We are from out of town and planned our entire wedding from home in Oklahoma with D Garden.We rented a property with cabin and a pond in the mountains. From there we called D Garden they did the rest. They pulled together catering, flowers, DJ, Cake etc. was the most peaceful and relaxing day looking out the cabin window watching our special day coming together. Dustin out wedding planner made this day amazing! No stress and our boho mountain wedding turned out prefect! Thank you for making the day so stunning and prefect for us. We can’t thank you enough for taking such special care of us.

My mom got flowers from her sister from out of state, the card looked like a 5 year old wrote it and the flowers looked like they came from a gas station that cost $8.99 you know the kind men grab when they forgot their anniversary. Yes they where cheap... $70 dollars for this with no vase.

I would not recommend this florist, for my birthday recieved flowers from this florist by someone out of town. After only 3 days the flowers begin to turn brown around the edges,not open up, and roses wilted. The shop was contacted with the promise the owner would call back. After a few days of not hearing back the person that paid for them finally talked to the owner and forward the pictures to show the condition of the flowers, with the reply being Ill have to get back to you. Anyway its later with still no reply from the owner and now not available to take phone calls. Surely there is already a policy put in place that does not require time to think about what the right thing to do is! I would like to mention that I read another review with a similar issue and find the owners response unprofessional/puzzling. It appears if not purchased directly thru them apparently this florist does not want to take the responsibility of the condition of the flowers!This is a response to the quick response to a published compliant. There was nothing offered during the conversation about the flowers only that you would get back in touch. At the end of this, payment was received by your florist for a service that delivered poor quality of flowers which you are responsible for. I have received other arrangements from you which were beautiful and lasted more than a week, although your responses clearly show how unprofessional shifting the issues to others (including me), any good business would admit there was an issue- offering to fix it without a published compliant! Stand by review!Response.....I will once again repeat I was never offered fresh flowers from you and in fact never received a return call as stated I would by your associate. My call was made prior to Sunday and your offer for this only in response to my review! We have been assured that you have been paid for the arrangement you brought.

We ordered a funeral arrangement for a very dear friend of our family even splurged little extra to make sure it was super nice. We call this florist not knowing anyone in the area florist wise and request them to not disappoint us and make sure it is was very nice for our dear friends family. We show up looking everywhere for our arrangement as we spoke with friends and family. We seen this large and very lovely stand with a framed art at the front and thought that is beautiful but can’t be ours as it look like way way more that we spent. Now mind you we did spend good money on it but did not think that would still be in our budget. Never did see our arrangement so we went over to that stand as we were walking over a lady commented to us we were just admiring this beautiful arrangement as well. Low and behold that was ours! Our family was so impressed with the work and the arrangement. All the arrangements from this shop were superior to the other arrangements. They all were beautiful! The BEST FLORIST EVER!We have used D Garden for as long as I can remember I read all these reviews and cant believe them. One common thing I see on the bad reviews is they all come from someone over charging them and not getting what they paid for. First I find this hard to believe as everything we have order from here is always way more than we paid for compared to other florist. So to remedy this I would call a REAL FLORIST such as D Garden and let them take care of you not something you find online. Check that they are for real a florist. Furthermore I would also see what fees are associated with placing your order with said companies you ordering from. I personally know that there are fees to order from these companies that is why we call D Garden they do not charge a ordering fee. Most importantly when you use a REAL FLORIST if there is a issues give them a chance to fix it and also review the companies you give your money to, not the mom and pops that are doing all they can to keep their doors open and staff paid during this very difficult time. I wish I could speak with each of the people who have placed a bad review here as they just dont get it. D GARDEN is the best hands down. They have done work for my family for over 20 years and we are so grateful for them that is why I could not sit by and see reviews slamming them and not put my thoughts in the ring as well. Was not going to write a review. Wanted to to look this business up online but after reading the mixed reviews I new I had to! I got this arrangement 7 days ago now and the flowers are so stunning! I have had the joy of watching them open, grow, and bloom each day! I am so pleased with the service and quality of product. The delivery personnel was so kind and polite. The lady on the phone when I called to thank them for such a nice fresh arrangement was so sweet! Thank you for all your hard work it sure pays off as this is the best of the best!

I had to get some flowers on short notice for a funeral on Memorial day weekend. It was a beautiful arrangement that was reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again.

Stopped by the shop to pick up flowers for my girlfriend Saturday morning as this was the only florist I could find in the area that did not look like something from 1980’s. The shop is amazing! The historical building was so cool! The flowers I got for my wife are beautiful she loves them. They still almost a week later look the same as the day I brought them to her. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE arrangement. My mom ordered me a beautiful lavender floral arrangement, large $75, what was delivered was a small hideous bouquet. The picture and what we got are not the same. The roses look old and gross and the white flowers they dyed green are ugly. Kroger would have done better, my husband does better by spending $10 at Kroger and making his own arrangement. . First picture is what she thought she was ordering, second picture is what arrived. I wouldnt send this arrangement to my worst enemy. Customer service is also awful, I cant believe they are proud of their work.SPOKE WITH THEM AND THEY DIDNT CARE, THEIR POST AT THE BOTTOM IS A LIE!!!!!!

