; we returned home and found the tire was overfilled to 70 psi, not what it was rated for. We also felt they overcharged for the work done. Later, the tire started leaking air, so took it in again for repair under warranty. It was still leaking so we took it in yet again a week later, and they said it was worn out and couldnt be repaired?? Why didnt they say that the week before? They were eager to sell us another tire... From now on, we are taking our business elsewhere. The only good thing? The young man at the counter was very courteous.

Purchased a tire here, the initial wait was to be about a week, no problem as I was not in a hurry. This then turns into 2 weeks, then 3 weeks, now a month and a half with still no tire. I called to have my deposit returned and cancel the order and the associate said that was done. After checking my credit card statement nothing had ever been returned and I ended up having to file a dispute with the card company. Go somewhere else.

I had a sidewall puncture on a fairly new and expensive tire and that means replacement. For me, the problem was that it was probably my 4th one over several years, so saying I was irritated would have been an understatement. But the manager and tech showed me the damage and, after I decided to have the tire replaced by my dealer, the manager wouldnt charge me a dime. They were very nice and were reasonably prompt in meeting the appointment time. If I was dealing with a Road Hazard Warranty with my dealer, I would readily given this shop my business.

I have been going to this Mr. Tire for a couple years and never had any issues until now. I normally speak to a nice older gentleman who is personable and respectful but now there are two younger girls, one with an extremely bad attitude. She rolls her eyes, answered personal phone calls before customers, and huffed and puffed when I asked to use my 15$ coupon. On top of all of that, when told by her supervisor to be wearing her mask she got an attitude in front of all the customers saying I got vaccinated to not wear my mask, I not putting it on, I dont care what he says. I have never seen or experienced such bad customer service or blatant disrespect before. Dont go here if you dont want to deal with receiving negativity for being a paying customer.

Go elsewhere. Terrible experience. Arrived 15min early for my appointment for a simple tire repair. Front desk person never even made eye contact with me. She could not have been less personable, forget friendly. 40 minutes later my car had not even been moved. No other customers in sight. Asked for an update - so they moved my car into the garage. Another 30 minutes - nothing. (Plenty of horsing around going on among the staff, but zero customer service.). After being there for an hour and 15 minutes, I asked for my car back. Didnt care whether they could do anything for me or not. I honestly dont know how businesses like this survive.

Recent experience was a disaster. Took in our Audi to get a tire patched on Monday but unable due to a reported sidewall puncture. Fair enough. Salesman tried to convince me to replace all 4 tires ($1800+). No thanks! Had to pay $100 deposit and wait 2 days for tires to be special ordered. Called Wednesday and was told car was being worked on and would be ready by end of day. Went Thursday morning to pick it up, and it was clear our Audi had not even been touched! Cancelled the job, requested a refund of my $100 deposit and ordered the tire from TireRack. They delivered the tire the next day, and it was installed at Precision Tune for $23.50. Zero hassles, plus Road Hazard coverage was free compared with $50/tire at Mr. Tire. Its been a week and Mr.Tire still hasnt posted the refund on my deposit....

DONT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR RATINGS!!!The employees offer significant discounts if a customer posts a positive review before they leave the shop. Ever wonder why so many have no comments? After seeing this, I walked out of the shop. No way Im doing business with scammers.

Had all my tires dry rotted. I called around for quotes. But mostly made the decision based on reviews and availability. I can say I made the right decision. Rudy was very helpful and responsive to inquiries. His mechanics are also motivated to do the work and assist you. I ended up getting four new tires, alignment, balancing, and brake adjustment. More than what I planned to. In my experience it’s really hard to find a shop with a good balance of technical expertise, customer service, salesmanship, honesty and price. I felt that this place had it, I felt happy to spend my hard earned money here :-) Also, for the first time since I have owned my truck I was able to drive it at high speed with no vibration. The alignment was also spot on and now my brakes engage equally rather than front ones more than the rear. Thank you!!!

The vehicle service was fantastic and did above and beyond. But the customer service was bad. I dropped off my car to get a tire changed since I dropped off a tire to get plugged. Since I work accross the street and asked to leave my keys in the car and keep a door unlocked since they closed at 6:30pm and I dont get off work till 7pm. They locked my keys in my car. So I had to ask a friend to drive me home get my spare and come back so I could get into my car. Was a very frustrating experience. Plus they never called me when my tire was done when I dropped it off first and then brought my car over. So I had to call them.

