They gave me my covid shots both of them.In an out they also take care of my prescriptions.I left wallgreens they got to be a joke never going back
This was a great experience coming here. I went to the back of the store to consult with the pharmacist about getting some over the counter medicine and she was extremely helpful! The store is very clean and the checkout person was very friendly and efficient, I was well impressed! The location is very convenient for on and off access back onto the major roads. They also have a staggering candy collection! I couldn’t help but walk out of there with a 1 pound bag of strawberry twizzlers!
Cashier wears his mask below his nose which does almost nothing to protect him, customers or any items hes near like the cash drawer. Unbelievable were almost a year into this pandemic and management would still allow this carelessness.
I think this might be the best drive thru pharmacy in the area.
The staff and pharmacists are always helpful and welcoming. I prefer this Rite Aid over any CVS or Walgreens any time.
I really like this store and the customer service. The store manager is so friendly and always has a smile on his face! Even though this is a corporate store, it feels like a family owned store. Every time I am in there, someone strikes up a friendly (but not intrusive or over talkative) conversation with me. Its very welcoming. I have not had a problem with the pharmacy- they always fill prescriptions on time and accurately.
One of the young women who works in the pharmacy is very polite but she speaks so quietly I can scarcely hear her. Anytime she answers the phone when I call its a struggle. When I go through the drive thru I have to turn the vehicle off and strain towards the window to make out what shes saying. I cant imagine how someone hard of hearing would manage. Also, my son takes a liquid medicine. The first time we picked it up, it was completely unflavored. Maybe Im wrong, but I feel like its not out of the ordinary to expect a young childs medicine to have flavoring. I had to return the medicine and pay extra for flavoring. When it was time to renew the prescription, I made a note with the pharmacy worker to add flavoring this time, and even specified which flavor I wanted. When I came to pick up the medicine, it was unflavored. I had to wait while they added flavoring. There were several other minor inconveniences that have added up and made me think Ill probably switch to another pharmacy.
Great
Great location and very clean store. The staff I encountered were very friendly and asked if I needed any assistance. Was in and out fairly quick.
Had a customer service issue and contacted corporate. They promised resolution via a refund and a gift card for my trouble. Was in contact via text with a corporate representative who promised multiple times the gift card was in the mail only to never send it. I never received a refund or the gift card. Stay away from this place if you can help it - there are plenty of other options around
My 14-year-old son went on a bike ride today. Wound up riding so far in this heat that he became severely dehydrated. He stopped at this store, hoping they would have a drinking fountain. They didnt, and he didnt have any cash on hand. A gentleman who works there instead decided to buy my son a squeeze bottle filled with cold water. My son made it home safely, hydrated enough to tell us the story. While this may seem small to some people, this was huge for my family. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, Mr. A from Rite Aid. You are a true hero.
I recently stopped at this Rite Aid location to drop off my wife’s prescription. When I pulled up to the drive-through I had to exit my truck because I couldn’t reach the container but I stood there for five minutes and nobody waited on me.I then proceeded to say well maybe they’re busy let me go ahead and park and head on in. Then at this point I’m standing at the counter 2 feet away from the lady and she didn’t say nothing to me or knowledge me for five minutes. Then later on in the day I have to call back again and ask them about a text message and my wife received about more information needed for her prescription. At this time I am placed on hold for 10 minutes and when the lady comes back on the phone there is no apology for the long time I waited. The worst part of this is my wife stopped at 6 PM to pick up her prescription and they still made her wait 30 minutes to get her prescription when I dropped it off at 11 AM.Personally, I would not use this location I would try one of their other locations.##############Update - 2/7/2018##############The District Manager (Mike) recently contacted me and Apologized to me and my wife for the inconvenience that we experience at this location. He then went to tell me about a couple other things that helped ease my mind and make me feel like it might be better the second or third time around.Although, I still feel like there’s better locations to visit if you’re looking to get your prescriptions.Hopefully this is helps somebody!
The staff is full of awesomeness!
Rite Aid corporation has been having trouble for some time because of their shady pricing practices and other issues. Although it happens at all Rite Aid locations, this one seems worse: the price advertised is often more when it is rung up. Because Rite Aid is usually way more expensive than their competition, I will only buy some stuff if its on sale, yet the sale price is often not scanned. If you dont check your receipt, theres a good chance that a higher price was paid. When I finally started checking my receipt, I noticed there were errors in their favor at least 75% of the time. There is always an excuse like Oh your card didnt go through or the price on the shelf was for something else or it was just a fluke, but given that Rite Aid has been fined by the government for their deceptive price advertising and theyre one of the few stores that doesnt have any sort of compensation if youre incorrectly charged, it makes you wonder. Even if its just five cents per customer, that adds up at the end of the year. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The Rite Aid Pharmacy always fills my prescriptions and contacts me with any questions.
I am not normally a person to write negative reviews, but the pharmacy staff are completely incompetent- and unable to effectively communicate with their customers information about their prescription. Such a shame
Googled 24 hour pharmacy near me. Got this listing. The store was open, however, the pharmacy closed at 8pm. I did not require emergency deodorant or emergency cookies. I needed a pharmacy for prescription. Fail.
Some people writing stupid comments because your prissy blonde money making both ass kufe makes fun of people hwraelf
Not a place I would revisit.
