It’s really simple fr 30plus years r and r automotive has a promise I pay in good funds ie: check/ cash and they take care of my vehicle I have yet to not be happy with the final outcome are they cheap nope are they alwYs up on every school to keep my rigs working yup for those who have a hard time let’s be simple I didn’t pay 80000 $ for my dodge so I could walk home in the rain R&r makes sure my rig gets me home simple enough

I rarely write reviews, but after the continuous outstanding work they have done on my vehicle, I feel I definitely should. I have a 99 chevy tahoe 4x4, and it has been in for work multiple times because of previous owner neglect. (Definitely cheaper to repair than buy new! Lol) ....From an almost completely rebuilt rear end, to air conditioning, to extremely overdue maintenance, to Basically an all new braking system, to my most recent visit which was an all new front end with power steering pump and windshield washer pump. (There was a lot more work done, but for sake of not writing a book of a review, Im keeping it short-ish). They have operated on my vehicle a lot of times, and every time I bring my tahoe in for surgery, its a success! You definitely get great results at R&R Auto! Thank you Rick and Paul for great customer service and communication, and for doing an outstanding job on my vehicle!

We were on our way from Gold Beach Oregon in our RV to a family camping trip in Nevada desert. We were to hook-up with family by Friday. R&R listen to our plight took it to heart said they would get us out by the next morning but that we could stay in our rv safe in their locked yard & could provide us with power. They were able to secure the parts Rick went work immediately showed us the problem and what he needed to do. Rick and Adam worked together and got us back on the road that afternoon. A+++

Weve been going to Rick for over 20 years but we lost him for awhile after we bought a new vehicle and he moved. We were thrilled to find him again. Great mechanic! Honest and Reasonable. Just would like everyone to know that we had a break problem on our motorhome while traveling over the Siskiyous. We were near Yreka California and called at least 10 different mechanics and shops in the area and no one could help. After contacting a shop in lake Shasta city we were referred to this shop and the owner said he would not leave us hanging as long as we could get there. We got the brake problem resolved good enough to drive 80 miles to the shop which he graciously let us stay in the yard overnight and plugged in our motorhome. The next day they jumped on it and got it fixed by one in the afternoon and we were on the road. I cannot say enough about the owner and the mechanics at the shop they were all really great people and stood tall when it had to happen. My thanks again to R&R auto and truck repair. And an special thanks to Paul.

We were attempting to move across the country when my truck started losing power outside Redding, CA. Rick, Paul and Christopher went above and beyond to try and diagnose the issue. After making the essential repairs, I left and my truck was still having power issues so I went back. They figured out that my exhaust was clogged up. Christopher spent the entire afternoon diagnosing and testing different things. Paul made phone calls to other mechanics and even a car salesman because I wasnt sure how much more money I wanted to spend on repairs. They got me back on the road and I appreciate all of their professionalism, information and kindness!

My neighbor brought his car here and I am absolutely shocked at the service and the end result of the job, the short of it is now the vehicle is a gross polluter and gets about 100 miles per tank and it cost over a grand cash money, beware

They replaced it fuel system injectors everything after my silverado blew the fuel pump. They did an amazing job, very very honest. Great planning and diagnostics.They quoted is and we agreed, but when we picked up the truck, wow it was far less.They let me store my trailer while the repair, got me s to truck. Rick and his crew are the best deal in town! Rick will bend over backwards in customer service and give you a great price to boot. He works on all my cars new and old, as I trust him. A lot of mechanics get a bad rap for their business practices, but R&R shatters all of those preconceived ideas as they provide great prices, good customer service, and they can be trusted. If you have car issues large and small R&R is the place to go!

The guys at R and R truly are the most honest and kind mechanics I’ve met. My vw bus broke down in the area and what I thought was a fuel pump issue turned out to be something else. They unfortunately didn’t have the proper diagnostic equipment for such an old vehicle to determine exactly what was wrong, but they did everything in their power to direct me towards another shop that would. They then called me the next day to make sure I was okay. Really great people!!