What a relief! I came here after getting a drop it off and well get to it before 7pm quote from another tire place. I walked in and Marissa helped me right away with friendly service. Mel, the stores manager is amazing. After have a new set of breaks and tires put on my car, I woke up the next morning for a 5 hour drive only to find one of the tires was flat - but it was caused by a nail, which I found out about once I brought the car to another Mr. Tire. Needless to say I was not happy when I saw the flat tire and was rather hostile with Mel who calming handled my call, gave me information about the closest Mr. Tire to where I live, and told me they would resolve any issue. At the time she did suggest that it could have been a nail, but I had dismissed this since that has never happened to me before. But I do want to give a shout out to Mel who calmly handled my situation in an extremely professional manner. (I even called her back to apologize for my hostile call.)

Stopped in needing a flat repair right as they were closing on a Saturday night. Marissa and Richard were amazing!! They treated my son and I as if we were family. They fixed our tire and had us back on the road in less than 15 minutes!! Great people,,1st class service! Thanks you for being there!

Maryland hasnt been the kindest since moving here. I had a favorite car tech in PA, but was struggling to find one down here. My tire had a hole that needed to be patched and I went onto the website and easily scheduled an appointment! When I arrived, it was an hour before closing and Rudy welcomed me and assured me my car would be done within the hour! (They patch from the inside out!) He was kind and courteous and left me feel like I had lived here my whole life! Maryland needs more tire locations like this, and Mr. Tire is VERY LUCKY he has Rudy on his team!

Very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. On 6/3/2021, we took our car in (Severna Park, MD location) with a slow leak in one tire and it was determined that a new one was needed (proper call in my judgment). The desired replacement was not in stock so was ordered and an appointment made for 7:30 this morning (6/5) for installation. At that time, only one of the tire mechanics (VERY nice, professional, understanding guy) was there and we could not get in because only managers have the keys. After some wait for a no-show manager, we left the key with the mechanic.When we returned about an hour later, we were surprised to see the car had not been touched and the manager indicated the tire would be immediately installed. I left my wife to wait. After other later arriving customers had been served she inquired again. The manager said the tire could not be found and was likely sold by another salesman. She ordered another picked up, I returned to pick up my wife, and retuned home. Hours later we were informed that the car was ready.We returned and pickled up the car. After returning home and comparing the original order and the tire installed, we realized it was not the same tire we had chosen. Since it appears roughly comparable, and we are fed up, we will not take it back. Four trips to replace one tire is enough. Lesson learned.Through the experience, the desk staff seemed disgruntled, tired, sarcastic to one another, and made negative comments among themselves about coworkers and management (easily overheard by customers including me)…a sure sign of an organization with serious management/leadership problems.On the positive side, they complied when I asked for a 10% discount as compensation for the frustration and inconvenience. Also, throughout this entire ordeal, the tire mechanic was the most professional, caring, and informative person encountered. Also, apparently the only one who showed up for work on time today! He was also the only person we encountered who apologized for the multiple problems.I would definitely not recommend this business to others and will not return.

Went in this morning with a nail in my tire. Rudy and his team quoted me a fair price and a quick turnaround time, and then completed the work in half that - no one does that anymore and I was very pleasantly surprised. As soon as I walked in, first thing that came out of her mouth was “just give me a sec, I am busy” it would have been okay but the way it came across was she doesn’t want to be bothered. What happened to “I will be right with you sir/ma’am, just give me a sec”. So i left and I will probably use different locations.

Took my husband’s truck to Mr. Tire. Spent $2,000 for them to flush fluids, rotate tires, tune-up ect. Upon leaving 4 service lights came on including the check engine & service 4 wheel drive. Took the truck right back. They kept it all day, then called & said they don’t know what they did or how to fix it!! Now we have to spend more money to take it somewhere to get fixed. Horrible experience DO NOT GO HERE!!

Rudy is a caring, customer-oriented service professional. He suggests needed services, explains them, and works with the customer on. ways to finance these services. I overheard him making calls to previous customers to thank them for their business and to suggest additional services that might be needed at this time. As the former manager of two large automobile dealerships in Northern Virginia, it would have been my privilege to have a profession of Rudys caliber in my employ.

