Convenient location but the consistent price gouging on gasoline makes me not want to come back. They are always 10-20 cents higher than everyone else.

Not wearing masks. Eating at the register then touching your products. Not enforcing the wearing of masks. Disrespectful and inconsiderate during the pandemic. Attitudes are always inappropriate as well.

Unfortunately I witnessed a kid get treated so disrespectfully. He was short 16cents. I told the cashier that I will give the kids 16cents. The cashier then threw the bag across the counter. The little boy looked down and said thank you. I asked the cashier why did he have to treat the little boy like that. He then said I keep telling him he’s short 16 cents and he act like he can’t understand. So I said I just gave you a dollar to cover the 16cents so why do you have to throw his groceries. Thinking about it now makes me so angry and I wish I left the chips that I was purchasing. I will never come here again. I had to go outside and explain to the little boy to never let anyone treat him like this where you spending your money. I told him I’m never coming here again and for him to never come here either. I’m so upset right now.

This gas station is okay with me, store is always stocked staff is great plus your in and out in no time.

I love this place! It had a cozy feel, all the customers and e.ployees know each other by name. Prices are a little higher but worth it.

Went there today to purchase an Arizona iced tea, which is priced at $0.99 a can plus tax. The shelves were also marked as such. I go to check out, and the attendant wants to charge me $1.57 because theres a $0.50 card fee per can of Arizona. Number one, nowhere in there did they possibly suggest that theres an upcharge in case you were using card. Number two, I was paying with debit, not credit, so they arent charged a fee for the use of my card. Last time I ever try to give this establishment my business.

These foreigners seem to stand on 3 ft floors and harass and disrespect folks. Tried to Rob me for my sales Tax several times (with several employees, bad folks) then tried to ban me from the store for speaking up. Horrible Place In Shaker Heights.

8.90 for a pack of cigarettes talk about highway robbery
