I came here in March 31st the girl who was there treated my aunt and me really bad she was all over the place and she was rude, she asked us to verify if she had written the address right and it was wrong she got mad and started to groan and then we noticed that the name was also written wrong when I told her she didn’t care at all and just told me that she could write it again with pen I mean I’m paying for this the least you can do is do it right is you don’t like doing that then don’t worry there. She also tried intimidating me because I’m way younger than her but my aunt told me that when they do that to just speak louder to let them know that they are not intimidating me, she didn’t send the paper neither did anything, I hope they get a better service

Who ever the girl was running it today is the rudest woman Ive ever met. No class what so ever. Will be shipping ups from now on at least going in there they are friendly. This girl should not be working w any customer. Terrible service and one hell of an attitude. Sarcastic and out right rude. If she is unhappy with her job it clearly shows. If shes this pleasant daily my lord I feel for anyone who has to deal w her. Fed ex you should fire this girl. Read the reviews. Rude...rude..rude even shipping fed ex to postal. Ill ship from postal now and not deal w her.

The guy who helped me was really nice and I feel bad for not getting his name. He was really helpful, because Ive never shipped anything before. Im so glad he wasnt rude.

These are the nicest people and provide excellent customer service. Employees have excellent customer service skills and go above and beyond to help you. After being treated poorly at the local UPS store ai will use Fed Ex for all mtcprinting and shipping needs.

Ive used this Fedex a few times this past year and each time they have been very helpful. I recommend them!

Only useful if you need to drop off a FedEx package. Absolutely worthless as a pick up location. They refuse to hold packages that dont comply with their undisclosed store policy. Even if you call ahead, they just send them off as derelict to float around on some truck all day. When you show up to pick up your package they basically tell you to f%$# off because the FedEx Terms of Use say they can. What use is a courier that wont deliver a package?

I am very upset with the Fed ex person who left a very expensive package just on the ground beside my mailbox by the road. That is irresponsible and lazy of them.

This place is a joke. They said they delivered my package and then after me getting hung up on twice they said the driver could not find my place and returned item to shipper. UPS has no issues finding our house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
