This place is a joke, you drop off perceptions and it takes literally 4-5 days to fill, you go to call the pharmacy and no one ever answers. Tomorrow I will definitely be switching my prescriptions to Walgreens cause Ill die waiting on CVS to fill them!!! Also no customer service, that apparently die when Covid hit....

Pharmacy open until 8 pm. Three people working. Drop off window fir prescriptions blocked off. I was confused at the situation when I walked up and was asked to wait. When someone approached me I handed my prescriptions over the counter. Was then rudely told they were not taking anymore orders.What? Not even to drop off for the next day?I was also treated like I should have known better. How in the hell am I supposed to know?I drove to Kenwood, I filled the prescriptions without issue.This place needs management to get a handle on things. This isnt burger king, they have workers. Apparently those workers don’t want to do their job!

Good luck ever reaching the pharmacy, they always take forever to pick up the phone. Been on hold for 30+ minutes and counting

Two times in a row calling in a fill where the automated system told me it would be ready only for it to be out of stock. The tech told me “oh yeah that system is messed up.” If your system doesn’t work why does it exist? Fill your medications elsewhere, especially if timeliness is of any importance to you.

Very clean, high prices, but no riffraff and very good customer service

The Pharmacy is terrible. We have been using CVS since they began and SuperX before that. It used to be so good. And pharmacy employees are so unfriendly. Thinking of switching to Walgreens.

The store employees dont wear masks properly (generally below their nose or not on). The automated system called me to tell me prescription was ready only to get there and be told they were out of stock.. Avoid if possible

Hauck Rd location has pharmacy staff that do not follow through with their job. They will not take ownership of their mistakes. I want my medications on a timely manner, not excuses. I will never go to this particular location again.

Its 11am on November 13 2019.Heather is one of the best cashiers Ive ever seen had. She should be training every employee at every business around here. A real diamond. I have 20yrs of customer service experience I know what Im talking about.

I will never trust this location with my medication refill ever again. Constant and obvious mistakes, people cant be this stupid, one wonders what is actually happening under the counter.

Exactly what Gail said in her review! The pharmacy does not follow through. REPEATEDLY makes mistakes, yet never an apology, just excuses. I’m done with this pharmacy and after 2 years of MONTHLY MISTAKES I’m finally going elsewhere. If you want your prescriptions on auto refill CVS is a joke. Don’t waste your time here.

Had major dental surgery and was looking to have three prescriptions filled . Was told it will take about 45 minutes. I went back two hours later and only had one of the three filled . Took another three hours to get the other two . For someone in as much pain as I was at the time, it’s simply not acceptable .

Check expiration date on products. Second time buying products that have expired. I dont see why I have to do this, companies should be checking their own products making sure they serve fresh dairy products. Bought ice cream that expired Dec16.2016 today(Apr9.2017) they went 4 months without checking dairy products... Im so pissed I could/should Contact the FDA.

First, the store is not set up to accommodate the elderly, or anyone with mobility issues. The pharmacy is located far away from the registers with no dedicated entrance. Second, when I went at 10:00 am, there were no registers open...only the self-serve things which I refuse to use. The girl at customer service was very nice, but these are two major strikes against this Target.

Nice cashiers and the store is always well organized. CVS is a little expensive but its location is perfect for where I am living 😃

The pharmacy has a staff which is highly competent. The staff in the pharmacy and the store are very professional and caring folks. Its well worth the drive to come to this CVS!

A lot of negative comments on here but I never have any issues... so far. I coupon here at least once a month and everyone is so nice.

Sheila -- Worst cashier EVER. Verbal offensive to customers and complaining using coupons. Chose to shop CVS cuz receiving coupons from them, but their cashier seems hate this. Also yelled by this cashier every week always. Guess they dont like loyal customers.

It is in a good location for that part of town.

Stalked by sales staff every visit. Impossible to shop in store without being hollered at over and over or stood and watched.
