Short of walking into a NY deli, probably the best bagels Ive had. My only criticism would be the lack of egg bagels, a standard at any NY bagel store and apparently only done as a special once a month here. So unfortunately cant make this a one stop shop for bagels like it should be. Hopefully they will add this as a regular daily option.
Without a doubt, today I ate the best bagel Ive ever had! I got a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and bacon. They were generous with the bacon and it tasted great! I will definitely be back. One caveat: they were busy today and service was slow. It was my first time there so I dont know whether thats normal.
Ordered in line at the Severna Park store this morning. After picking up the order and returning home I discovered that the two bagel sandwiches were not the ones Id ordered, even though the correct sandwiches (and order number) were shown on the receipt stapled to the bag. Im assuming someone else received my order.I know Sunday mornings are a busy time but please try to place the right food in the right bag.
My experience here at Uber Bagels in Severna Park was lovely. Delicious, soft, and fresh bagels that truly compliment every topping you can possibly choose to add. My favorite is the Seaside Slam on a cinnamon sugar bagel and it’s delightful how they taste together. Also can’t ever go wrong with the classic Asiago Bagel which is always super soft and tasty. Service does come out to be on the slower side, but in my opinion, it’s definitely worth the yummy food!! The young short lady at the register was also super welcoming to my family and I. She gave us the perfect customer service even with how busy it got, she kept a light and positive attitude. Highly recommend this place!
Only bagel place in the area that allows you to get your eggs cooked to order. You know, like a real New York bagel shop.Their bacon egg and cheese sandwiches are amazing. The honey jalapeño cream cheese is next level as well.Wait times can get crazy on the weekend so definitely order online.I order my eggs over medium and sometimes they come out fairly raw, which is the only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars. (I just air fry the sandwich for a few minutes to finish it up and it’s still awesome)Overall, great bagel shop.
The best bagels by far in Maryland and it’s not even close. The very friendly and accommodating staff makes the drive to Timonium from the city wellWorth it in a weekly basis. Highly recommend the salt, everything, Asiago bagels….and anything that comes with crab. Staff is very helpful on recommendations
I love Uber! The bagels and spreads are delicious. Large assortment of bottled drinks. Would love to know where your custom table in the dining room was made. The one with the wooden slab top and the wrought iron frame. I need one of those for my house! Great place to eat :)
Always on point with my girlfriend and I’s bacon eggs and cheeses. But sometimes there bacon can be a little bit salty. But still always on point, love their bagels!!!!
Amazing and fresh bagels. Never hard!! Melt in your mouth goodness 💋
Great place and very well run. Its easy to get in, order, and get out without any issues. Staff is pleasant and was engaged and interested in providing great service. Wonderful coffee (brewed *and* responsibly sourced coffee beans and grinds. Happy to support these guys and you should too!
This place is fantastic and I wish they had more locations (like near DC would be great!). Not only are the bagels big, fresh and delicious, the staff — professional and courteous, but they also have sustainable, plastic- free packaging that to me is equally important.
I frequently order breakfast from uber bagels and they do not take care of their repeat customer. I purchase my food online the order did not go through on the app but it took my money and the staff did not care one bit and told me I could pay again to get my order so basically they stole my money.
Excellent breakfast sandwiches have quickly become a family tradition. Nice and easy online ordering too.
Take a pass on this place and just go to McDonalds. This was my first visit to Uber bagels, and I can promise you it will also be my last. Right from the start the cashier was clearly thrilled (sarcasm) that I wanted to order my two bagels, and the sense of urgency in this place is non-existent.I know we arent saving lives here, but it shouldnt take upwards of 20 minutes to get two bagels with cream cheese, even if they were crazy busy (which they werent).Opening our bagels just solidified my decision to not return as our Toasted Bagels were in fact... wait for it ... not toasted at all. They may have been sitting next a toaster, but theres no way they actually went in the machine.I wasnt expecting a NYC Bagel experience, but I wouldve been better off buying a store brand bagel at Harris Teeter and making it myself than wasting $10 on two knock-off deli bagels here.Save the money, time, and disappointment and just get an Egg McMuffin for $3.
Hands down the best bagel sandwiches Ive ever had.
Best bagels in the area but when I ask for it toasted dark it was hardly toasted.
