Best bagels ever and actually I quite like their version of a frappe (I forget what its called Im sorry! But its really really delicious! Its like a standard frozen coffee drink but idk it just tastes amazing. Not too sweet!)

It took forty minutes to get two bagels at the drive through. I just dont understand how thats possible with virtually no one in the store. Honestly wonder if theyre not appropriately staffed.

Took the family there this morning for brunch. Line was long and drive thru was SLAMMED but the staff got us in an out in a reasonable amount of time.Food was very good! It’s so close go our house will definitely be a regular visit for us now!!

The food is great, but lord have mercy, the line is soooo long every time. I guess they’re doing their best, but it’s really terrible every single time I come. People are always pulling out of the drive through lane early because they can’t take the wait. Come if you have at least 30 extra minutes to wait.

I’m writing this review in hopes that management sees this and makes some changes. I stop by semi-regularly as I do business in the area and I enjoy the occasional late breakfast snack and coffee. Your staff seems to be friendly and that’s great. What I think could be improved though is the overall presence of your building and the cleanliness standards. Never once have I seen the front entrance doors clean. There are smudge marks all over the glass and who knows how often the handles are wiped down. This would make sense especially since you’re obviously concerned about Covid and you’re not letting anyone sit in your nice big dining area. Instead you only have a couple small table/ chairs outside in the sun.The bathroom is very dirty and it doesn’t set a precedent as to level of sanitization going on. Lastly I see a few bottom feeders hanging out regularly almost every time I’m there. I wonder if they actually buy anything? These are just some thoughts from a concerned customer. I see you have a steady flow of business but I wonder how much better it would be if more housekeeping was in order?

My 2 adult daughters and I were riding together. We stopped to get breakfast. Two of us hadnt eaten there before, so we ordered different meals. We thought it was very tasty. 😋😋😋

I have never experienced a drive-through as slow as the one at this Einstein bagels. It was ridiculous. This has happened every time I’ve gone there, and yet I keep going. Hoping it will be better I guess, no such luck. This will be my last time.

Daughter ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a chocolate milk on the app and it took 50 minutes to get her food. My daughter’s friends never got their food or drinks in the same 50 minutes. I get there is a labor shortage, but that’s insane.

Love Einstein Bagels. But at 11:14 AM, Saturday 12 Dec 2020, this is the line. We went through before this rush hit. It was still slow. There were plenty of employees but the manager had them positioned on the register and in the drive thru. There was one lady working like a mad woman to produce all of the product. She was the bottleneck. If you manage, if you lead, never forget that PRODUCTION is the foundation of all business. If you arent producing, you are not selling. If you arent selling, customers will go to where they are selling. Average druve thru time, while we ate our bagels in the parking lot and observed, was 25 minutes plus.

Dining room is still closed because of the pandemic, as of 10 June 2021. Mobile and in person ToGo orders only at this time. Food and drinks are excellent.

Their bagels and food are great. The service is so slow. I have never waited longer in this drive thru in Severna park than any other food place. I would rather not get their food and get something that’s faster when I’m on my way to work.

Food was delicious! I love the menu, Ive lived here for most my life, and know breakfast sandwiches are my favorite foods yet never went here until 2 weeks before I move away 😭 lol so I have some catching up to do. Lots of seating inside and lots of grab and go stuff too (like tubs of cream cheese). 1 point off for forgetting the avacado on one sandwich, but they gave us some in a tub after we asked, not a big biggie, as that can happen anywhere.

Ive only been here twice, each time the wait is ridiculously long. We were waiting an hour for a pharmacy to open so we went here because we knew it would take forever. 😂 I really wouldnt go here again until they got faster service. The food isnt good enough to wait that long, its not a restaurant.I noticed the owner sees the same complaint about the wait times and apologizes but doesnt fix the problem.

App is slow but otherwise easy to use to order. It tells you the order will be ready in 10-15 minutes, but I usually only wait about 5 minutes before going through the drive thru, and order is ready. Staff always friendly. I wish they were open later. I love the six cheese bagel. Onion bagel disappeared for a while, but its back.

