Another convenience store. Variety of items they do have good coffee. Nice employees. Easy access. Would return.

Nice convenience store. There was some good sale prices on some items. The only thing I didnt like was the wait in line to checkout. In my opinion, there should be 2 workers available for checkout during busy hours.

Amazing ICEE same gas price that any other stations in the area has. Attendants are always super nice! I come here often.

Please do not ask for a receipt more than once. Hateful old man not wearing a mask either rude as all get out. Thought he might have not heard me cause he was handing me my change and no receipt, so I said can I please get a receipt.. YEAH, let me finish one thing at a time. Like damn it would have been hard to grab the receipt when it’s located right above your hand. Just because you are busy doesn’t give you a reason to be hateful when things aren’t going your way.

It’s no convenient store if you can’t pay at the pump had to go in three times to get gas but you don’t even offer a fountain drink for the very inconvenient not good business

Did you know that Pilot Gas stations place a hold of $151 plus a hold for the amount of gas you get? Eventually that $151 will fall off but your gas amount has to post 1st. So if you go Friday night, the processing doesnt happen til usually Tuesday morning around 3am. So Pilot has $151 of my money tied up for days that I cant access!!!! Guess you must have to be rich to get a few gallons of gas from them. Most stations place a $1 hold.

I asked the cashier for change for a 50 in 10s instead of 20s for my friend. After rudely saying they dont have 10s the cashier proceeded to shake her head and laugh at us. Then before leaving made the comment to my friend, dont let her be in charge of your checkbook and rudely gave her her change while shaking her head and laughing again!! Worst customer service ever!

Our grandson collects snow globes & were able to find them here all the time. The bathrooms are always clean. However if you use a debit card be aware they put a hold on it for more then you spend in gas.

Convenient locations, safe, clean. Always busy so you may wait in line. You can find pretty much everything here that youd find in a full sized market. Prices in some things are higher than normal but the also have great deals on things like money orders, no fee ATM, & really cheap coffee & fountain drinks.Speaking of coffee, they serve a great brew here & the drink station offers tons of flavored creamers to suit your tastes. My only complaint about this location is the unfriendly employees.

Gas prices are too much but competitiveInside prices continue to climb though. Pretty well maintained. Somebody, please wash the gas pumps!

One of my favorite gas stations to go to because of Apple Pay it’s very very convenient they have every single snack that I love like cream soda by barks and cotton candy of course and customer service is great they also make fresh cinnamon rolls and some of them so I highly recommend pilot.

Definitely the best coffee in town. Love the touch screen grind & brew machine. Doesnt get any fresher.

Very clean and accessible from the main highway. Good parking also. It also has a Subway located inside of it.

(My wifes experience today) I was out of gas, and the gas station closest to me was closed for good. I went to Pilot. I pulled into an open pump, got out and swiped my card. I selected credit, and it told me I needed to see the cashier inside. I then tried debit, but got the same message after entering my pin. I am handicapped, and also injured. I looked for a handicap call button, but found none. I then had to get my daughter out of the vehicle, get my walker out of the vehicle, and hobble across the busy lot, to the store, with manual doors. I waited in line, and mentioned to the attendant about the lack of handicap access. (there are handicap parking spaces, but not pumps) She rang me up, but didnt seem interested. I then had to make my way across the lot again, with my daughter and walker, to pump my gas. I looked at the rest of the pumps on my way out of the lot, and noticed none of them have a handicap call button for assistance. Every other gas station I have ever been to, has such a button. This is very poor customer service. Im not sure if they are in compliance of the ADA by only providing a couple handicap parking spaces and a ramp.

I have seen a lot of poor service gas station attendants but mark at this location ran his but off all by himself running 2 registers at once and handle the crowed with kindness and speed. Hats off my friend that was nice to watch!!!

Typical Flying J. Great hot dogs. Hard parking lot to get in and out of if you want to go East and not back onto the interstate.

I love getting gas on the road at places that have clean bathrooms and windshield washer stuff! Lots of the fueling stations are being bought up by non Americans and ruining them!

They are listed as having public showers all over the internet but when I called I was told that in fact they do NOT! The man I spoke with was very rude and suggested I go several miles out of my way to find one in another city!

The best pilot station in have ever been in. They have special extras for your coffee. Clean and has Subway

Love the Pilot stores.... the one in S.Knox. sux! Employees were rude, hateful, and treated me like a criminal.... because I asked for a free refeel, with a Pilot cup from the one down the road,, 3.1 miles away.

Restroom was so-so. Coffee quality about a 2.3 out of 5. But the gasoline price was low, so I suppose thats the main draw.

The only person who made you feel wanted was the gasstation attendant.

Im a out of towner thats in town usually 3 times a month and this is always where i get my Gas and fill up on coffee. .the Attendents in here are always very nice to me and pleasant. . They have good slushies too

Manager seem to think from at least 35 yards away without making a positive identification of who i realy was she just asumed i was another individual who was banned from that particular store and called Sevierville police Dept. Who might i ad was very arrogant and sarcastic he was a sgt no older than 35 i wld say.I my self am graduate of the tn. Law enforcement training academy class 516 very proud of myself not to boast .The mngr. Asumed from that distance now even without the officer assertaning a positive id which is what i wld have done and wld have at least been courtesy about it .In Law enforcement that sgt. Is what is refered to as Having the John wayne syndrome!!!!!! He wld be injured if he worked for a bigger major city. Im almosst positive.I love dashing in and out of pilot stores.they lost a cutomer at that location.I never received an apology. She assumed and He Harrast if he were fishing outside of city i wld see how skilled in hand to hand combat!!!!!!!!! And Im 57 yrs young!!!!!
