I had another encounter with Victra Verizon the wait was long but Henry was excellent he worked hard and got my phones updated.Gave me value fir my bucks.He made sure everything worked .He explained everything and he was as nice and pleasant and very prompt and professional.Thecwsit was Verizon team to get my updates approved and handle so I could get back to work.I own Med Home and it’s a pain to own a business as it is but the care they have to me it was the best experience I ever had with them.I also want to add that he made sure I was satisfied and understood the situation

Henry was amazing! I was confused about where I should take my money and what carrier to go with. I was really open minded so I would’ve went anywhere. Henry made it so I didn’t even have to get a second opinion. That’s the way customer service should be done.

Henry at the Chagrin store of Verizon is a treasure! He’s both extremely knowledgeable about products and plans as well as very friendly/outgoing. While waiting for uploads and syncing on my phone purchase he was to take care of other customers that needed just a little bit of time.

The service was speedy and thorough! I arrived with a book, prepared to spend most of the afternoon waiting to get a new phone. But the store was not crowded, and Hannah, the team member, was eager to assist me in picking out a phone and helping to set it up. She was also very patient with all my questions!

Henry is an exceptional man. He understood my problem with my new phone and was not upset when I came into the store 4 minutes before closing. He not only knows what he’s doing but has exemplary customer service skills!!!

Stopped in the starter buy a phone was told that I had to change my plan of course I refused but my point is you cant make me do it the way you want me to do it. Online it says the phone is a thousand bucks I was willing to pay the thousand bucks without any hassle from Verizon on how I wanted to set my plan up which is a prepaid plan. Nevertheless I dont have a phone

Our service rep was cordial and knowledgeable. We purchased two Galaxy S20 Note phones with a Galaxy Note 8 as a trade in. Henry took care of everything and showed us how to get the most out of our phones. Good experience.

Traded in my old iphone early for a new one. An employee stole the iphone and never sent it back to verizon, leaving me with the bill. This was 4 months ago and Im STILL dealing with this. This store is trash and management is not very quick to handle it. Pathetic. How they are affiliated with Verizon is beyond me.

I felt completely unsure about the integrity (or lack there of) . Nothing had prices and they seem to shoot from the hip and were way higher than other places. If you want fair pricing I would go to a true Verizon store and not this authorized retailer.

Staff was beyond exceptional. The manager here took care of my issues and got me a tablet that I didn’t know I was eligible for. I live an hour away from this location but it was definitely worth the drive for the great customer service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. The sales rep said he could help me out and then proceeded to lock me out of my account and insisted I wait on the phone for two hours to speak with customer service to let me back into my account while he proceeded to help another customer. He was rude and and flippant.
