Ok Bath & Body Works, you can stop sending me coupons now! My husband told me that just because you send a coupon, doesnt mean I HAVE to use it. I think I do!

Stopped by for a quick peek, ended up buying too many things. The sales are awesome and the staff is super friendly at this location. Definitely one of my favorite locations.

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and assisted very warmly. Service was phenomenal.

Lots of great sales today. Soaps were on sale and I stocked up for the holidays!

The store is mostly soap and hand sanitizers right now. They asked to spray anti-bacterial spray on my hands, and was asked to grab a paper bag before starting to look. The social distancing makes reading body language weird...Im not saying its not worth it, just odd. Its also hard to smell products with the masks on.

My first time here & Cant wait to visit this location again, fully stocked and good customer service today.

Had no idea this location existed, first time going. Stumbled upon it with this virus thing going on and as stores are slowly opening back up. The only other stand alone bbw location I know of that is closer is at the Avenue in White Marsh but that location has yet to reopen. Due to the situation, they only let a certain number of customers come into the store, had to wait in line spaced apart outside. The line however went pretty fast. On the inside, you really did not have to wait in line to purchase your items because they only let in a certain number of customers, was in and out. They wiped down the counter after each customer and everything clearly marked. Friendly service. Its very werid times now with having to wear masks everywhere you go.

This Bath & Body Works is similar to any of the other ones that you would find in a mall. However its a stand-alone store in a strip mall which makes getting in and getting out a little quicker. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was an easy operation and I would recommend going to the store.

The staff is always helpful. Even walking in 15 minutes to closing time they were still gracious and amazing

Most of the time I am followed around the store as if I’m a criminal. And every time I present a coupon at the register they make it a problem. They’re the only location that makes a big deal about whether the coupon is from an email from the company or a third party site. Today I said something to the manager on duty about it and she just shrugged and walked away. Once my voice heals from this illness I will be calling corporate! Every now and then you’ll get a nice associate but I never see them again.

They are my go to for soaps and lotions year round but they rotate their products way to fast...I know that seasons changing call for new scents/smells, but why rotate it all? I love the beach walk scented lotions, but they were gone when I stopped by today

Employees were friendly but not very helpful. Most of the samples dont even have the scent parts in them for the car. Not bad but not great either.

This place is great special when they have their deals right now they have great three wick candles for 10:50 each when they normally like 40 bucks so get whatever you can on their sail deal because they have great deals and their stuff smells fantastic I love walking into this place because all the smells combine makes you feel good

These sales associates follow you around like you stealing and its annoying. Its ok to ask me do I need help but to be all on my back isnt conformable. And I live at round that area so this the only one I go to and if you can go to another one do so because every experience is bad for me i hate it and the next time I go i might just cuss one of there A$$es out. Its unprofessional and very rude

I love bath and body works. but everytime ive bn to this one. an i shop weekly. spend alot of money. an always having a problem at this one store. i will never go back to this store im getting to the point i will rake money money else where tgen bath and body works. its very upsetting u can go to five otger stores but go to this one an they are very rude an change the rules on there coupons as well.

Not very friendly. Told them that another store didnt add my coupon and I had the receipt to show it. I accidentally deleted the coupon and they said I was s.o.l.
