The staff was very nice, even though it was 15 minutes before closing. I got a nice strawberry plant, succulents and a tomato plant. Their selection is awesome! I will be back for more!!

Nice Store. Was able to find all I needed very easy. Most Home Depot have the same layout. This one was slightly different than the one from home but not enough to cause any confusion.

Like they have daily sales & coupons on app. Dont like that you have to show Dd214 Everytime to get 10% discount at checkout. DO like they have free delivery on most items compared to Lowes. Prices are better in some areas than Lowes.

Ima 61 year old female. I bought 200 pounds of sand. No one was around to help me load my car after someone being called twice. Good thing Im strong. Asking people for direction or help was like pulling teeth. NEVER will I shop there again and believe me I buy a lot!

Getting ready to spend 7000.00 on flooring and that was not the problem. We had them come in and Give us an estimate it supposed to be $2.49 a square foot to put in flooring. But they don’t tell you they charge you to move your appliances, they charge you to unhook your Toilet, going to charge me $20 just to cut around my island.Going to charge you a fee to carry into your house. The fees go on it on and on.Don’t be fooled

The customer service here is incredible! We had stopped at Lowe’s across the street for a pothos plant and couldn’t find any. Took our chances at Home Depot and wished we had came here first! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Mike helped us in the gardening department and was so knowledgeable about the various plants, we were very impressed! He went above and beyond to help us and made sure we were not leaving empty handed and have plenty of tips and advice. We will definitely start coming here from now on.

I ordered a range and waited three weeks for it to be delivered. No problem. The range came without the cord that I had paid for, no problem. I waited one more week for them to schedule to bring the cord. They bring the cord but dont have room on the truck to take away the old one, which I had paid for. I call Home Depot for help and they just give me the number of the delivery company. No help. I call delivery and they say they will pick it up the next day. They do not come. I call and they say they will pick it up in one for week. Really, when Lowes is across the street, Home Depot gives this kind of service? I will be tuning left instead of right from now on.

Listed price of a product conveniently rings up a higher price at the register when people aren’t looking. (Except I do) then the cashier conveniently pretends to not understand English so she doesn’t have to do anything about it. Not pleasant.I get it was a thin staff but when a woman is there making a material run & asked for help just to have 3 different MEN to point & keep walking when I was obviously out of my zone.I finally asked a woman (in flooring) for help who was busy yet helped.If it were not for another shopper, I would not have known what to get in the chain saw area.Maybe if I were a hot 20 year old woman in a tight dress instead of a middle aged woman ; I couldve gotten help....Not happy with the way I was treated at the sevierville location.

Customer service is great at this store. Better stock and selection than a lot of other Home Depots. Employees are very friendly and helpful, they know their store and help you find what you need quickly. I just moved into the area so Ive been here at least half a dozen times in the last two weeks. Im sure that I will be back again soon.

Went to the paint department and the lady who was working may have been having a bad day, but seemed like we were wasting her time. All other workers were really nice. But since we were there to get paint to finish the house, she made the whole process difficult.

Warning, do not use Home Depot for installations: I paid extra for Home Depot to have their licensed plumbers (McRae Services in Knoxville) come out to disconnect the toilets in the home so their flooring installers could install the flooring and then have the plumbers come back to re-connect the toilets on top of the new floors. The plumbers didnt shut the water off completely in a second floor bathroom, which leaked through the entire bathroom, kitchen, ceiling below, and bedroom below. I have been left uninformed throughout the whole process of getting a resolution. After receiving a letter in the mail from the plumbing contractors which stated it wasnt their fault, Home Depots 3rd party company they use for their claims emailed me stating they stand by their plumbers. When you pay someone to disconnect a toilet, you would expect them to turn the water off completely and not leave any water leaking. If you want to see the kind of satisfaction their sub contractors have, look up their reviews and find more nightmares about their poor service. I have been left with thousands in water damage and on top of it, they dont even have the courtesy to speak to you about it. You will be sent to voicemail and disregarded. It couldnt get any worse of a customer experience! The picture shows where I had to take out the brand new carpet that was installed a couple days in advance from the water leaking through the ceiling above it.

Im a big fan of Home Depot. Its my preferred do it yourself store. Ive been shopping at Home Depot a long time. I try other similar stores but I just dont seem to find the things that I need at other places. I was also a little bothered I went into Lowes the other day and they didnt have some of the things I needed and I never have to worry about that problem usually Home Depot has it and if they dont they will get it

In 1979 I lived in Decatur Ga and shopped at the first Home Depot to open.Handy City was just down the road but they could not keep up with the pricing and selection of the new Home Depot. As a woodworker and contractor for over 40 years I had an experience at the Home Depot in Sevierville, TN this week that moved me to write this review. I ordered a package of appliances at the Black Friday event and if anything could go wrong it did, However Marjorie in appliances went over and above and made sure by the end of the week my order was corrected and complete.She was thorough, professional and got the job done. I bought flooring, lighting, appliances, paint, flowers & plants, rugs and several other things being in there several times to say the least in the last month ! I would like to acknowledge a certain employee that has come to my rescue on almost all of these things and gone out of her way helping me find all the things Ive needed, her name is Michelle and I believe she works in flooring dept. ! She has gone above and beyond what most employees usually do and I have to say Thank you once again for a Great experience because of Michelle !!! I will be back !

Went to Lowes and service was so bad I went to Home Depot. Prices were better. Was helped by Jaiden who took the time to make sure I found what I needed. Will be going here from now on.

They mostly have what you need but getting assistance is not so easy.

Home Depot is now without much help. You have to scan your own stuff and not many people working with a knowledgeable building base.

The customer service was outstanding. I used the curbside pickup and it was speedy and efficient unlike one of there major competitors. Also the purchas I made was over one dollar less than others.

Love hime depot, but hate that appliances need to be ordered. What haooened to the days when you could go in and buy one and walk out with it? Am I showing my age? 😊

We just purchased a top of the line, LG washer and dryer set from Misty in the Sevierville store. We are new to the state of Tennessee and I’ve got to say I’ve never had such excellent customer service, ever, from any other Home Depot. Best tools, lumber, etc. Their hardware is more durable. Better power equipment, better prices. The HD app is cool, tells you where your item is located within 1ft and if its in stock. Best employees too!