I love Uber Bagels in Severna Park so much. First off, their bagels are fantastic, especially the Asiago Cheese bagel with the Sun Dried Tomato Cream Cheese and Im pretty picky with bagels (yes, Im from NY) but also importantly their service has always been fantastic, especially when ordering from the app. It takes a bit to get used to the app, but once you get the hang of it then it is great. Recently we tried order online from a breakfast place, and I got all the way through their app and tried to place the order and then it turns out they turned off their online ordering with no notice. It was so frustrating, but then we tried to place a breakfast order with Uber Bagels and it was so much better - they even had the order ready 10 minutes earlier than expected. Ive always been happy with Uber.
Great bagels and friendly staff. Get here early because once they run out of a flavor they dont try to rush through making more. They try to plan for the day but sometimes the demand is higher than planned. Definitely worth the wait if there is a line. I highly recommend the beef and blue on an everything bagel for lunch. Asiago Bay is an excellent choice, too.
The breakfast sandwich was very good! They have very convenient fast takeout, just order online and grab an go! Great looking shop and service was very friendly!
The store is clean, they have a nice selection of deli meats/bagels and the sandwich was ok I guess. That’s where it ends really. The customer service is lackluster at best. There really needs to be someone who stays on top of the employees because every time I go, everyone is just chillin with no sense of urgency even though people are waiting. Took forever to get my sandwich and then it was just placed on the table without anyone calling my number. Don’t get me wrong they’re all very nice, but a manager/supervisor is definitely in order.
This place has the BEST bagels in the area. The only complaint I have is that I have found several hairs in my bagels countless times. Today, I even found one baked into my one of the bagels in the dozen that my mom bought!
The gluten-free bagels are terrible
They serve expired food at this location. The ingredients are not fresh and taste horrible. I also became ill after eating here. Avoid at all costs.
FAIL! Failed to include the entire order - we ordered 4 sandwiches to pick up and only 3 were in the bag. The options for reporting this are nonexistent - they dont answer their phone, cant leave a message (full mailbox, really?)Tired of poor service and a disregard of customers.
Bagels taste great but SO POORLY RUN and INEFFICIENT ! You shouldn’t have to wait 35 minutes for a tub of cream cheese. If you just kept 5 pre made in the refrigerator at the start of each day they would surly sell
Its always great. Bagels are fresh and the coffee is delicious. Read the negative reviews and youll see it either boils down to impatient customers or part-time kids working their first jobs accidentally messing an order up.
Great local bagel place, will be back for sure!
Worst experience ever order my food at 10:25am and at 10:40 I was still waiting on my bagel with egg and cheese, just one that’s all. Way too may people in there during a pandemic and online orders were coming out faster then in person orders. Left without my food, so considering my money a donation for the day. I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone
Great quality food but unfortunately wait times are all over the place. I was told an order would be ready at 8:22 and then waited an additional 20 minutes and was told, something got messed up with the ragin Cajun (which is a turkey sandwich). I wish this was one time occurrence but this has happened multiple times now. I’ll keep it in the rotation because the food is quality, but not when I need to be on time anywhere.Update: I’ve been back 3 times since and the service has been on time and the food great!
Twice in the past month I have ordered the late riser on an everything bagel. It is the best bagel I have had in a very long time. As a native NYer the shop in Severna Park is worth a visit.
It’s very big and clean but if you don’t order before you will be waiting upwards of 15 minutes or more and that’s only with 3 people in the store, unsatisfactory in my mind
Our family has shared a bagel breakfast every Saturday for decades and we had a tough time finding a really good quality bagel; then came Uber Bagels. We would drive all the way from Rehoboth to OC (the original location) just for these and now drive 30 mins every weekend just for these. They’re that good. The egg sandwiches feature cheese on BOTH sides of the bagels, and real omelet style eggs-not microwaved. The bagels are chewy with a slightly crisp outside, a perfect bagel specimen. Best bagel outside NYC. Yes, there’s a wait on the weekends because it takes more than a minute to make good quality food. You want fast go to 7-11 for a bagel.Update: they added rainbow colored bagels! With chocolate cream cheese. My son thought he was in heaven!
Last THREE orders have been wrong. To order 1 bagel and a small cream cheese, can take 30-45 minutes. They tell you to order online but doesnt always work. This location has changed, and not for the better.