This is the best bagel place in the Severna Park / Broadneck area. They have a wide selection of delicious bagels and cream cheese spreads, as well as various pastries. The staff are very friendly and efficient, even when they get busy, which happens frequently on the weekends.

The Bagels and Coffee are good but the the service is very slow. Especially the drive through.

Was waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes this morning. Not moving. Guy at ordering said I would be sitting there a long time as they only had 5 people. Was stuck in drive thru with groceries in my car. Service is AWFUL!!!!!!

Ordered a 2 farm house bagels that looked like crack houses. There was one piece of ham,one piece of bacon,an egg, a lightly toasted bagel and A WHOLE HEAP OF CREAM CHEESE. It was not cream cheese than any other ingredient. Granted I did it through door dash but I’ve never experienced a sandwich/bagel this bad in any time I’ve purchased from anywhere else but this location it’s it

Always great quality bagels. I’m picky as I’m from NY and have this unrealistic expectation of what bagels should taste like but for the love of god... please teach your employees to change their gloves after touching money, before handling ANY bagels. It’s disgusting.

Always wonderful customer service its conveniently located in Severna Park plaza excellent staff very clean wonderful choice of bagels juice coffee bathrooms are very tidy lots of parking and they seem to be adhering to all covid regulations. I would definitely stop by if you need breakfast on the go or just want to sit down and talk with somebody.

Decent bagels but my God this place is slow. If you go through the drive thru don’t plan on it taking less than 20 minutes to get a bagel.

Staff is friendly but very slow. Food is good. There are 3 registers, but only one open with line extending around the whole dining room. This is always the case. The order never comes out together. Today it came out in 3 steps. I had ask for the Latte after food came out. Then even that took a while. Seems like more attention is put on drive through and they do not know how to balance between walk is customers and drive ups. Perhaps Ill try drive through next time.

Go here everytime I need to get my bagel fix and they have a lot of different kind of bagel and muffins

Fresh bagels reasonably priced. Fresh brewed black mango tea either hot or iced is great. Staff is very patient when you order, some people have complicated orders and the staff wants to make it right.

I just went through the drive through and ordered a chocolate chip and a blueberry bagel and got a blueberry and a plain. i also ordered 2 sweet teas and was given unsweetened tea. very disappointed.

Begal was fantastic the salsa creme cheese was great but the sandwich i got for lunch was gross. Not any sauce and lettuce was not properly washed it tasted like chemicals

This is by far the worst Einstein Bagel I have ever been too. The place is always dirty, all the tables needed to be wiped off and the floors were covered in debris. The staff was unfriendly, inattentive, and extremely rude. They are always out of main ingredients so I can never get what I want. Once you order and get something, the food is cold, for hot food. I would drive to any other location before ever going to this one again!

Yum! The only decent bagel place in pretty much the whole area. Staff can get overwhelmed because they get so busy, though they always try to make it right. Love tgatvthey have a drive up as well.

Definitely one of my favorite bagel stops in Severna Park,we stopped in there the other day and got a six pack of bagels with all different types of toppings cant beat the prices and theyre always piping hot and fresh

This was the Einsteins I went to regularly after Isabel closed the one in DTA and until the Parole TC location opened. I went here pre-and post-fire. The time when it was closed affect the fire and there was no other Einsteins for miles was known as the No Bagel Era.

Every time I’ve been here they charge you for two eggs if you don’t ask for it.

Nasty avocado bagel. Idk what they sprinkled on it but tastes strange, quite disgusting. The lady used a cleaning rag to wipe off her gloves or something and kept making food the gloves she touched the wet towel with. Foul. First time there, last time ever.

Ordered 2 bagels to go (12:15 pm - Sunday). Waited abouyt 10 minutes; had to ask about my order. Counter person checked, and filled order (skipped my order). Perhaps if the people behind the counter stopped talking and dancing, they could focus on servicing customers.