I am the mom who waits last minute to do anything. I really dropped the ball on getting my son a corsage for his prom date. The day before the big event, yesterday, I thought about it and a friend suggested D Garden. I am so thrilled she did. I called, explained my predicament, and without hesitation the kind voice on the other end said, let me check our supplies. She came back on the line and without hesitation said they would be glad to fix me up. I went this morning and picked up a beautiful corsage and matching boutonniere. Ordered a plant to be delivered to my parents for a special anniversary for Saturday, May 15th. Nothing arrived Saturday, was promised a delivery on Monday instead. Very disappointed but we accepted an upgrade offer and an apology letter. 5:45 PM on Monday and still no flowers!!! They were finally delivered after 6:30. You would think if they missed their commitment for a customer they would do everything in their power to deliver to that address first thing the following business day. Apparently it wasnt very important to them.

Reliable, quality, and fairly priced. Not much else you could ask for. I did ask for pink and blue bouquets for the bridal party but I got pink and yellow instead, but it worked because it ended up matching our classic car and they were so beautiful I didn’t mind anyways! Definitely would recommend.

Totally unprofessional florist. My local florist sent an order over for Easter which they called ahead of time and said they can do. Order was never delivered and they didnt even have the courtesy to let the florist know thank God I called my sister. We were met with excuses about their system having problems and told it would go out Monday instead. That was also a lie and the same excuse with their system. If you guys cant run your systems right maybe you shouldnt on a florist partnered network.

I ordered flowers for my grandma’s birthday and the arrangement was so beautiful. They added a creative touch to them. I would totally recommend them.

You might do flowers well, but a Bouquet of balloons was delivered four days early, they were delivered yesterday, and two of them are already on the floor! Be proud of what you do, as these happy birthday balloons were going to someone who just escaped a near fatal wreck and has been in at the hospital since February 23rd! Shame on you!

I figure it’s high time to write a review as many times as I have used D Garden. This review was long overdue I consider these people friends at this point. They always take excellent care of me and everyone I’ve ever talk to. From a quick pick up raft bouquet of 3 to 5 bucks to a gorgeous vase of dozen roses it’s always above and beyond my expectations. The value is exceptional and the flowers last sometimes over a month. This past weekend they did our wedding and the bouquet was stunning. This store is AMAZING! I have been a customer and fan of D Garden for week over 20 years now. They always do the most amazing arrangements with the freshest flowers. The store itself is amazing will make you fell as if you are in Europe and make you feel relaxed. If you need floral arrangements or bouquets, even a gift this is the place to go. Like I said fan for over 20 years and this is always my go to.

Roses in my arrangement were dry and limp in 2-3 days. No response when submitting my concern to their website. And no care instructions found there, as directed by their card. Poor customer service.

Called from out of town for a goodie basket to be delivered to a cabin for a surprise to my sister for her birthday. They made up such a cute basket with things they picked out which happened to be most of my sisters favorites. They went out of their way to try to deliver 3 different times because the cabin office gave the wrong address. They were awesome. Thanks for all you did to make her birthday a great one.

Flowers were nice but unfortunately mom didnt receive them early evening, because delivery person delivered them to the wrong house. Luckily when neighbor watching the home where delivered saw them and knowing the owners werent home grabbed them and brought them down saying they were left at the wrong house. Im not sure how this happened since houses are clearly marked in big black letters.

We just happened upon this amazing shop and what a treat for downtown Sevierville to have! From the old building which is amazing to the perfectly design decor of shopping gifts and some of the most beautiful floral arrangements I believe we have ever seen. We purchased our wedding bouquet from here as we had just been across the street at the courthouse to get our marriage license then was walking back tot he car and see the shop. They did such an amazing job we had planned to just go to the chapel and get married but they even do wedding there at the florist as they have an ordained minster that works there. Thank you so much we have a beautiful little ceremony with just us the Minster and one of their staff as the witness. Thank you again we will stop in as we are back in the area.

Popped in today for a little fresh flower bouquet which was a steal for only 2.99, grabbed farmhouse candle my FAV and found out they also have farm fresh organic eggs from the chickens on their farms. HOW COOL IS THAT! Will be back weekly for flowers and eggs now!

We have order arrangements from here for years and never go anywhere else after experiences of other places. They always have the best prices value for what you receive and I have purchased vases for $25 all the way to our wedding flowers. This is a lovely store and florist. I buy a lot of home decorations and natural products. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Theres even a personal shopper to help you find the right items and make suggestions. From the moment you walk in you feel like your in a small European city. On the other side of the store that have a floral shop. I have ordered so many arrangements from this florist. They are always smartly decorated with any kind of theme or design you want. And they last a long time with daily care. Flowers arent forever, but this business makes the memory last.

We ordered from Nashville TN area. We knew nothing about this florist. We were so surprised and very pleased when we got to the funeral home in Sevierville. The arrangement was massive and beautiful. Thank you so much for taking care of us and making sure our friends flowers were there in time and were so beautiful

My daughter sent me flowers for Mothers Day. They were pink roses. The rose petals were brown around the edges. It looked as if they had pulled petals from the rose. They were one third the size of a regular rose. Very sad looking.

Its pretty appalling that my grandfathers funeral was honored with a pathetic assembly of common household shrubs. The plants that were presented had a total value of $5 but my mothers coworkers spent over $50. When we tried to get this resolved they had already sold the correct dish garden and they were not going to work to resolve this issue.
