The staff were very friendly and helpful. A staff member not only approached us to offer assistance, but then immediately went to get what we selected from stock. Then another staff member took the item to the car to help us load it. The checkout was extremely easy and the staff member at the register was super friendly and considerate. This store today fully earned 5-stars, because their three employees who helped us, most definitely made the shopping experience pleasant and easy. This experience makes me want to always shop at this store even though it is not my local store and is almost a half-hour drive.

Went in for postcards for my husbands Memorial. Sam in the print center was kind, patient and very helpful. It was an emotional time for me and he was quite empathic and still professional. Thank you

My boyfriend Mark went in to the Severna park/Richie location and had some great customer service from Mike. He answered all his questions and pointed him in the right direction for everything he needed. Professional and personable is how he described Mike. Good job!!! He said he will be back when they need more office supplies!

I ordered copies of a document twice. The first time to be delivered to my home which when it came it was in ledger and was half normal white and half card stock. I ordered it in only card stock. Second time I made sure I ordered legal and in card stock to be picked up at store. Two days later (today) I went to pick it up. There system messed up and had it printed in ledger. When I said that something messed up they told me that theyll print it again but i will have to pay again. I will never spend my money there again.

General Manager (Lee) was very rude and unwilling to help! I bought 2 keyboards in December but because I was quarantined I was not able to return them within their 14 day policy. He did nothing to help me at all. Very poor service. Told me I could not return them.

Office depot does not have the best prices. The store is large and has a variety of office supplies. My husband and I came to check out an advertised sale. We were able to find what we were looking for and the sale put it in our price range. A friendly employee attempted to help us. It was evident that the employee was not very tech savvy and could use more practice and training.

Advertised as FedEx official location but employees refused to scan a package with FedEx shipping label and provide a receipt. I might as well leave it on the sidewalk and hope for the best if they wont acknowledge receiving it and own turning it over to FedEx.

Bought a fireproof lockbox. Got it home and the it had no key. Looked like a new box so not sure why the key was missing. Had to return it and get another.But it was a good price and Office Depot had no problem with the swap.

I found it difficult to navigate the store with the floor covered in boxes and half built displays. Employees on the floor were pushing past myself and kids and unapologetic. A lot of products on shelf with no price tags and no tags stating that there was a limit on certain products on sale. Yet another disappointing visit to this office depot. At least there wasnt an employee scolding my kids this time. I only gave 2 stars because the cashier was extremely welcoming and plesant and should be recognized for standing out.

When it comes to this experience that here, well, its nothing short of a Christmas miracle!! Over the years Ive had great success at the copy and print center at this particular location. Ive received consultations and product ranging from business cards, theater posters, celebration of life materials, resumes etc.The online business I purchased a personalized kids book from 6 weeks before Christmas let me know on dec 22 not to expect the book, that they were weeks behind schedule. Oh no! What to do?Breathe, think, call Office Depot Severna Park. Jacob was so kind and encouraging. He assured me that they can laminate my story and pictures and make the book. what!!!??! He also inputed his creative expert advice to the project and....Jacob saved Christmas. It should be turned into a hallmark movie, Jacob saves Christmas. Honestly though this is an amazingly smart, professional and talented group of peoole in our area. A resource of products and expertise that you can count on for your biggest projects.Thanks Jacob and Office depot 02106!!Hope you all know the differnce you make in this very challenging world. Where to start....Zero stars if possible1. Photo Paper 100 sheet. 394-925. Price shown on the website for mail order or in-store pick-up is... $18.99. Bait-and-switch in-store price $27.99!! To what do I owe the honor? Manager unapologetically says actual in-store price isnot available at all on the website!2. Mostly rude staff. One nice young lady, and male cashier ok, but the manager and copy center person were very unfriendly, dismissive, and RUDE.I show copy center person the price difference, and she just ....walks away without answering me why. She begins running returns, and walks right past me, looking away, as I stand waiting for assistance. I remark that she ignored me, and she says she has things to do...Manager is not much more helpful, and gets irritated when I ask for access to computer with access to their website..., so I can find the price they cant find. All in a store full of dumbed-down computers...You will do better to avoid this time-waste, and rudeness. Maybe better at Staples, (not much), or better yet, online from ebay...
