Call to have my sons prescription refilled and some weirdo keeps answering the phone in the pharmacy and not saying anything so when I called back for the fourth time I spoke to someone inside the store I ask was anyone working in the pharmacy and she immediately cuts me off and say yes he’s very busy and he’s working alone please hold and I said no I don’t want to hold, but she put me on hold anyway, this so aggravating. Idc if you’re busy, I’ll gladly hold instead of being disrespected. Do better or go find another job if customer service isn’t your thing.

Early afternoon, 9/3/2021: visited this store. Chatty cashier demanded she have the last word. I say she needs people skills. I would rather slide down a razor blade into a bucket of turpentine rather than purchase from this store.

So not go here for a Covid test . I took mine last Wednesday and still haven’t gotten the result . Before I took the test the sent me a email that said 1-3 days for results the sent another that said 2-5 . It’s been five days and still no results ….it’s pointless at this point . I know they don’t operate the testing but still don’t go to here to get tested. .

I enjoy shopping at rite aide for their products and prices. However, the customer service that we received lately has been very poor and disappointing.Visited the store between 2-3p.m. yesterday afternoon on my day off to pick up a few things. Usually a weekend shopper. However the times I have been in when these particular service reps have been working, the service has been poor, and rude. It only takes a few rotten apples to spoil the entire bunch. This is what is clearly happening to this location .I went up to the register to check out . Two of the customer service representatives( I believe one was a manager) were too busy gossiping and talking to even notice that they had a line backed up. The rude services continue d through out my check out experience, I ask a question regarding one of my items I was purchasing the representative ignored me and my question and about an entire minute later said oh I’m sorry and proceeded to answer. Hopefully the service will improve before it becomes worse.This is not the type of service you expect to receive on spending your money at any location.

Personable staff, decent selection, clean store, recently remodeled.

Terrible customer service waited on hold called back multiple times just to see if my prescription was ready for them to be rude to me and tell me that it’s not ready would not recommend this pharmacy every time I come here it’s the same thing:(

Went in. Asked for rite aid card. Said I didn’t have one but ide sign up for one. Said I couldn’t sign up for one and that she wouldn’t swipe the courtesy card for me and that was that. And here I am writing a review on a damn rite aid cause what else can you do. Lol
