I have never experienced service as good as the outlet store in Sevierville Tennessee at the Tanger outlet mall. First class service service, the type that hard to get anywhere else. I had never been to this store before and it will certainly be first on our list the next time we come back here. Everyone that was working that day were a pleasure to deal with; eager to help.What made them stand out was the lack of service in a lot of merchants, we had dealt with over the weekend.Wow a Top of the line product, at a Top of the line store, with top of the line employees!

Way overpriced for an outlet store. Stock is almost all winter clothes. Very few items are discounted. Virtually all clothing items seemed to be only dark colors. Not a place to find shoes. But if you are a North Face fanatic you will find something youll like.

Store is still pandering the mask fear and store capacity limitations. The door czar blamed it on how long their breaks are.Mask mandates and store capacity limitations have been lifted for over a week now across Tennessee.This is “store policy”.Go over to Under Armor. Prices are much better and there are no bouncers waiting for you at the door.

This is my most favorite store in this huge outlet. You can find so many amazing sales. When I went I saw this huge deal on one of their hoodies. It was 50 percent off the original price of 45 dollars. That is a deal you definitely cannot pass up like I did. I wish I hadnt have did that. The only reason why was because they didnt have my size anymore in this one color I wanted. I regret it now. They have pretty much 50 percent off everywhere in the store. The store is huge too. So you can spend a pretty good amount of time in their looking at sales. The staff were super helpful too. The store seemed to be very clean also. You all definitely have to hit this store if you are going shopping. It might just become your favorite as well. I highly recommend this place to go check out.

Associates are very friendly and the sale was spectacular. We got NF hoodies for $22.00. We are planning just a shopping trip soon. All the Outlets are amazing here, and SO close together. Its definitely worth checking out!!!!

Good prices

In the past I had enjoyed shopping here regularly but during my last visit the service was very poor. I couldn’t find a sales associate on the floor so I went to the front for a price check. Three associates were at the register. No one was in line. I stood there for a couple of minutes with no acknowledgement. I finally but my stuff down and me and my husband left. He had a coat to purchase and I was still shopping but it bothers me to do business with places that treat customers that way.

Very disrespectful employees. 1 cashier only. The other woman counting the money told me she can’t help me. Because she was closing the registers 45 minutes prior the closing. Have to wait for a while since was only 1 register open I work in retail and the customers at my store come first. We never close registers 45 minutes before closing and we never make our customers wait.

Poor customer service. Was not willing to allow us to try on several pairs of pants but would not let us return them if we bought them.

I think this place is for the more wealthy people

Not too impressed by the selection could have been more in whatever(Spring)season it was during the time visited at the store. A little confusing, which other stores was more representing seasons which I know is a outlet mall BUT could have been a little more organized to or some what to winter, spring, Etc I felt like they had a deal with Mother Nature! Just wasnt welcoming through the seasons of spring. If you needed a coat jacket or a coat or a coat you was at the right place. The only reason Im giving it a four-star and not -2 star is because this was a outstanding store to shop at a few years ago.

Amazing workers. One worker helped me find exactly what I wanted and even made sure I got a deal that wasnt available until the next day.

Decent prices

Ive been to this North Face outlet three years in a row now around New Years Eve and it seems the deals are hit or miss one year they had amazing deals. I was able to find lots of winter weather gear at a cheap discounted price however in recent years I feel like Im not getting that bang for my buck that I used to get it just seems like any other store prices.

This store has hardly anything. What little they have is outrageously priced! They have a few decent deals on their lower grade hoodies. Basically for fashion. No weather technology whats so ever. But they didnt have any sizes. All the normal sizes were sold out. If youre a size extra small then youre in the good. I understand being an Outlet they sell last years items. However I dont understand why The North Face warranty is not valid. Youre only getting a 30% discount. But after 60 days if it wears out then youre just stuck. What racks they had basically were the same items over and over again, just different color. In mostly smaller sizes. No good deals. Limited selection. And no sizes. If youre looking for The North Face items then shop your Big Box stores for the newer items at sale prices. This Outlet is a joke.

Depends on when you go and what you are looking for. While in the store I bought a coat online from their site 20.00 cheaper than their 50% of last years prices. Good selection of shirts and hoodies as well as jackets.

I love this store. Really pricey but worth it.

Great place to shop! Went right after Christmas and everything was at least half off. Very crowded but thats normal for this time of year.

Got two quality raincoats for $120 total. Great sale for good products!

Staff wasnt friendly at all. Was looking for help and they were all in a corner of the store chit chatting. Had to walk over there to get a dressing room unlocked and then to get someone to the cashier lane so we could pay.

Store is set up nice just has some high prices. But overall a great store.

Went to look for shorts for the hubs and they only had a few to choose from. They still had a ton of cold weather attire if you need it but the prices are not discounted much at all.

Very large store with a decent selection. I notice that I find models Ive never heard of in TNF outlet stores, so it can be hard to check reviews on something like a down jacket.

I purchased several things last Saturday, Dec 16 from NF in Tanger. After standing in line for 10-15 min to check out, I realized before leaving the store that the register did not ring up the right discount for the items. I spoke with the young lady at the door and she said I would have to go thru the line a second time for the adjustment. She pointed to the manager who was running a register also. I quickly asked the manager and she said the same. So I stood in line for another 10-15 min to get an adjustment that the store messed up. I cant believe a company such as NF would treat their customers this way.

Large store filled to the brim with mostly fall & winter jackets. There were some bargins to be had. Few summer items but many had the North Face logos pretty big. If you need hats they had a number of winter hats & gloves. Seemed to have a large amount of childrens clothes. Rain jackets available in all sizes. Some hiking apparel. Pretty average for an outlet store. If you need sales help just about forget it.

Ypu cant beat the quality, and the prices of their stuff. Good customer service and selection.

The prices were okay since they had a sale going on but due to lack of customer service by employees did not buy anything. They seemed to offer a nice selection with a variety of sizes. Personally I cannot stand bad customer service that can make or break anything for me so unfortunately all the items I had intended to purchase I hung up on a rack and walked out since I waited for a fitting room, had to find an employee to open it up, by the time she got back over there someone else came up and she let them in the fitting room and told me to wait, eventhough I was there first and had to track her down to open it up.

NO customer servic!!! We drove an hour to this store to buy a coat for my husband. We were in the store at least 20 minutes looking through several racks trying to find his size. Not one employee asked if we needed assistance. There were more employees than customers in the store. TERRIBLE experience. We will take our business elsewhere.

The layout of this store is a bit overwhelming. The staff is nice except some of the managers that are pretty rude but I see that in most North Face stores.

The North Face has really quality clothing but not without a price. I was surprised by some of the deals we found. We do not usually find the low prices in other outlets like we did here. We had spent so much money already and had so much stuff already, I almost skipped it but went in to look and found that I could not pass up some of the deals they had.

Rude employees that do not greet and help. very limited selection for smaller sizes. This store is for people who ant who wear TNF in town not mountains.
