First of all the store is clean and the layout is nice and open. The employees were friendly. The two stars are because I picked up several items and saw no price. I looked for price signs and only found one or two and none with the truffles. Im guessing this is so you will ask the price and then they will try to sell it to you?! Im not asking. Mark your products with a price. I left without buying anything. I know the products are good but I hate when items arent priced.

This place is the best. If you’ve never been, trust me and give the Chocolate covered cherries a try! They have the thickest layer of chocolate - so yummy! Their Moose Munch is great, too - different varieties of popcorn, most involving caramel.On my most recent visit, there were more samples out than I’d ever seen at any other location - four different kinds of “Chex mix”, pretzels and dip and four different kinds of Moose Munch.The girl working there was super sweet. And I really appreciated that she wasn’t an aggressive sales person. Just friendly and nearby when you needed her.

It is a very nice and clean store. The place is amazing and has some of the best products you can buy. You will have to try the popcorn. The staff is super friendly.

Harry and David is one of my favorites. It is such a plus to the Tanger Mall outlet. The store is decorated for Christmas now and the smells are wonderful. I bought several gifts there. I like how they have free samples!

This Harry and Davids has fantastic customer service!My parents were celebrating their wedding anniversary in the Sevierville area, and the team at this location was able to help me create a custom gift basket over the phone.The staff helped me select what I wanted for the basket, and also followed up to make sure everything was to my specifications before finalizing the gift. They also offer a delivery service for short distances - great for occasions such as this!Will definitely contact this store again for future gifts when in the Seveirville area.
