My favorite shop to visit. I always make a scrapbook of our trip here and this is the best place to get what you need. Even have a discount store as well. Love it !!

I used to spend average $80, last 2 years I didn’t visit the store and today I was disappointed. I spent $9.xx in both stores.The man in the regular store was nice and welcomed every new customer. It was a little pricey, but nice.In the clearance store “nah” not friendly, talking on the phone, I never payed attention in the background music in stores, but today it was horrible music and too loud. I just wanted to walked around and leave.I understand it’s hard to have the store open now a days, I really wish you stay in the market and don’t close the business, but you have to improve a lot of little things so customers will continue loving your store.

Oh my gosh, I was THRILLED to find an active & open scrapbook store! Most of the stores near me have closed down so this was an added treat to my vacation. Huge selection, amazing staff, reasonable prices...couldnt ask for more.

Absolutely love this s store. Have to go here every time I come to Pigeon Forge. Im a crafter not a scrapbooker and I can always find embellishments here for my crafts.

Stop in every time we visit the area. Large selection and the clearance store has unbelievable bargains. The ladies are kind and cheerful. Definitely recommend for the scrapbooker!

Followed Google Maps to this location, store windows are papered. Called # to find they moved a couple doors down. Would be helpful if they left signage saying they moved.

Took the family they spent a good two hours there. They came out with all kinds of stuff. They said they had great deals.so that made me happy that it didnt hurt my wallet.

If you are a scrapbooker this is the place for you. Scrapbooking pages galore along with all the extras you need. There are actually two stores in one. On one side you will find newer materials and one the other side is the discontinued materials marked fifty percent off.

The staff are super sweet. Family oriented. Its an hour and a half away from home but when I get within a 30 mile radius its on like donkey kong

It is a great store. Loads of good stuff. Loads of Pigeon Forge and Smoky Mountain items. Online also. A reliable scrapbook store. I use it for miniature scenes.

I love both stores but especially the clearance store. We live 5 hours away but everytime we come this way I make a stop. Tons of items to choose from for every occasion.

These type of scrapbook stores are so hard to find. The chain stores cant hold a brad to it! Love, love love the clearance shop, even my wallet loved it! It made my trip to the Smokies perfect and my memories even better!

This store is huge and they have a ton of products. That being said, it would be really helpful if the products were more organized. Currently their items are in collections based on events or themes and not based on product type. Its pretty overwhelming and hard to shop. Things are pricey (cardstock is .99 a sheet to 1.50 a sheet, for example) but not crazy. Definitely an incredible selection of paper, but unless you know exactly what you want, its just way too much. The clearance center next door isnt really clearance. Just older goods a bit cheaper (still more expensive than the big box sales) I left without buying anything, which is saying a lot for this paper crafter.

No public restroom?!I have gone there a few times over the last 10 years of living in the area. It is a nice store with lots of things to choose from. I could spend so much time there shopping.The only problem ( it’s a big one!!) I see about this store is that they say they don’t have public bathrooms. This is a violation of the international building codes and needs to be changed! Plus, It doesn’t make sense to have a store this size, with a customer base of mostly women with no accessible bathroom!! Women shop. Women also typically have children with them.Many times I decide NOT to make the drive down from Knoxville because I know they do not have a bathroom in the store. It would make my trip too short if, while shopping, I had to leave the store because I needed the restroom and had to go hunt for one in a nearby store.Change this issue and I’ll change my review.

Was thrilled to find a dedicated SB store while on vacation & a SB clearance store with many discontinued products that HAD to come home with me! Spent well over an hour shopping & more than twice what I planned to spend, but it was well worth it to me. The Superstore cashier & her daughter were adorable, & I loved talking about horses with them. The clearance store cashier gave me several freebies & a pretty demo page with a damaged corner -- an easy fix, already done :)Some products seemed a little pricey, & I would have appreciated a public restroom, but I came home very happy & would love to visit this store again.

