So this was my first time going to Hamricks. There was a slew of folks waiting at the door to open. I kid you not, like 25 people. Guess they do alot of big sales? The set up inside was pretty chaotic but clean. An absolutely cramped store, but a good selection overall. I dont recommend using a shopping cart as it would only fit one per aisle. Many brands Id never heard of. I would return.

This place is pretty neat. They have a lot of really cool stuff here. They have a lot of Christmas decor for your home or yard. Some of this decor is pretty unique that you cant find in other stores. They also have really good deals on shoes. And not to mention a very good variety of other things. Really nice clothing for men and women, all name brands. This by far not a second hand shop as many think, this store is really nice, so check it out next time your in Sevierville, tn.

I love Hamricks and shop at any I can find. Unfortunately, for the first time … I was not allowed in the fitting room area with my daughters. We were all trying on clothes and she said I would have to go to the men’s side because the other was full. I said “Isn’t that the man’s side?” She said yes but I send women over all the time and they don’t care. Isn’t there a thing when the “customer is right” and you shouldn’t shame them for not wanting to use that side? And, for the record; the “women’s side” was not full!

Nice store. A ton of items, fair prices. Inventory changes quickly, so get it while you can.

I love shopping here but It was very crowded today not much room to move. I got a few good things I want like the umbrella for your car window

I recently visited Hamrick’s in Sevierville and was thrilled with my shopping experience! There was a huge selection of a great variety of products that were priced incredibly well! Great bargains. There are plenty of cashiers at check out time! Very pleased with the quality of all the things I purchased. I will definitely return again and again. I love that we were informed that every time you go there, they have different merchandise! Thank you Hamrick’s!

Love this store, never know what you will find! Home furnishings to pet stuff and everything in between. Can be very busy and crowded on the weekends and sadly the check out line gets pretty long, but definitely worth the wait.

No help on front end. Customers lined up thru coral plus long lines behind that. This was Monday midday. Never again for me. Cashier said they couldnt hire people to work front end, or anywhere in the store. Corporate needs to get in these stores, especially newly opened ones and either bring help in until you can hire and train, or do do it themselves. Corporate needs to get real with their customers,, get into your stores and see first hand the havoc and caos in them.. Youve lost a customer

Hamricks is hit and miss. One time you may go and find all kinds of nice things at decent prices. Other times you go and theres absolutely nothing that you can use. For the kind of store that it is, their clothing is way overpriced.

It was ok. Not like the one we have in Winston-Salem. I couldnt find any shorts that were in good taste and mens section was lacking in clothing line for younger men. Employees were nice. Would like better selections in clothing though.

As we are originally from N.C., we were so excited to hear of a Hamricks opening close by. We were kind of disappointed that this store was not as big as the one in N.C. The childrens clothing section is much smaller. We still love shopping here though. You can find some really cool home decor items & Tervis cups.

Ooh! Very nice store...clean and bright...lots of variety...just remember to allow plenty of time to browse ..we spent about 90minutes but really to check out the entire store you may need longer 👍

Hamricks is a good store to find some as seen on TV items as well as some good clothing items. The prices are very reasonable, even cheap. I did find some good golf shirts for $8 apiece. My wife found some good blouses shed been looking for as well. We actually spent a couple hours in here.

First visit and I enjoyed myself. I wish they had more household items. Very busy,however I wait less than 10 mins to be checked out. Great visit❤

A little bit of everything at the best prices. Lots of as seen on tv cool stuff. Checkout is quick even if they are busy. Check it out.

I wored a mask before entering the store. It was well stock. Friendly cashier was wearing a mask. Saved me some money. Excellent purse.

It wasnt very organized I couldnt tell where the sales items were. Couldnt find the prices on anything. I had been there before and it was more organized that time. Still like the place. Just harder to find things now

Went there today. Found some nice bargains-at least I thought they were bargains until I got to the check-out. All items were not the price noted on the racks or shelves. Totally disappointed and angry. Walked out without purchasing anything! CUSTOMER BEWARE!

This store is amazing! I stopped at a local drug store and the clerk in our conversation told me all about it. This new store is full sized and loaded to the brim with excellent sales. My husband likes it too! From electronics to clothing to shoes,sandals,boots+ to household cleaners to As seen on tv items to vehicle accessories to health & beauty to baby and much more. The greatest part is when we checked out, there were additional discounts on top of all the bargain prices. You need to take time to shop at Hamricks.

Man alive they had alot of stock and the prices were amazing. Fast checkout and nice merchandise.

