Out of town and needed a couple things for grilling. Stopped at this Tractor Supply location. AWESOME staff! So helpful and just fun! Clearly working hard but with a great attitude. If you feed birds you can find a lot cheaper option than Tractor Supply since they quit price matching their sunflower seed. Walmart will deliver Pennington Sunflower seed to your front door for less than what Tractor Supply sells Royal Wing in store.

A great store with lots of stuff if your a land owner or have a farm. Farm clothes & boots, animal feed, overalls, Carhartt, barn coats, tools, lawn mowers, & everything a farmer would need. The prices can be a little high but the quality is there. You get what you pay for at Tractor Supply. This location has a helpful staff & is well maintained.

You got to like Tractor Supply. They have a great variety of things. Clothes, hardware, feed and supplies and everything in between.

Been shopping at this store since it opened and worked there for a couple of years. The staff is nice but they arent educated on farm supplies. The store barely has anything for a farmer. If you have a couple of acres and a goat then great they have all your pet needs. But if you are needing actual farm supplies then save your time and go to co-op where they will have what ya need at a fair price.

I cant say enough good things about our Tractor Supply store in Sevierville. Its one of those few place still left where they genuinely try to help with anything you need. Thats why I find myself buying more and more from this store instead of going anywhere else.Tom ( I belive he is the manager) has gone out of his way twice to help me.Their prices are also lower than even Amazon.Every time I compare their prices and look around on a product I find that they have the best price. I make the trip all the way out from Wears Valley for all the needs around my property because of their outstanding customer care and their great lower prices on everything.

We shop at Tractor Supply quite often do to the affordable prices and they always have exactly what we need. I truly love their clothes and womens shirts! They have a wonderful variety of dog food also! I bought a lot of their yard decor that is unusual, and I always get compliments on it!

Usually I am happy with tractor supply in Sevierville Tennessee today not so much went to go get two axles for a trailer that I am working on they only had 1 axle 2 tires 2 leaf springs and only enough lug nuts for 1 tire I will be speaking to the manager of the store next time I am at the store I do a lot of shopping at tractor supply and unfortunately I am not happy with them

Great place for just about everything. From wheels for my dolly to corn to feed the deer. I love to go in and just rummage around, see all the interesting things theyve got. It seems like every time I go there I discover something I didnt see on my last visit.

Gotta love tractor supply, they have a little bit of everything, something for everyone. Their staff is knowledgeable about their products. I frequently find things there that I can not find any place else locally. Store is clean and well stocked. Prices are fair and comparable to online. Shop local when you can!

I drove down to Tractor Supply because I needed dog food on 12-27-2019, I checked there website to see what time they closed and it was 9 pm on Fridays. I get down there at 8:27 pm and guess what! They were closed. Lights were on and no one answering the phone. Store front sign even said 9 pm. If you are going to close early then update your store front signs and update the times on your website. I made an 8 mile trip for nothing. I know it dont sound like much but this was a little upsetting. This is why it is rated a 1!

I always go in for 1 thing and come out with 10 things. Always find good deals, things I cant live without and the employees are awesome. Would recommend shopping there.

Employees are very helpful and knowledgable about their products. They took time with us and answered all our questions about grass seed and our particular application. even suggested some options to save money on our purchase. We already frequent this store, but this experience will influence future purchases.

Stood at customer service for my online order to be picked up for about 30 minutes . Then a young man came didn’t know where my order was, walked away and didnt come back . Another gentlemen named Bryson proceeded to offer assistance . This is ridiculous.

Went to get propane it was raining they made us sit outside for 20 mins then when I go in to ask if they forgot about us she then tells me we cant do propane til the storm passes why didnt they tell me this 20 mins ago

LP propane gas fill up with ease. If you have a motorhome it might be tough, we just had trailer tanks we could move.

Hands down the best customer service in sevier county! I can not speak highly enough about how helpful the staff is at this location. I bought a new Cub Cadet riding mower from this location and after the 4th time cutting the grass, it began shutting off after 10 minutes of mowing the grass. The asurion extended warrenty had screwed things up so bad that they had be booked at 4 different repair shops, had fudged my information up so bad that they werent even going to pay for any of it and decided that the mower was purchased 10 years ago... i have never owned a cub cadet before this one... i called cub cadet CS and they were less than useless and kept telling me to file a claim or open a ticket with them and they would get back with me in a week. Its summer, in a week you will not be able to see the house from all the grass!Finally, i did what any angry american would do and went back to tractor supply and raise hell! As soon as the manager, Tom heard what i went through, he was just as angry as i was over the situation. He said that everything i had gone through was uncalled for and he offered to replace the faulty mower, no further questions asked! He even offered up the use of their rental trailor for me to return the bad mower and take the new one home!Even when i brought the broken unit back, the sales team helped me unload old unit and load the new one! A+ customer service! After a day of terrible cistomer service from both Cub and Asurion it was refreshing to experience professionalism of that level! Tom is an amazing manager and if other stores had more people like him and the rest of the team at this location, there would be far fewer bad reveiws out there! They have my business for life!

Use to shop here very frequently, Id spend $250+/month on dog food and treats, but after how I was treated one night after getting off work late, literally just running in to buy dog food 10 minutes before they closed, i will drive the extra 6 miles to the Seymour TC. They were very rude. I was the only one in the store. Cashier came over the pa system to inform any shoppers to bring their stuff to check out because TC was closing in 5 minutes. The other workers greeted me with a scowl and eye rolls. One other said overly loud they hate when last minute shoppers come in and waste time looking around to just leave without anything. I work retail and wouldnt act like this towards the ugliest of customers least of all someone who spends money on a regular basis in my store. I blame it all on poor management

If Sandy (I think she is amanager too smh) was as polite to her coustmers Id of gave a 5 to this location. She is rude at perhaps has to much work on her shoulders to be hospitable to coustmers ever I thought the first time it was just a bad day but now I have tried to ask where something is or just simple qestions she even look up at you while telling you I dont know Ive got to do this or that.. Google will she says lol If I didnt want friendly interaction at my local feed store Id just order online. at least I wouldnt have try to remember if co-op has it so I can try not to have to come here and thats a fact. Maybe take a little off her shoulders seems its makes her hate her job..

This store is horrible. Understaffed and they wait on other customers before theyre finished with us every time. We bought a $5,000 lawnmower and treated terribly. Certain employee, I think an assistant manager could care less we waited nearly 30 minutes for propane. My husband wants a landscape trailer, we will buy it elsewhere. Great price on propane, but not worth the wait and to be treated so badly. You have too much competition to treat customers so poorly.

Its tractor supply. Not one of the best I have been to. A little on the unkempt side. Had some issues with signage on sales item. Manager was not really the brightest people person.