Marissa was so helpful and informative during my visit! I know next to nothing about cars and their maintenance, and she walked me through the best options for tires, oil, and gave me a comprehensive list of what I should consider doing for my car coming up! She really took her time to explain to me what she could and made sure that I understood the process and timeline for when to get things checked out. Out of all of my visits, I think this was the easiest and by far the least stressful!

Last Friday I realized I had a nail in my tire and it was leaking. I went to a shop that said I needed a new tire and and unfortunately, that shop did not sell tires so they couldnt help me out.I have a Ford Hybrid with Continental tires that apparently, many tire shops dont keep on hand. I called several shops, half said they dont have it and cant get it and half said they would need to order it and Id have to wait until the next week.Probably the 8th shop or so that I called was Mr. Tire in Severna Park and only three minutes before they closed on Friday evening. I spoke to Rudy who took the time to chat with me and checked the warehouse to see if my tire was in stock and could be ordered for the VERY NEXT DAY! He said it was and for me to call back Saturday morning at 8am if I wanted him to have someone go get it and bring it to Severna Park for me to have my tire replaced on Saturday.I called Saturday morning, he arranged a pick up of my new tire at the warehouse and made an appointment for me to come Saturday at noon. I was out with my new tire in 45 minutes and did not have to wait until the next week!!!!Im very happy with the service all around. Thank you again Rudy!

Came in because car was overheating. Was told the problem was the thermometer, which was replaced. Two days after service while driving the engine is continuing to overheat.

The manager Robert, appears to be helpful friendly on the phone, but the reality is, hes only out to get your money.I was in a desperate situation, after my outer tire rod end went out. He proceeded to charge me $450 to replace the two outer tire ends, without an alignment. You heard correct, Robert at Mr. TIRE, will replace two tire rod ends on a 1999 E-150 club wagon, but will not perform an alignment. Talk about customer care.

Friendly and personable staff, fixed our tires quickly, and were responsive through the whole process. Only recommendation is to more clearly define where you can drop off your keys late at night or early in the morning. We didn’t want to leave the keys in an unlocked box or somewhere they wouldn’t look for them.

Got me in & out very quickly. The young lady working the counter was very helpful. Glad they were open on a Sunday.

Rudy is very friendly and scheduled me for a quick alignment on short notice. The technician was very helpful and showed me how my struts were worn out and I needed new brakes. I said I could do that on my own, and I just wanted an alignment. So that’s what they did (however they did not have a printed before/after of the alignment correction). My real issue Is that they didn’t recommend or suggest that I should fix the struts before the alignment because replacing struts causes misalignment. I didn’t realize this until it was too late. Now that I’ve replaced my struts, I need a new alignment. Rudy said he didn’t tell me about the strut/alignment issue because he doubted I was actually going to replace my struts anytime soon. There is a slight chance this could have been an honest mistake. He also said he could give me another alignment at a discount, but I’d rather go elsewhere. I know I made a mistake, but I also feel that Rudy and Mr. Tire mislead me.

Josh at the front desk was very personable and took the time to answer all my questions about replacing my tires. I felt like I was in good hands and treated professionally. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because of the other receptionist, who said some unprofessional things and complained often while I was standing at the front desk. Otherwise great service!

Pat was friendly and knowledgeable for what I needed. I was a walk in after my tire bead popped due to low tire pressure. Pat was great. I had the most wonderful experience from Rudy and the boys from my first enchanting phone call, all the way up until I left. They did not take advantage of my naivety which I was so blessed for. Rudy made sure when I left, that I was driving safely without leaving a hole in my pocket. Not to mention the amount of calories I burned while laughing because his humor so refreshing. We need more smiles in 2020, and certainly more safety... Rudy is the guy to ensure this for you! Lowkey wish I needed my oil changed/tires rotated more often, just to pay him and his boys a visit.

Editing to one star. Had a good experience the first time, returned to have a tire leak patched..cause you know the first experience was ok.Second trip: made appointment for 8am, showed up on time. Was told they had several cars still on the rack from the night before, waited till 10am and they finally took the car back. Fixed leak and I was in my way. 2.5hrs for a simple tire patch, I wasn’t happy but it is what it is. 2 months later tire lost air again, coke to find out the patch they didn’t adhere the patch to the tire correctly.Wanted to note that my treatment was “ok”, shouldn’t have waited 2.5hrs when I had a previously scheduled appointment but it is what it is. My overall observation though is the guy who is at the front desk is mostly full of hot air and is constantly trying to upsell is customers. I would not believe a word he says, he is after all the one who set up my appointment at 8am and made me wait 2hrs before even taking the car back.

