Like many others have already said, just a great place. They work on all kinds of cars. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Happy to chat about cars in general as well as your car issues. Prices are fair, and the work is thorough. They came and explained exactly what they saw and encountered while working and that kind of communication is rare. Really pleased with my visit and will certainly be back with my other vehicles. After two bs alignments from the Land Rover dealer that were absolutely terrible (the first time they didnt even do it at all even though they charged me) this place got it done right the first time. Highly recommend.

Damaged a brand new set of coil overs and a camber plate during an alignment and corner balance. And didnt even say anything, Im glad I reviewed the car right after!Charged for 5.5 hours of labor for an alignment and corner balance. Seems steep...To add insult to injury they insulted my car, implying the modifications were a waste of time and money because the car was too heavy, and my age being young and stupid (early 30s). How unprofessional!

Very helpful, very knowledgeable. You can always tell a place is quality by the amount of people coming in and out and they stay busy. They did a wonderful job on my lifted Jeep.

Very booked. Had to wait two weeks for an appointment. The alignment was for a new lowered suspension which took 3 hours and costs ~$375 afted driving for a while I noticed that the steering wheel is off by like 1°. Also, the waiting room has no A/C

Bill and Jeremy at PA have always (for 25+ years) taken great care of my cars. They are very honest and hard working company. And they do so much more than alignments - almost everything automotive with few exceptions. They work mostly on normal cars and trucks, but I know theyve done work on race cars, too. They are willing to work with aftermarket items, too.

Very educated in obs twin I beam camber alignment in older Ford trucks and much more I have never felt my old Ford front end feel so tight! Awesome work and fair price,its getting harder and harder to find mechanics that can work on older cars that is where performance alignment also excels above the rest

Always the best work and nothing else short of it. Jeremy Wheeler is some kind of suspension wizard that can magically transform almost any car. Ive always left knowing my car was faster than when it went in.

The best honest repair work that Ive ever know (over 40 yrs)....particularly if you have a sports car. We have been going to them for over 10 yrs with the Corvette, Evo M6 and Mini. They used to be the best kept secret in Cincinnati, but you cant hide greatness forever. Jeremy has now opened a larger place and hired help, but he is still busy. Always gives you the honest truth of what really needs to be done on your car without the 4x cost of a dealer. I wouldnt trust my car to anyone else.

The most knowledgeable alignment shop for performance vehicles. Especially for Porsches.

Bill does outstanding work particularly if you have a performance car that you really want to handle. He understands alignment, suspensions and what it takes to make them all work in concert. You can have your tires shipped to him directly from Tire Rack and he will mount, balance and install them for you. He sells suspension packages so you can upgrade your suspension and do your alignment all at one shop. I agree the other reviewer doesnt understand how an independent shop operates and how they make their money and its on labor and on a very slight parts mark up, if he wants a fixed price to install parts no one has seen before go to the other shops, I think Bill is in business to make money like most businesses.

I was impressed by the quality of the service. My cars alignment was off and Bill diagnosed the problem and corrected it. It now drives perfectly straight on the highway. It was my first time at this shop and I will be back for any suspension/alignment issues. I highly recommended this shop.

True professionals. Had a car lowered w an Eibach sport line set up. The chain tire store did not adjust the camber properly when they installed it and it wore the sidewalk down on the outside of the front tire in a few months. It only took performance alignment a minute to figure it out. Experienced mechanics and the proper equipment make all the difference. Street or track car, they can handle it.

I typically do the majority of the car repairs in our family, but there are some things as a shade tree mechanic you just cant do, such as mount and balance tires and perform alignments. My wife and I werent happy with the alignments and overall work quality we were receiving at a local tire chain for our sports/touring car. After doing some internet research for a more knowledgeable, performance based suspension and alignment facility, I found Performance Alignment. Even though we are 40 miles from Bill, we decided to drive over and give them a chance. It was a great experience. One of our tires would not balance, and once Bill found out we purchased it from tire rack, he had a replacement on the way. (Interesting that the local tire chain that originally mounted and balanced the tires didnt notice this or if they did, neglected to mention it, but thats another story). Bill and his crew adjusted the alignment and the cars suspension several times after test driving it and the results are amazing. The price was extremely reasonable for the length of time they worked on the car. We can be hard to please customers, and we walked away more than satisfied.

Friendly and accepting, a genuine transgender safe environment, the work they do is beyond words, phenomenally epic, best in everything, from parts sourcing to final install, just the best Ive ever seen in Ohio, to date. These are the few people I trust wholeheartedly with my vehicles.

Great place work done right

Ive been going to this shop for years. In fact, I drive out of my way to go here. The other reviewer, Brendan Berry apparently doesnt understand the automotive business as its not unusual at all for a shop to charge you higher if you bring the parts. Sometimes I buy my own parts and bring them to the shop other times I just let Performance Alignment get them for me. Bill takes great care of people and works on a lot of expensive vehicles. He even works on my crappy cars and treats them just the same. Hes got another guy there thats just as good.

Jeremy is great. Plus he gives awesome hugs.

Bill did an awesome job aligning my 730hp CTSV. It was badly misaligned prior to taking it to him. He took extra time to do the job right. Dont hesitate to take your performance car or daily driver to Performance Alignment.

This is the only place in town that I really trust with my wheels. Nuff said.