Yesterday was the 2nd visit to under BagelsI ordered for the 2nd time Taylor Ham(Well done)with American Cheese on a everything bagel.I rec’d (when I opened the sandwich at home)A half cooked Taylor Ham with cheese on a plain bagel.... the receipt said what I ordered but I got something else! Very disappointing.I’ve decided to not go here again.Make certain to open your order before leaving to be sure your order is correct people. My order number 45 on 10/15/2020.
Our favorite bagel spot. The medium fried egg sandwiches are the best!
Ordered from here a couple of times. Both times the food was really good. My only complaints and honestly I believe it’s just a matter of preference/taste, the garlic bagels are far too garlicky. I love garlic and anyone who cooks with it will know what I mean when I say it had that; “bitter, burnt garlic taste”.The Veggie cream cheese, to me had a bit too much celery seed. It was a little over powering. But the Sun Dried Tomato was amazing. The Onion, pumpernickel and Asiago bagels were all delicious! We’ll continue to order from here!
Normally when Im in the area, Im late to the party. Today I was early enough to grab a lunch bagel, which I would have posted a photo but it disappeared. I kept it simple with a BLT on a plain bagel and I was not disappointed. The bagel had a nice color along with a crispy outside and soft interior. The other items on this were just there (not that they were bad) but that bagel shined. If you can make it in during the day, highly recommend giving this place a try whenever possible...lunch, breakfast, brunch, snack time; seriously try this place.
Good bagels but... Service was really bad even considering it was a busy Sunday morning. Our online order was 30 minutes late and not correct when we eventually did get it.
Put down the cheap “ grocery store” bagels this place is Definitely worth stopping. Quality Bagels, Friendly staff and easy parking ADA friendly shopping.
Really good food but expect lines and longer wait times
The remedy breakfast bagel maybe one of the best breakfast items I’ve ever had! The sandwich is so big that my wife and I split one. Also the peppercorn parmigiana dressing is really tasty. The staff are always delightful and try to get orders out as fast as they get them, which if you go Saturday or Sundays you’ll see the volume they do.
A refreshing experience for sure. Today was my first visit here and it exceeded my expectations. Food was fresh and high quality. Service was efficient and friendly. My only complaint is that the drink station needed attention (straws were empty, napkins were empty, and needed to be wiped down). To be fair, they were slammed with customers and once brought to the attention of a staff member, attention was rendered promptly. To me, it says more about the company in how they reacted to an issue than the fact that they fell a little behind while attending to customers.Definitely priced right and worth every penny. I will be back for sure!
New employee shouldn’t be on register alone .. order corrected 4 times and still got it wrong
Always delicious. Pre-order online to just go in and grab during covid.
Can taste how fresh it all is. Very clean and upbeat feeling inside. Quick service. Gone several times now and havent been let done ever
Just like the original in Ocean City, this bakery and deli serves always fresh bagels in a wide variety of styles. In addition, those same tasty bagels can be made into a variety of sandwiches with fresh Boars Head meat and cheeses. Top that of with quality coffee and the occasional dessert so whats not to like. Undecided what to get? Try the West coast white cap on a toasted everything bagel! Had a long night; cant go wrong with The Remedy.
Ive been here for breakfast a handful of times. The food is always fresh and the service is quick. If you walk in and theres a long line, dont be fooled. It moves quick. The coffee is always hot and fresh, or they have a variety of soda and juices in the cold cases. They also have a deli and you can buy meat by the pound. There is ample seating as well with high chairs for the little ones. The parking lot is shared with other nearby business and can become crowded during peak business hours.
So glad they are still open. The schmear is a million times better then Einsteins and the bagels taste freshly made. Keep up the good work!
Great that the area has a bagel shop. Very popular on weekends. Items are slow if you get an egg sandwich. Counter service is good. Should add hot chocolate to menu. They should keep a better eye on trash cans and drink area. We will be coming back regularly. Bagels are good with lots of options.
Kind staff, amazing bagel sandwiches, and a comfortable space away from home if you like taking your breakfast in slowly. Highly recommended, best breakfast in the area!
