The ice cream was delicious, but expect to pay a little more than fast foods. We went in the evening during the week and there wasnt anybody else in there.

Very poor customer service. We were visiting from out of town and the girl was absolutely stunningly rude. Do better or don’t work in customer service

Understaffed and the paper straws do not work with shakes very well. Hard to stir once everything settles to the bottoms of the cup. Ice cream was good in the shake but melted to quick, i think it had to much milk added to the shakes.

This is a pretty busy ice cream shop that DOES NOT EXCEPT CASH! The ice cream was good and they do offer dairy free options beyond vanilla. The staff was friendly.

Ben & Jerry’s ice cream shop has over a dozen flavors of my favorite ice cream sold at my local grocery store every day.When I want to treat my self or my two son’s with the best hand scoop ice cream on the planet, I will go to Ben & Jerry’s ice cream shop.Now that Ben & Jerry’s ice cream has amazing shakes and sundaes, my two son’s cant stop eating this amazing ice cream all the time.

It was 32 bucks for 4 small cups. My dad is huge and he wants phish food and chocolate therapy. The one girl couldnt hear us after we repeated order like 3 times. (Think she might need hearing aid) lot cheaper buying at the grocery store. Ice cream was good, they were sweeping like 40 mins before close.

Strawberry ice cream was good. Chocolate chip cookie dough could have been better.

We had berry lemonade sherbert it was in a waffle cone my wifes was in a cup it was our first time there it was great tasting

Just by the name alone, you know that you are in for a good time. We were not disappointed. The selections were just as varied as what you see in the supermarket.The flavors may have been just as varied, but as a flavor sensation they were twice as good. Plus you did not have to do any of the work, save for sitting back and enjoying your double scoop of Cherry Garcia, a perennial favorite.Anytime you get the chance, stop into a Ben & Jerrys, you will certainly be glad that you did.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very glad we chose this location for our first Ben & Jerrys visit. We are not a small family, and they were very friendly and patient while everyone made their selections. Definitely enjoyed our experience & visit! Standing at the door looking at an employee talking to us. He would not take are order said we had to do online. But we had no internet service . so we went to a different ice cream shop that want our business. I live in pigeon forge and was here with family so I never will be back. That just laziness period. This was Saturday at 11:30am if anyone care!

I always have a great experience here. The staff if very friendly and quick even in the busy times. My favorite ice cream flavor is the min chocolate chunk! Its totally worth the price.

It was super expensive and I dont think it was worth what I paid for it. 1 cone with sprinkles for a child and a small drink was $13.00.April 15th: the manager contacted me and made my experience with ben and Jerrys ice cream better. For them over charging me they sent me a check with my money back and 2 free ice cream certificates. Thank you so much Ben & Jerrys we will be seeing you again soon.....

Ice cream was delicious, however, the staff was not very helpful when it came to us asking questions about the flavors. When we first came in all of the staff was sitting down and were in no rush to help us.

A teenage girl that was working today was extremely rude she asked us if we wanted whip cream and politely said no and she didn’t hear us so we said no and she rolled her eyes. The. She dropped ice cream and picked it up with her hands and just whipped it off on her pants and kept slamming our milkshake around and showing she was mad for some reason and at the end when we went to pay she slammed it on the register. Very rude costumer service very unhappy!