I asked several of my friends where to go for tires and everyone recommended Mr Tire in Severna Park. I now know why. I had a great experience there today. I’m always nervous about buying things I know nothing about. Rudy helped me tremendously. He made sure I got the ones I needed. I really appreciate his honesty and thoughtfulness. Mr. Tire has been my go-to tire retailer and service provider for over ten years. This week my daughter was visiting from NYC and as she was about to leave we notice a screw in one of her tires. I called Mr. Tire and asked if they could squeeze us into their already busy schedule. They said is we would come staight away they would have us in and out in 35 minutes. We dropped off the car and went next door for a coffee (another advantage of using the Mr. Tire in Severna Park). 35 minutes later, my phone rang, Your car is ready and my daughter was on her way safely back to NYC. Had a tire that needed to be fixed Saturday. I was outside of warranty by a month at my normal maintanance place and they didnt have any Saturday appointments. I called Mr. Tire and received a same day appointment on Saturday. I received good service and all worked out great with the price.

I was only in Severna Park for a short time when my low air pressure light came on, I stopped for the night and made an appointment, via their website, at MrTire for the following morning (it was close to where I’d stopped). Upon my arrival, I was treated with fast, friendly, professionalism (always a plus) from the person who checked me in as well as the person who fixed my tire! If I lived in Severna Park this would be a “go to” business!

If you care about your car, never go here. Scratched and gouged my brand new rims and actually said Oh it is what happens to all of our rims! My rims have clamp marks on the inside of the rim where their machine grips the wheel and then they used a steel bar to separate the tire and scratched the outer lip. These have never been on a car and look like I hit a curb.The parent company, Monroe, did file a claim for me and I got reimbursed for the damage and where very nice and apologetic.

Outstanding Service! Awoke in the morning to find one of my tires flat (ran over a screw) in my driveway. My husband jacked up the car, put on the spare tire and we took it into Mr Tire in Severna Park, MD to have it patched and vulcanized.Their service totally exceeded our expectations. The tire repair was performed quickly-- off the rim and I was out the door faster than if we were to get a cup of coffee at the Starbucks next door. Thanks to Jason Dennis who made my husband and I feel as if we were the most important customers from the moment we walked into the store. Thanks. Keep up the outstanding work. I have been driving for over 20 years which also means I have used a number of different businesses to repair or maintain my vehicles. During that time I have been exposed to a wide range of experiences in customer service, price, quality, etc. My experience at Mr. Tire was excellent. I have only been to the store twice both within the last month, once for tires, decided to come back for my brake job. My experience both times was the same. Upon entering the store I was greeted quickly to include when others were being helped. To me a simple “I will be right with you” speaks volumes. Once at the counter every single one of my questions was answered and I ask a lot of questions because I prefer to be well informed prior to making any decision. There was no frustration. In fact the associates appeared to think that educating customers was important. I understand that businesses exist to make money but I never got the feeling that I was being taken advantage of. They offer excellent prices. I could go on on on but wont. I didn’t catch all the names but the bottom line is Rudy and the folks that work up front and Blaine and the techs have a great team at this location. I will definitely return here in the future and highly recommend a visit if you need tires or brakes.

Jason took us in right after our accident to replace the blown tire. Since it all happened just recently we did not do any research ahead of time and Jason patiently worked with us to find comparable or better tires to replace the ones on our car. Tires arrived the next day and the work was completed as promised. Great service under all of the stress caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.Follow up on another vehicle that we own. Had new tires put on at a different location but the Balance was off. While they were working on our other car Jason offered that I bring the SUV in and they would look at the balance. Mark performed the balance and it was a night-and-day difference. Thrilled to drive the SUV again now that it rides smooth at all speeds.Of all of the times we have been to this Mr Tire location the work has always been spot-on. Will always be looking at this place first to perform the services they do!

Super friendly and very helpful! Someone decided to dump an old tire in my yard and I wanted to dispose of it properly, but not sure how. I stopped by here and they took it with no charge.