Some of the best bagels in the baltimore area, easily competes with THB
A week ago, I placed a large bagel order for a baby shower we were throwing this past Saturday July 25 for our daughter. The order was prepaid, my name and phone number was taken by a young salesgirl (whose name I will keep out of this post). To my dismay, Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m., when I went to the store location to pick up my order, CLOSED signs were posted on each door, because of an employee had tested positive for COVID, and in an abundance of caution....UBER decided to close until July 30 or further notice when everyone was free and clear. I am very sorry that this happened to your employee and I sympathize with your business decision, HOWEVER, it is poor customer service that I never received a phone call informing me that my prepaid Order would not be filled, which would have afforded me the opportunity to contact another competitor. Shame on you UBER management and store owners. I deserve, at the least, a phone call of apology and a refund back to my credit card for the unfilled order. You have my contact information - it is truly sad that no one had the decency to pick up the phone and simply call me to let me know what was going on. before being forced into a stressful and compromising situation, spending time and EXTRA money running around to other stores just to come up with a half decent assortment to serve our guests.
Uber is the reason why Ive started eating bagels again. Amazing food and cheap prices. 5* highly recommend if you dont hate bagels.
The staff was friendly and Ive been waiting to get a classic bagel place on our area. But i didnt enjoy it at all. There was no snap to the bagel. It was too thick and soft inside. Worst I asked for it toasted and it wasnt. Its not pleasant to eat soft cold bread slathered in cream cheese. It was crowded so maybe they rushed my order and forgot to toast it. Still, the inside of the bagel was softer than authentic new york style bagels or even Baltimore. I had high hopes but its a no for me.Edited to add: Thank you to the owners for your response. I am a huge proponent of supporting local businesses. So I will take you up on your offer, because I think its good for the community when customers invest in the businesses and the businesses invest in their customers via good customer service.
Lots of young people working, wearing masks and a stream of customers. Bagels are delicious.
UPDATE:I came back to this establishment to give it another shot. Ive now given 5/5 stars. The staff was friendly and funny. The bagel to cream cheese ratio is very satisfying, bow that it has been reduced since my first post.Original:4/5 Great place for a bagel, as the name would suggest. Only down fall is the bagel to cream cheese ratio; I feel like there is a tub of cream cheese with all bagels ordered. Coffee is good as was the cream cheese, just a lot of it.
Ive been attempting to try each item on the menu... hot & cold, breakfast & lunch items. It will take a while due to all of the combinations along with the variety of bagel flavors. So far, I havent found anything less than excellent. Ive even been surprised at some things that I wasnt sure that I would like but they were delicious. To-go orders are prepared quickly and always correct. When I am able to eat there, I am amazed at the number of people who are served with a smile. Nice, small business that I hope will stick around for quite a while!
Some of the best NY style bagels in Maryland. This place is a godsend in the land of mediocre bagels. Fresh and delicious as Im used to. I like the fast and casual service and plenty of seating. Coffee is good and plenty of free parking and a clean bathroom. Pricing is average plus, but fair given the quality.
Today was my first visit...BEST BAGEL I have ever had! I cant wait to go back and try some of the other spreads available and a breakfast sandwich. And the service was super friendly! So glad to find this treasure nearby my home.
This place has excellent customer service! There was a mix up with my order and not only did they fix it but they gave me a coupon as well. Definitely recommend!
Best bagels Ive had in the Baltimore area, hands down (& for those of you who know this is important when it comes to knowing a good bagel, I spent 5 years in Central/North Jersey).Try the Rosemary & Seasalt toasted with cream cheese!
Overall very good. One tip - if you ask for iced coffee, they give you a plastic cup that you put ice in at the soda machine and then add hot coffee. Here is the kicker, they will charge you $. 60 more for an iced coffee over a regular small coffee. So you could just order a small coffee, add ice and get the same thing.
Best bagel shop in Maryland, hands down, and I lived in NYC for a few years. I’m a lox girl so I love the Lox Traditional but pretty much any bagel sandwich or cold sandwich is delicious - good incorporation of creativity, fresh and healthy ingredients and a refreshing approach to customer service. Coffee is great too and there is a great selection of other cooler drinks along with chips and some sweets (crumb cake, etc.). GO HERE! You won’t be disappointed.
