A very very good place. Prices are on par with other shops for the same services. They can solve any Tire issue you may have from your personal vehicle all the way up to a tractor trailer. There employees are always professional and courteous as well as good-natured.

Unprofessional. I called them for trailer alignment they told me i can come in, i was there 11:30am and they got me in. I waited for 3 hours them to start but after 3 and half hours when i asked what is going on he told me the trailer wont be done today. When i asked why he didnt tell me that when i got here he told me that i hadnt an appointment, why you didnt tell me that when i came first why you telling me after 3 and half hour that it wont be done today? Dont waste your time with this Jokers ..

Called everyone . Needed an alignment on our 3500 4 door dually. Nobody was interested or all shops were 2 weeks out. Then I called Bob Semerel off Annuity drive. Dropped it off Monday and was done same day . Professional Staff also. Very polite and professional.

I used to work there and wont recommend this place to anyone.. the trainer bullied me because I came from the army and military and civilian vehicles are 2 different things.. he used to make fun of my wife and it was very inappropriate... the regional manager wanted it his way or no way.. I quit so I can go to a better place and couldnt be happier.. I kept getting dirty looks when I had to take my wife to the er cuz her health wasnt good at all.. unfortunately she did pass away and yep no word from anyone there..

Highest prices around shoddy work not really friendly to deal with after probing around it turns out AAA bought them out which means they brought in cheap labor and incompetent management. Prices reflect them trying to make up for cheap towing services! Do your self a favor call around and get prices for what you need tires call tire places and mechanical call a real mechanic than call a local towing company so you get faster better service, get to skip AAAs bull and profit center! Than you wont waste away your whole night or day! How much is your time worth?
