Every time I go there, the employees are friendly, and knowledgeable about games and devices. Its a really cool place to go and talk about gaming and collectibles.

A great place to get gaming software and stock up on most of your favorite modern day collectibles. Sales staff are extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. They will find the item you need id they dont have it in stock. Many items available for order online or through their store for free store delivery or even free item transfer from another store to yours. Check them out.

Helpful, polite, and funny employees, tons of unique variety, selection and plentiful stock. A lot of items youd have to find online, perfect place to do stocking stuffers and find gifts for several different people at once. Floor Space to walk around is a bit of a Tight squeeze but its worth it.

Big store with specializes collections. Staff take the time to answer questions and help customers. Appreciated the ease of making an exchange and being informed about return options and warranties.

Close and convenient for my family. The staff is friendly but always slow and pretty busy when we go. The setup makes it extremely tight to walk around and thats hard with a baby in your arms. So avoid going with a big group of friends.

Ive been coming here since it was an EB Games a decade ago. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful Ive ever seen in a place. Ask them about any game and they can tell you all the flaws, game mechanics, and a plot synopsis. The are generally really low unless the game has just come out recently or its on pre-order. You can even buy used and refurbished electronicss like Apple devices and game consoles or trade in your own used games and devices for money.

The staff is very helpful, however if you go in for a trade in on a phone or anything else avoid having Wendell help you. It will take a full hour to do one trade in. If you bring in more than one device or item, he will do each individual one separately. He is the only employee that does this. Every other employee will do it on one transaction and will be done with the whole trade in about 20 to 30 minutes. That is my only complaint about this location. Everything else is awesome!

Every time I go in this particular gamestop I end up coming out w great deals. The people who work there go out of their way to make me aware of all the specials n offers that r going on. Also they will pull up your account n tell u what is available to u personally. Cant say enough good things about this place. Way better than the other 2 sister stores I used to go to. Def the best of them all!!

Stopped in and met the new General Manager Patrick. He was very helpful and all around a great guy. Very happy he is working in my local gamestop.

This gamestop is a little smaller than most but is still a REALLY good location and better than most gamestops Ive been to in the state of Maryland. I reccomend here the most as there is a lot of really sweet people working here. While I was here, there was a kinda long line but I overheard the conversation they were having and hear an employee tell another to make sure they prioritize making sure everyone got help. GO TO THIS GAMESTOP OVER ANYWHERE ELSE HONESTLY! I CANT STRESS HOW NICE THEY ARE! ANY PROBLEMS YOU HAVE WITH THEM IS NOT THESE WORKERS ITS THE CORPORATE ITSELF!!

Very dissatisfied, disappointed and UPSET. We pre order most games and are loyal customers to this store when I have two other stores closer to work. I preordered Kingdom Hearts waaay in advanced for my son as a birthday gift and the store decided to call and email customers about earlier pick up, but no one bothered to call or email us. When we got to the store at 10 pm they were closing and did not allow us to get the preordered game. Thanks GameStop Severna Park for pooping on my party. Tonight you Lost a loyal customer.

Store is a bit small, run of the mill GameStop store. Bought several games here and traded in some too. Staff was average to other GameStops as was the selection of games.
