Ive come to this store plenty of times in the past and have always had a pleasant experience but today was different story. I had picked out all my items and was waiting in line. I was waiting a few minutes already, but the customer in front of me was getting their items gift wrapped so I didnt mind. I was then cut in line by someone who seemed very friendly and familiar with the (presumed) owner and other employee. The employee took this customer that cut me, it was almost like I wasnt even there. Its not the employees fault that this customer was rude and cut me in line, its the fact that I wasnt even acknowledged. Finally the owner finished ringing up the customer in front of me (that I had first mentioned), looked directly at me several times, and walked to the other side of the counter to ring up ANOTHER completely different customer who had a large sum of items, who may I add, had not been waiting in line. Frustrated at this point, I put my items on the counter and walked out. I felt blatantly disrespected. Youd think someone who owns and runs a business would have some ounce of customer service to at least acknowledge me and say Ill be right with you, not one word was spoken to me. I was very excited to purchase my items too, but after today this will be my last visit. Id prefer not to give my money to a place that clearly prioritizes their friends and customers who are bringing in more money. Very disappointing.

I absolutely adore this shop! Such cute items. Most of them locally made. Run by a great family. They will wrap your gift as well with the cutest gift wrap. Definitely check this place out! You wont be disappointed.

This is our go-to place for gifts! My family and boyfriend always find something perfect here for my birthday/holidays, and Ive had great luck finding gifts for friends here. Everything is reasonably priced, and everyone here is so helpful. I love that they sell products from local farms and environmentally-friendly companies. It feels so good to shop local and know youre supporting businesses with great missions!

One year ago today they started having Tickled Pink Tuesday Lives! They didn’t just sell beautiful jewelry, clothes, amazing decorations for your home for every holiday & every day, they brought Ct & many other states together like a TV show you look forward to watching weekly!We’d laugh, talk about dinner, our families, how we were doing? They’d have family members join the lives & their pups( always dressed up) join too.... all while buying the best items for our families, it connected us all while we weren’t connected, it made us feel as if we were one, as if we weren’t alone & that we are all in this together! This is why Tickled Pink will ALWAYS be a huge SUCCESS! They Love their customers & go above & beyond to make us happy!! Absolutely the Best, Unique Store in our little state of CT.

This place has a fabulous array of products for gifts and leisure. It is a beautiful store with a unique setup. It also has a wide array of jewelry and other perfect gifts. They have a very unique selection of candles, ornaments, trinkets, and more. They moved into a larger store, and now offer a wider selection.

Great store and the ladies there are always very helpful. I get such cool gifts here for my wife every time I go there. A womans heaven from the second you walk in. Definitely go there ladies! :)

This is my go to store when buying presents for my female loved ones. They have something perfect for everyone weather its your mom, sister, girlfriend really anyone! Everything in their shop is cute and fairly priced. I always stock up on their soaps, they are skin friendly and smell incredible! Ive been a faithful customer here for over 3 years and they treat me like family every time i go in. Love this shop!

I went there today and let me tell you, you do not find places like these anymore. The owner was very pleasant, and everyone there was very nice. I will absolutely go there from now on.Its always nice to know that there are local places that still provide you with top notch service.

While on vacation, I stopped by this store because it looked very appealing. I walked inside and everyone stopped and starred at me and my family members. None of us were greeted or welcomed into the store. Nevertheless, we continued to look around and shop while getting little to no customer service. I would not recommend shopping here at Tickled Pink. Do not waste your time or money!!

Terrible service. they followed me and my baby sister around the store and called a cop in too. she wanted to buy a present for our little cousin but we ended up leaving because of it. as we left all of the employees followed us to the door. none of my family will step in the shop again nor will anyone we are friends with. terrible people.

This store is the most delightful place to visit. It is so pretty and just as its name, it does tickle you pink. The owners are very friendly and make your shopping experience extra special. A must visit, especially for that special gift for someone or for yourself. If you are buying a present, the gift wrap is so elegant. You do not even have to ask for them to do this (price of the item does not even matter). They carry a full line of your favorite accessories along with many other unique gifts. Definitely recommend a visit!

I would not recommend investing your money into this store, especially as an African American. I walked in and was welcomed with dirty looks as if I didnt belong. All but one of the employees did not speak. One young blonde lady continuously gave a bad attitude and as my mom was asking her assistance as she shopped, she rolled her eyes multiple times.

My experience was absolutely terrific.This was my first trip to Tickled pink,and it definetly will not be my last.I went in and Kim helped me out, she spent quite a bit of time with me for I had a hard time making a decision. The store is beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Everything you could think of and more, they carry Tiffany Jazzalle, Jo Jo Earrings, Alex & Ani, Chamilia and so much more in jewlery & fashion,and so much in decorations and beautiful houshold items.Kim was an absolute pleasure to meet, and Im so glad that I went into their store. I will definetly be going back and for sure be doing some Christmas shopping with them.Kim and I had worked on picking out the perfect charm for my chamilia bracelet for a good amount of time. (As an owner she spent a lot of time with me and kept trying to find that perfect charm with me, not many stores anymore will give you that personal touch, besides the owner herself!) We found it and it looks wonderful!So happy with it!Tickled pink pieces are all pretty things that you will love either as a gift for you or for someone special. No matter who the gift is for, Its sure to make them smile!I would go to tickled pink again and again, and refer them to all my friends and family.
