I used to enjoy grocery shopping at this store... Used to. I dont know if it is lack of help or other reasons, but now the store just seems dirty and shelves are empty. I travel to the west end now.

I shop here frequently with no complaints but I can not say anything but how friendly and polite all the staff was today!!!!! I really dont like to shop but I left with a smile on my face 😀

Horrible 3rd time this week the website says that they have items in stock called this time and was told it was in stock. Drove to this store and it wasnt in stock. If you call and ask they will give you the answer that it shows online. Wate of my time I will not be shopping here again.

Management should try to step up their game. Went for my lunch break at 1. The deli had one person doing the hot side and cold cuts side. 5 people waiting to be served and there were 3 upper managements standing at the front desk when I came in. Waited 7 minutes for there to be no movement in the line. If youre aware that youre short staffed in a particular area go help out.

Picked up a bag of avocados from this store today... Not a single one of them, was edible. I had my groceries delivered, so unfortunately I couldnt be there to check them before buying them; but regardless, the mold could be seen from the outside, so I couldnt believe this bag was actually left on the shelf to be sold. I even included photos, because I was shocked by how bad they looked and disappointed about having to throw the whole bag away.

Great place to shop because the associates that work there are awesome. Friendly and very helpful staff.👍👏

Not a lot of variety of items seems like a lot of the same thing with different brands everyone was nice no real issues

Today I went into the store after my doctors appointment to pick up my prescription. I grabbed my prescription and continued to grab other things I needed. I checked out and left that prescription in the cart. A nice employee by the name of shaylee took my RX back to the pharmacy. Thank you so much for doing that. I couldnt thank her enough for this. You made my night so much better. I was so nervous someone had just picked it up and took off with it. So thank you once again for turning it back into the pharmacy so I could come back and pick it up. You hun are a blessing!

Jon that takes care of the store keeping it looking nice does a Great job. Male cashier was extremely nice! Their meat counter is awesome. Fresher meat than anywhere!

Conveniently located across from Walmart in Seymour Indiana. Very clean store. All the employees super nice. The prices are so low its incredible. Overall experience 100% satisfied.

Jay C is the best! The people there really make the store. Aside, from them discontinuing my favorite, in this world skinny cow Carmel delights! We shop there regularly!

Store smelled of dirty mop water. Cashier Pat is such a delight. She greets everyone as if they were her family. She should get employee of the year

They sell the best meat in town here. Rather it’s cooked or your looking for meat to cook. That why this is the best store in town. The pharmacy here saved my life. My doctors office (new person) sent my them with script of meds I am allergic to. If i would of taken them I could of died. Also the store has the best employees always friendly and ready to help.

Had an issue with customer service representative who turned out to be in training for management... I told the manager that I was told that I could go to another store or location... I told of how rude he was including how the department was about to close and how I could come back tomorrow... Very dissatisfied but feel better since the manager said she was very displeased and would definitely handle it immediately...

Normally a great experience. Today I was there arou d 5pm . Wanted fried chicken. One lady was taking care of customers at the deli. One other lady at the sink . She wouldnt look up. I asked once if she could wait on me . She ignored me . To top it off, the phone was ringing . She ignored it . Continued to use the sprayer at the sink . Not sure what was more important than customer service.

Its a nice clean store with the convenience of a small grocery store but enough selection to find pretty much everything youre looking for. Friendly staff

OK, but fried chicken we ordered was overcooked, not quite burned. More expensive than our store in Indianapolis. People pleasant and helpful.

Absolutely love Jay-c I got here for lunch and use their salad bar a few times a week. All the cashiers for the lunch hours know me by name. Great prices very clean store.

Ordered a meat tray 24 hrs in advance. Scheduled pickup was 2pm. I arrive and they tell me they have been so busy they havent gotten to it yet. Unacceptable, to say the least. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to make it. The tray did look amazing and they gave me a coupon for a free rotisserie chicken.

Foods plus is an excellent grocery store. Decent variety of natural and organic products. Very good sales, and their meat market is the best available from a grocery store.

It is far better than the lines at Walmart. Good prices and service.

Sale prices are good, regular prices are sometimes a little high. Pharmacy is quick.