WOW, WOW, WOW! This place is awesome! Great supplies at a price that will not burn a hole in the wallet. 50% off everything was great! Everything was good quality, and the layout was actually perfect for navigating the store. Other discount places you are digging though bins and you feel like a trash man searching for treasure. This place is clean and organized. Only draw back is that they do not have public restrooms. I spent 1.5 hours in the store, so it would have been nice to have a bathroom in the store instead of having to go search.

Great selection of patterned paper that you wont see in the chain craft stores. Unbelievable amount of stickers! Good selection of dies, and other embellishments. They had pre-made scrapbook pages for all the major local attractions! Best to go with a project you want to do in mind! Prices are retail but I did find some good deals on sale.

Every time I return to Gatlinburg I look forward to my trip to the Scrapbook store. I literally make a list of pictures from home because if I am ever going to find something...it will be there. What a huge inventory! Nice folks too!

I love to keep journals and details of travels. This is the best scrapbook store. They have so much to choose from at great prices. I got a lot of nice paper for 10 cents each at their bargain store next door to the regular store. Both are great...stop everytime we are in the Smokies...they are closed on Sundays and some holidays so be aware.

Great selection of scrapbook supplies. They include items from the surrounding area plus other places such as Disney. They have a discount store next to the main store which is nice. We come here every year when we come to Nashville for a work conference.

Staff/owners were very friendly and helpful. Visiting from PA and purchased sightseeing and regional items. Cant wait to scrapbook my pics.

Wow, we don’t have any place like this near my home in Baton Rouge. I always allow myself 2 hours to shop here and the outlet store next door.

Ive been scrapbooking for almost 10 years. Ive been to many different stores for supplies. This is one of the best, with the biggest selection of merchandise Ive seen. Regular items are a bit over priced, but the sales are a great deal. Well organized also!!

I truly enjoyed this store. Its a lot bigger than I had imagined. The prices were about average, and I was SO excited to find their clearance center was right next door. I was given some free scrap-booking materials, like some puff stickers and die-cuts as well.

Was impressed until I went to the 1/2 store next door. While checking out I seen finished pages. I picked up one and it had $5.99. Not bad for $3, since it was a little date design. I got several. Wondered why my total was so high. The other 1 page layouts were $9.99. In the other store 2 page spreads are $9.99 . Big ripoff!

They havent gotten any new stock in over a year and what they do have is overpriced. The salesperson (only ever saw one) was not friendly. I wouldnt waste my time going there.

I visit the Scrapbook Superstore every year when we visit Tennessee on vacation. I usually buy more items at the clearance store next door, although a lot of the items there are outdated, but I always manage to find something. The prices are kind of high in the Scrapbook Superstore, and I dont buy much in there because everything is so high, and I can buy items cheaper on the internet. I believe in supporting all of our small businesses, but I also believe in saving money also. It is definitely worth the visit.

Lots of differnt things for scrapebooking. There are 2 srores beside each other. One is the regular store and the other is kind of like a disscount store. Like it has older things that you might need. Like stickers from 1998. Stuff like that.

I wish I could do half a star. It seemed like me and my girlfriend were the only people in the store for at least 2 hours and we got offered zero help. And when we finally asked for the cashier to help us find something she was beyond rude and short with us. She is elderly with short white hair. Dont ask her questions unless you enjoy attitude. But I had no problems with the lady who rang us up on the discounted side.

I have been coming here for many years and my average sale is usually between $50 and $60..Today I spent maybe $1.37..The store is very empty and merchandise is condensed and 30% plus is marked down. Selling off fixtures and selection is minimal on basics..I have been in retail for most of my life and I have seen this many times I hope I am wrong I would miss this store terribly if they were to close..

Disappointing. They call themselves a superstore, but they dont have the essentials for quality scrapbooking. When asked if they have this product or that product, the staff became defensive and insulting. It is not worth the traffic hassle to visit, nor is it worth the money.
