The store had a lot of nice decor. It was fun to just look at all the different things that were available to purchase. I will say the food items seemed a little pricey. But if you are driving by would recommend stopping in to look at the decor

Fudge made with and without sugar, has a sampler box that you can fill however you like. Sell raw honey but pint or quart. Pint can be with comb if you like.Large variety of short and long sleeve shirts available, numerous colors and designs.A great place to stop, staff is friendly and informative. Lots of stuff to look at. Well worth the time.

This place is awesome. Tons of cute country and farmhouse type decorations, lots of different kitchen fixing, and a ton of candy. Most stop if you are nearby.

RUDEA group of friends and I took my sister to TN for her bachelorette weekend. This cute little store was located right down the street from our cabin. We were instantly drawn to the aesthetic of the store and were eager to buy their homemade fudge. The staff was the most unfriendly, unwelcoming group of people I met during the duration of our trip. I’m giving this store 2 stars because the fudge was fantastic but due to the lack of customer service, I would never recommend another person to this location.

Nice clean place and souvenirs that are not your regular run of the mill stuff. We always pick up Birch and Root beer to drink on the way to Cades Cove!

A great place to stop.. well maintained with lots to look at and choose from. We purchased several jars of salsa and chips and enjoyed on a picnic. Extra friendly staff brought us a basket as they saw us carrying several items and offered very helpful advice. The only disappointment was the name on the building says “..and cafe” unfortunately there was no cafe to eat at, but instead only snacks and salsas

It was a very hot day and they allowed me to bring my dog inside. So very grateful for businesses who will allow eashed pets to come inside and get out of the heat for a few minutes! Thank you!

Neat little stop off on the way to or from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.The shop has little eclectic souvenirs and outdoor items. Some of the items are reasonably priced and others are more expensive.There are also food souvenirs and drinks available to take home or...eat on the way home.

My girls and I rented a cabin this weekend for my bachelorette weekend. We were so excited to stop at this cute little shop. Everything was beautiful and the fudge was great! But the customer service is awful. The Merch we were purchasing were slammed around. One worker spent our entire time in that store telling my girls im too young (im 25) to get married and it’s not a good idea and so on and so fourth. We felt so uncomfortable and so attacked. Will never come here again.

This is a very nice gift shop, just a little ways outside Pigeon Forge on Wears Valley Road. They offer a nice selection of jams & jellys, many pickled items, salsas & hot sauces. And you can try them all. They let you sample all their products. They ask that you dont come in just to snack, which is understandable.

It is a wonderful shop and the fudge is out of this world.

We stopped by and looked around it was a neat store. They went out of there way to get out from behind their glass protection and their mask to ask us where our masks were rudely. So we put our stuff back and will spend our money elsewhere, I dont care if you have one but you went out of your way to ask us to put one on. If masks work then the staff was well protected. I would not reccomend this store to anyone.

We stopped by to check this place out. Its a great place to visit they have a large selection of high quality items relating to the mountain life. They also have a homemade fudge selection along with canned jelly and jam along with salsas. We highly recommend this store if you are in the area.

This store is a must-visit every time we are in the area. Great selection of decor and gifts. Huge area of dips, salsas, jam, jelly etc. Our favorite fudge, Tiger Butter, is the best weve ever tried. Staff is friendly and helpful. One of the nicest places to shop on Wears Valley Road.

Moonshine Ridge is the cutest country store I have ever run across. Their salsa and jam tasting are the best. I Have to get a jar of jelly or salsa every time I go. I would recommend it for sure.

We NEVER go to the mountains and not stop by here. Sometimes evening a couple of times. Love their selection of merchandise from end to end and front to back. Their service is warm and friendly and always making you feel welcome. Love it.

I absolutely love this store and I would recommend it to anyone.

Unless you wear a mask you are not welcome in this establishment. They dont want your business. Rather than welcoming us with warm hospitality and kindly asking us if we would mind to wear a mask while we shopped.. the first thing said to us... wheres your mask, you cant be in this store without one. Rude! Well thats fine... I will spend my money elsewhere.

Weve been making Moonshine Ridge one of our regular places to visit for a few years now. The store is decorated beautifully and the variety of merchandise is nice. There really is something for everyone, whether you visit this part of Tennessee regularly or its your first time in the Smokeys. I would like to address some of the negative reviews... The samples are meant to be just that, samples....they arent intended to be your afternoon snack. Also, yes...the staff is diligent about reminding customers to use good hygiene when trying the samples (as they should be) and this INCLUDES parents or grandparents with children. Children cant always grasp the concept of, not using your hands or no double dipping... honestly, many adults cant seem to understand the concept either. That being said, respect the store and the products available for tasting without getting your feelings hurt because little Johnny was asked to step away. These folks see thousands of customers. Not everyone they meet is as warm and friendly as most. Its a unique place to visit and the employees do a wonderful job keeping the store clean and beautiful and the inventory available for viewing and purchase.

A must stop enroute to/from Pigeon Forge, TN and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Aunt Tipsys homemade fudge is out of this world delicious. Unique flavors available. Wonderful gift shop too!

We live about 20 min away and love to stop in a few times a year for their amazing fudge. The kids also love feeding the fish out front. Very friendly owners and staff.

Beautiful store, but way over priced. Name is misleading, no Moonshine for sale. One of the employees was very rude to my friends. Also online says they serve food, theres a side porch i guess where they would normally seat people for lunch but it was closed. I wouldnt return.

This place is an absolute mess. I have trouble breathing and I suffer from claustrophobia. Im carrying my tired 5 year old not wearing a mask and the old man at the counter tells me I have to have a mask on. I reply with even for health reasons?he replies with yes. He was then unable to tell me how quickly an ambulance could get to me if I had an attack. I explained to him I was asking for my own health and he was unable to respond. This establishment would be so wonderful if not for the rude, inconsiderate, selfish political employees.

I am a disabled American with a breathing disability. I have written information from my doctor stating that I shouldnt wear a mask. All other businesses have been courteous but not the Karen behind the counter here. I tried to explain my situation but her yelling at me and not allowing me to explain was embarassing. So if you have a disability, DO NOT GO HERE! Karens ignorance of Federal Law (ADA) over a county policy is unbelievable. Stay Away!

This was probably one of my favorite little country stores In the mountains. They have the cutest souvenirs and very reasonably priced. The fudge here was definitely the best I have ever had, and beat any other that we tried at other shops. (We stopped by three different days to get fudge.) They have so many things to sample and try before you buy, which I thought was very helpful in choosing what you wanted. The staff was so kind and made you feel so at home. I cant say enough good things about this place!

It is a really nice store to look at. We were stopping by to get some Strawberry Honey, and we got there while they were closing. They were really nice and they let us in.

Thought this place was a country store but most items are made in another country, mainly China, seen some of the same stuff at Dollar tree and this place wants $10 or more for those $1 items. The fudge was way overpriced also for the quality. Also they require masks but dont say anything to people with it not covering there nose or mouth. As I walked around I counted 5 people not wearing a mask and 7 not covering there nose and or mouth but as I was getting ready to check out the lady fussed at this old guy on oxygen for not wearing a mask.