The Asiago bagel was amazing. The Lox And cream cheese was delicious.. The coffee however was very old and had a very bitter taste to it. It was supposed to be a light to medium roast and it took about a 1/2 a cup of cream to settle the bitterness down. Will give them a try again to see if it was a fluke
Its nice to get a bagel where the eggs are cooked fresh not processed and warmed up for you. The place was packed but over all time may have seemed to be only 5 min from start to finish, realistically 10-12. Didnt bother me, I had my coffee. Will tell my friends about this place.
If I could rate on taste alone it would be a 5 star review but there is consistently something off about my visits... they changed their hours to opening at 6:30 from 6:00 but people are waiting in the parking lot, they are out of Diet Coke, they are out of large cups, a particular type of bagel is not ready. It frequently seems to be something little that is just not quite right. Hopefully they are just working out the kinks of a new business. I want to like this place and I try to support local businesses over chains when possible.
I love this place! Weekly stop for my girlfriend and I. Great prices and fast service. Infinitely better than Einstein bagels or other store bought bagels.
Prompt and kind service. The bagels are next level good!
Great selection of bagels. A great breakfast spot. Although it can get packed on the weekends, the line s are fast because they have sufficient staff ready to go.
If anything ever happens to Über Bagels, I don’t know what I’ll do. Their bagels and sandwiches are just delicious, and when you get a cream cheese bagel, they spread on a crazy generous portion of cream cheese. The Chipotle Maple sandwich on an everything bagel cannot be beat.
Great bagels, large storefront, and many options for sandwiches. They make both breakfast and lunch options with hot and cold options. The deli meat is from boarshead, which is good as they have some of the best deli meats on the market. The staff was good and the ordering was quick.
So delicious! Soft and chewy bagels. Asiago bay bagel is amazing!
Good coffee and bagel shop. I was pleasantly surprised to see pork roll (Taylor ham) on the menu as thats a Philly-area staple. Of course I got it and enjoyed it!
The best bagels Ive ever had. Great staff and a lot of options to choose from. Boars Head meats too!
Prices: GreatBagels/Sandwiches: Great taste and wide varietyCoffee: Very bitter and acidic, even the medium roastMy number one issue here is the atmosphere as the place is just a giant echo chamber. Music is played loudly over the speakers and customers seated at tables end up practically shouting over each other. Covering the walls with acoustic foam and maybe turning the volume down one would help tremendously. If one wants to get food to go, then great—otherwise bring a pair of noise cancelling headphones.
High quality all the way. Definitely my favorite bagel spot.
The best bagels ever, hands down. If you experince a crowd when you get there, it is worth the wait... Highly recommend the late riser on an eveything bagel.
Online ordering not working, will not answer phone. Really? Once again online ordering down and no one will answer phone after multiple attempts answer machine picks up really and yes its Severna Park that doesnt work
Went Because my husband loves Bagels. He said they didnt toast The Bagel enough. And had run out of decaf coffee. I wish they had something other than bagels for those of us who arent wild about Bagels
To expensive for what you get.hardley any cream cheese on bagel.
Great service and bagels. Quick but fresh. Use for breakfast and lunch. Very creative lunch sandwiches. And OMG the best crumb coffee cake ever!
It was a surprise for me, delicious!
Very good food in a comfortable atmosphere. Everyone working there was very nice.
Their food is good, but their coffee is not. Yes, they have different coffee blends, but I can brew better coffee in my Keurig. But bagel sandwiches are good and original. If you want good coffee with your sandwich, bring your own.
Fresh, hot bagels are the best!
Phenomenal bagel, breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Delish!!! We are so lucky to have this place close by!
Best bagels in Severna Park. This is a counter service establishment. Very clean and industrial feel. Staff is friendly and responsive to requests for help. Dislike the chairs.
I moved here from NYC and this place was the closest thing Ive found to a real bagel and deli. Great lunch menu too. Ill definitely be going back!
Delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Even though it was very busy and the line was long when we arrived, it went very quickly. The staff was very friendly and efficient!
Bomb @ss bagels!
Best bagels ever! you guys should open a location in Crofton, MD! No bagel locations and huge potential
Great food and amazing coffee, but it always smells like burnt cheese in there.
Delicious bagel sandwiches! They have the closest new York style bagels in the area. I will be going back.
Awesome bagels!! Way better than Einstein. Selection is incredible. Add pastrami to your lunch menu, please.
