What to say about this place, which used to be so much better. The alleged manager, Carol is anything but. She absolutely has zero customer service skills. Very rude and combative with customers, who were not rude to her at all. This place has gone downhill since the previous owners and manager left six years ago or so. Its a sad joke. Carol should absolutely not be a manager of any kind. Ive talked to multiple people who have left this store as customers and never went back. They use FedEx or Staples, which also does UPS and accepts prepaid dropoff packages. Its really easy to see the place has lost a lot of business..I wonder what it will take for the owners to actually do something. Its pretty obvious by their inaction they dont care either. Id recommend all to stay away. Its just not worth the aggravation.
This UPS Store is great. Carol and her staff are great. I have read some bad reviews about this store. Before you give bad review, check your attitude. You treat people the way you want to be treated. Dont go into a place with a bad attitude and expect them to be nice to you if you are rude to them. Be grateful they show up for work. Because no one else wants to work these days. Just remember no one is perfect. Everyone has a bad day. Give some grace and be kind.
I arrived at the store a few minutes before they opened and I was really in a rush. The lady working there saw me in the parking lot as she went ahead and accepted my package right there in the parking lot without me ever going into the store and said she would email me all the info! Outstanding customer service!
The older lady that owns the place has a huge attitude. Its worth driving to pigeon forge to not have to deal with her. Everyone else is really nice.
I will never ever go back to this store again. Carol is so rude and treats people terrible. This women would have had a better career as a drill Sargent in the military. I only leave packages for delivery (postage paid for already) and now you cant even leave them on the counter. You are screamed at to get back in line like a toddler. This women needs medication! I will be using FEDEX or USPS. They need to remove this lady before UPS looses all business. Even the drivers fuss over her attitude. Come on owners wake up!
I came in yesterday to get a paper notarized, it was an assignment of stock form for my father who passed one year ago to the day. it was an emotional day for me, as you could probably expect. tiffany williams was the worker who took care of me. she handed me my money back, and told me she was sorry for my loss. i said thank you, i got into my car, and just sobbed. that small act of kindness i needed so badly, she provided. i was dreading the entire experience but she made it a pleasant one. idk if you see these or not, tiffany, but thank you so much for being a great person. you made my day so much brighter, and showed me good people still exist. on a day i needed it more than anything. thank you.

Josh is a gr8 guy and provided awesome service but when your getting into a project and things arent clear by texting and emails and no offer to pick up the phone or ask for a sit down to discuss the project and suddenly the store led by Carole drops us as a customer with zero notice because details were never discussed and confusion was involved isnt cool.I missed my in hands date/delivery for a special event. Now a month later its very difficult to reload and get a new printer going.Josh took care of us very well at the beginning then out of no where without any mention to sit down to figure this stuff out wouldve been a much better outcome than being droppedCarole was very combative and not concerned for her relationship with us and others we couldve referred.Our loss for this horrible way to get dropped with no way to work things out isnt cool.If you want a gr8 printer let me know. THE STAFF HERE IS EXTTREMELY NICE. THEY ALWAYS HELP AND DO THEIR BEST TO DO THE JOB DONE, ESPECIALLY CAROL SHE IS A SWEET HEART, VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. I WILL GIVE THEM FIVE STARS FOR THEIR SERVICE AND FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT.
The manager of this store is extremely rude and seems to enjoy embarrassing its customers. I will be doing necessary shipping with FefX down the street from now on. They have a friendly work group of staff.

I visited this store on Friday, Mar 20. I went to drop off an Amazon return. Carol, the manager, saw me walking toward the door with my package in hand. When I opened the door she snapped at me and told me to put my package on the scale. She rudely asked me for my return number and then proceeded to tell me that they had the process down. She finally asked if I wanted a receipt. The problem I have with this visit was she had a very bad attitude toward me, she did not great me pleasantly and did not ask how she could help me. This is the third time I have been treated like this by her. This manger needs some serious coaching about how to handle customers. I thought it was also odd that she did not ask me if there were any other services she could offer. I order many packages from Amazon and periodically have to make returns but I will not being visiting this store any longer for returns or any other shipping needs. I had a mailbox at this location 2.5 years ago and was not ever treated this bad.

Had a wonderful experience! Everything is clearly priced and they did exactly what I wanted. Employees listened to what I wanted and offered services that fit my needs. Took just a few mins and I know my package will arrive safely and on time. Ive also used them for notary services and have always had polite employees. A++
Went in the store and Carol was extremely rude and disrespectful. Started screaming at us to put on a mask when she wasn’t wearing one herself. Kept telling us to leave her store as I was putting on my mask, and my partner was leaving to get his. Kept saying “bye bye” and “take your business somewhere else”. There’s a difference between being asked/told politely to wear a mask, and attacking you in the door and being confrontational about it. I feel sorry for the owner of this establishment that she is chasing customers away.This is an edit as it won’t let me write a new one. First of all - Carol - if you’re the owner - you need to be a lot nicer to the ones putting money in your wallet. And I HAD a mask on when I came into the store. It was my brother who just was carrying the box into the store for me - as he is a gentleman - to set it down and leave. He didn’t have a mask on. He is the one you treated extremely hateful and rude to. And I’m so sick of people using this pandemic as an excuse to treat people poorly. And to the person who posted 4 days ago - with so many negative posts against this store - I feel you are fake or was paid to write it so that she has at least ONE nice comment.Drop the 🎤
Sadly when shipping a package which needed to be put on a business account I was told they could not help. The first woman who came to the counter laughed and then the manager said too bad and I could go and print the label myself and they couldnt help. I said no problem as i would take the package to FedEx down the street and she said good. I left and went to FedEx by food city and the associate was more than happy to help with our corporate account as we have one for both UPS and FedEx. Guess a lot of people leave the UPS store and go there as it seems my experience is common according to the employee who assisted me.
Carol is the absolute nastiest customer service rep I have ever experienced. We are professional with our questions and concerns and have been met with nothing but rude behavior from her, on SEVERAL different occasions. She is condescending, rude, and seems bothered at the slightest inconvenience (such as pricing clarifications, etc.) to her day. I hate that it is the only local UPS option because I will now take my business further out of town to avoid interacting with this seemingly miserable woman.