Great sales on some things. Many items to choose from. Be prepared to stand in line at checkout though. They have several cashiers though, so it doesnt take too long.

Very clean store! But as usual there is too much merchandise on the pole making it difficult to check out the merchandise. And I would like to see the tracks merchandise by size not by each product being together.

They have a lot of stuff(pretty crammed in there) you can find some good deals.....mostly on items other than clothes in my opinion. But be prepared to usually wait in a long line. The cashiers are nice but they move kinda slow.

For my tastes & styles in clothes its awesome! But.....bathroom was in disrepair, hardly prices on anything which was frustrating. Unless you were next to one of those scanners. Overall a good place for affordable clothing

The main traffic aisles are absolutely packed with merchandise. It is very difficult to get around to actually shop. Clothing is jumbled up and the styles (in my opinion) were pitiful. I had hoped to buy some business casual summer tops with full short sleeves. Almost everything I saw seemed to be fall colors or almost sleeveless. The mens department also had mostly t-shirts and long sleeves.I frequently shop at Hamricks in Kingsport and was looking forward to shopping at the Sevierville. The employees were just as friendly and helpful as they could be. If it werent for that, my view of this Hamricks would be less than three stars.

I love this store. Im so glad this new one was built in Sevierville. Everybody that works at this store very helpful and so nice. Store has excellent prices.

Felt very mislead by pricing. Found out senior discount was 20%. I was excited to calculate my cost when I saw the prices marked on items. However, checkout was eye opening! The name brand mattress topper was marked $225. Minus the 20% discountof $45, I thought the price was $180. NOPE. It rang up original price of $299.98 then took discount of$74.98 for a total discounted price of $225!Is it written in small print somewhere that this store policy? Seems to me that everyone is paying the same marked price and there is no senior discount of 20%. I wont be fooled again into driving so far for an extra discount.

The line for checkout was really long. I was happy to find a lightweight recliner cover. My pressure cooker died. Hamricks price is lower than some on line. They were out of their best peanut brittle anywhere.

The older male cashier was beyond rude from the second I got to thr register. I tried being g extra friendly thinking maybe he had a bad day. Sadly that made him even more cranky. What sent me over the edge was when he raised his voice at my child for standing in the buggy to put her shoes back on. The buggy wasnt moving and she is only 4. I kindly informed him that wasnt nice. I really wish customer service was better. I will not be back.

Worst store I have EVER been too. It says one price on the tag, the rack says the clothes are on sale for $9. OHHH NOOO. When you get up to cash out its EXACTLY what it says on the tag. Now if it was just 1 of the same thing on the rack I would have thought well maybe someone just hung it there. The whole rack was the same stuff!! Is this not false advertising?? I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WAS SO EXCITED TO GET IN THERE AND SEE WHAT THEY HAD JUST TO GET LET DOWN. AND ON THE DAY BEFORE MOTHERS DAY..... AND THEN TO SPEND ANOTHER 45 MINUTES TRYING TO GET TO THE CASH REGISTER! IVE NEVER BEEN SO,, DISAPPOINTED IN MY LIFE!!!!

Great brand new store. Busy with a wide selection of merchandise. I normally shop the Bristol store which I found to have more of a selectionI guessed that this store was better on opening week but has been hit hard so is low on outfits that coordinate. I will try again in a few weeks hoping they had time to restock. The store is clean and the associates ready and willing to help.

Great stuff for great prices. I got 2 pairs of boots for $20.00 less than the usual retail price of one pair. However, the staff was disinterested and not helpful. You are basically on your own.

Finally it was not to crowded. Lots of sales but lots of junk too. I Googled many items and found what was good to purchase. Staff is pleasant and everbody all wore masks. 😊 😊 about that.

Very rude sales associates, 1st time visiting with my mom it was about 25 minutes til closing and was rushed out and told when they close. 2nd time today visiting with my boyfriend we went in about 15 minutes to closing and was greeted at the door by a lady saying they close in ten minutes, then about three or four other sales associates told us the same thing and one said that she just wanted to leave. Very unprofessional and rude, I understand wanting to go home but most other businesses don’t have employees like this, don’t recommend and won’t be going back.

Newest location that just opened. More into the decor and home goods as opposed as the other locations that is more focused on clothing. Deals are hit or miss. Some good some not so much.

New store. Another of good merchandise, clothes, men, women, children. Shoe depth. Large and good styles. Housewares depth. Much more. Worth a look see.
