This was a great shopping experience. Great customer service coming in the door and leaving out. Our salesperson helped us from start to finish. I didnt feel pressure to buy. He gave great suggestions. Listen to what I was looking for even when I thought that I wanted something else. He help me understand the product and made it easy for me to want to buy more. Such a great location!Honeymoon shopping and my wife and I really were impressed. Excellent inventory and selection.But the highlight of this place was the employee experience.Super friendly and chatty, Sammie went out of her way to help. I got a watch, a couple of wallets and a belt, and my wife got a purse, a watch and a couple of wallets.The engraving on the watches was quick and nicely done, as well.

Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise. Their item selection is plentiful as well. Overall we were able to get the assistance needed to make an informed selection and the price for both mine and my wifes watches was just over $100 after tax thats with mine being a hybrid smartwatch. I highly recommend visiting them for yourself.

My boyfriend and I went in for his sport watch to get fixed and the gentleman in the store was so helpful. We kept looking and ended up purchasing new watches and the lady who helped us SO helpful and gave us some good tips about caring for our watches in the future. I wish I would have gotten their names to give them a shoutout. Very professional service.

Sale sale sale!!!! The staff here are super nice. I have been watching the G5 smartwatch....got it for 169.00 today bought one for me and one for the hubby.... Normally 295.....Gage the young man. That waited on us was great he knows his stuff....we will be back!!!!

Awesome watches!!! Just asked if they where stainless steel, due to an allergy to Nickel, was told yes but was not true. The face was all stainless but the band was not. The sales person was great just did not know the product.

GAGE AND SAM WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND POLITE. THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES TOO!! My husband went here to get me a smartwatch for my birthday and Gage was awesome. He helped me with all my questions, was very polite and patient with me while I was asking questions, and pointed me to the best watch for everything that I wanted. He was very friendly and I really enjoyed talking with him. Then I went into the store today because my watch wasnt charging right and Sam helped me replace it with a new one. She also helped me pick out a smartwatch for my husband while I was there. They have really good prices for their products, I was expecting to pay a little more but it was awesome. She was very polite and patient while I was asking questions about them, she answered all the questions I had, and pointed me to watch I was looking for. They were the best employees. They were very helpful!! I will be back when I am in the need for something new!! :)

I wanted to get my Christmas present sized and engraved while I was in Pigeon Forge on vacation, but was afraid it might take a while or even need to be sent off. Nope! The employee was super friendly and helpful, very quickly determining the best size for my wrist, then helping me figure out how the engraving process worked. All of it was done in a matter of minutes. I couldnt have been more pleased.

Went in to look for a watch band and ended up buying a watch. I have owned several Fossil watches. I am never disappointed.

The most kind and understanding Rep, Lindsey, offered me a warranty replacement for free or an upgrade at a very reasonable price. I chose the upgrade. While I was conversing with Lindsey about the smart watch issue, my wife had taken a liking to a nice handbag. Long story short... Went there spend on two watches ! the thin guy with long hair was very nice and amicable, he did not rush us at all, on the pther hand the red hair gurl was not nice when i ask her to get brand nee watches not the display she make a face in front of us literally was like two steps from her .

I love this store and I love the leathery smell of it. Every time we are at the outlet I go in there intending to buy a nice leather handbag. I havent found the right one yet but one day I will. They have a nice selection of handbags, wallets, watches and boxes. Service is friendly and the prices are good.

Went in to get battery replaced in my daughters watch and was told it would take an hour!! The sales associate told me they had to take care of the other customers buying watches before she could help me. She was restocking wallets at the back of the store near the cash register. When I explained my daughter was sick and in the car, her response was sorry we have to help the others first! I was like what the heck are you doing, nothing but stocking and an hour was unacceptable and I told her they cared more about the sales of products rather than true customer service!! I will never return to this store and after this experience, may never buy another Fossil product.

Came here to get a battery replaced in my watch. The person that helped me was fast and friendly. I was in and out within minutes. They had special tools to remove pins and to get the back off the watch. Coming here was much easier than trying to do it myself.

We found exactly what we were looking for and the young lady helping us was perfect, awesome personality and she had great customer service skills

Boring watches. Same sizes and faces just in different colors.....the old Fossil had different sizes shapes movements....Im glad I still have mine from 20 years ago and will look for vintage ones on eBay.....

Terrible customer service. Went to buy a new digital watch that costs around $300. No one would come wait on me. The employees were all to busy standing together towards the back of the store laughing and talking. I left after 15 minutes and no one assisting me. Another customer also walked out the same time I did and also commented no one would assist them either. Im going to buy my second choice for a watch which is not a Fossil. Not much difference in watches.