I have been using this store since 2016. Carol has helped me with problems getting deliveries to my residence and has called the main UPS to try to correct the problem. I have to have my Amazon orders sent to her store and she calls me when my packages arrive. Without her help I would not be able to order anything without it being sent back by UPS. If you ever need help with problems like mine this is the store I highly recommend!! Thank you to Carol and everyone at this store!!
The friendly staff at this UPS location made the daunting tasks of gathering, copying, notarizing, and sending federal documents much easier. I am so thankful for the helpful, knowledgeable, and personable staff at this location.

We went to this store in 2 different occasions to drop off a package Human Specimen Cologuard. Store manager Carol Lindsay embarrassed us in front of other customers. She said dont put the package on counter or anywhere and brought a regular plastic back for me to put the package. She said everybody knows what this is and I wish UPS never service this.Her attitude is unacceptable, arrogant and she totally humiliated us over a Properly Sealed and labeled Human Specimen box that UPS serve.We filed a complaint to UPS Stores Corporate & hopefully theyll guide them on proper protocols and to treat customers with dignity
Carol you sound miserable & shouldn’t be answering the phone if you can’t handle answering a few questions for a customer.
The counter person was rude. Im not sure what her problem was, but looking at the other reviews it appears to be a normal occurrence.
I would have given a better review if the guy had just dropped off the package and that’s it. But instead of that he looked around first and then burnt our door with his cigarette. If I wanted my door black And burnt then I could have done that myself. And after calling the store they told me to call an 800 number because they had nothing to do with the people that deliver the items and that got me no where. Then who the heck hires these people? Very unprofessional!
Ive had a mailbox at that store for over six years Carol Walt, and Vaughn are always incredibly helpful. I am a disabled vet. If I could not carry package to the car they would carry it for me I find them to be very honest and trustworthy on sending packages they have checked and found lost packages and missing packages for me that I could not locate
Disappointed. I went here to mail an employee fingerprint card because USPS employees were very rude last time I went. The associate asked if I wanted it first class, I said yes. She asked if I wanted tracking and I paused because I thought that might be a good idea. She pushes me and says ok lets ship it so you can have tracking. She asks for the address, rings everything up, and she already has everything squared away when I see shes charged me over $12!! At this point, everything is packed away so I felt obligated to pay the ridiculously high cost for something that should have been $2. Id rather deal with rude employees than one who is more like a used car salesman.
RUDEST MANAGER EVER! Avoid this store. When I called to find out why I was charged a shipping service Carol told me that it was to put tape on the box. When I acted surprised that I was charged for 1 piece of tape she told me that her tape is not free and that she was the manager and to deal with it. When I said that her customer service was very poor and that I wanted to speak to a manager, she said oh well and that she was the manager so there was no one else that I could speak to. I will never be shipping anything at this store again. What horrible customer service. Not the way to gain business in a small town.

July 13, 2020. I went to send off a package. I got up to door and it had signs that employees have to were masks. And the other one that said about you must have one on or you can’t go in.I entered and the person that was working there didn’t have a mask on.
I had just gotten my 1st iPhone that had an email with mailing label for free return and packaging. I had trouble piling up the label and the ups clerk showed me how and was hugely patient and helpful. Major 5+ star store.
I was so humiliated and embarrassed by the Manager of UPS Store 3755 in Sevierville, TN! My Doctor prescribed a ColoGuard test which has to be dropped off at any UPS Store (the only option). I took my test box to UPS Store 3755 to drop it off and was met by the Manager yelling at me not to put the box on the counter and to pick it up immediately. This was a most humiliating and embarrassing situation as the store was full of other customers all of whom knew exactly what this was. The Manager - Carol Lindsey - needs to take a lesson in Customer Service and discretion when dealing with sensitive issues!!!

Avoid this store if you can. They appear to be willing and ready to take advantage. Without informing or warning, they charged me $17.05 to put a small decorative pillow in a box. This was ON TOP OF the $14.84 shipping. Box was gone to the back before she said charge is $33.04. Her explanation?? The $17.05 plus tax is for the box AND LABOR!!!Not kidding, a $2.00 box and 20 seconds to stick the pillow in.....Regrettably, if that is how these owners operate, they deserve no business. Benefit from my misfortune and go elsewhere....
If you have a digestive disorder, Chrons, UC, IBD, IBS, etc.. or ate otherwise disabled, avoid this store. I was denied access to a restroom even tho Im disabled and told them It was an emergency. Other vendors next door offered their facilities no questions asked.Its policy Im sure, however I will no longer use the UPS stored..

All the associates at the Sevierville, Tn. location are friendly and very helpful, always willing to go beyond when extending their customer relations. Carol, Walt and Vaughn really care about their customers.

Employee (short white/gray hair with glasses) needs to keep her religious beliefs and comments in church....not in a place of business. Her comments to me were totally unprofessional. This is not the first time shes expressed her beliefs according to another person l shared my experience with. Her behavior made me uncomfortable. I will look for another place to do business.
I just found out that I can go to staples and drop off packages and I wont have to deal with Carol and watching her eyes roll every time I see her. Her attitude is wrong her personality is horrible and she is just too high and mighty for everyone that walks in the door. Everyone else that works there is nice. But Carol is rude and ignorant..