We’ve been using Rick for many years for our personal, recreational and business vehicles. His vast knowledge of auto, trucks and RVs is impressive, but even more importantly is his emphasis on service and transparency. Even though Rick and Mishael were out of town, Paul and the boys took care of my little truck in a courteous and professional manner (as usual). I have been using R & R Auto Truck Repair for 25 years, since the Deschutes Road in Bella Vista days, and they have my unequivocal recommendation.

I brought my new/used vehicle in because I was told it needed a new solenoid. Rick said I needed a new transmission. 2100.00 later I got my car back. Died on the freeway the next day. Another 650.00 later I just picked up my vehicle and noticed a fat chip missing from my windshield. Because I didnt see it until I got home I cant prove it and of course they deny it happening in their care. My opinion is that they prey on folks who dont know about cars and juice them for all their worth. Be careful.

I’ve neglected one of our work vehicles for 2 1/2 years, other then oil changes we haven’t had it serviced because of how busy we are. I bought a used motorhome that had a problem light coming on. I have a HUM device that indicated the problem was with the fuel-to-air ratio. The mechanics at R&R found the issue which turned out to be from a hose part that had holes eaten through it by animals. The motorhome had been sitting for quite awhile in the previous owner’s driveway. That was the fix I needed. The engine ran like a top after this and I was pleased with the price as well.

They made us top priority. Our fuel pump went out on the way to Grandmas 95th birthday, and two guys spent 9 hours (from open to slightly past closing), with a third guy intermittently helping, to get it fixed. Our RV was not designed to reach it. Thank you guys so much for making it a priority to get us out same day!

I had the best experience..i called them last minute, explained my situation. As busy as they were, Rick took me in and had my truck fixed in one day total.. he was very pleasant, explains what he fixes to the detail and all the rest of the staff is very pleasant as well.. not to mention the unbeatable prices! I libe out of town, but i would gladly drive 3 and a half hours back up here to have him work on my truck again!! Dont go to anyone else in town!

R&R was very responsive, got the car in at my preferred time and made a quick fix of the stuck window at very reasonable cost. I had to pick up the car on my lunch break and Paul dropped everything, including his delicious looking burrito to get me out the door quickly.

RV issues in our West trip and I was referred to Rick by another local mechanic. Same day fixed us up. They were helpful, friendly, and seriously great work for a family which was looking for a cool ride. They were awesome and we were in and out same day. Really saved our vacation. We are traveling around the western part of the US when our motorhome developed engine issues. I contacted the local medium duty Ford dealer and they wouldnt give me the time of day. I was referred to Rick by an RV repair shop near our campground. He asked that we come by in an hour, that he had a job to finish up. 4 Hours after our initial call we were back at the camp site relaxing. The engine runs great and we will need it as we will be climbing some mountains on our way to Eugene, OR. I would highly recommend Rick and his staff.

I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service we received today. Battery in store car needed replacing. Owner not only came to us and jump started the car, then drove it to get battery installed and brought it back. They have earned our automotive needs from this point on!

Rick is fantastic. While on vacation from Utah I brought my Honda Ridgeline in due to a noise in the driveline or wheel assembly. He made the time to help me out and inspect the vehicle to ensure I could safely get back Utah safety. You cant ask for anything more than an honest and concerned mechanic to maintain your vehicle.

Ive beening going to RnR for over 2 years now and theyre service and work is highly recommended. Ive tried other auto shops in the area and they treat you like another number. Go to RnR for auto repair if you want it done right the first time.

Put in clutch wrong 3 times in a Honda import. Treated us like we did him wrong...when he ordered the part wrong 3 times. He had to refund us and still had to take it to an import specialist. Will never go back again. Should have just said he didnt do imports...not drag it on 2 wks then get mad at us like we scammed him. Ps..its under my husbands name.

The shop is clean. They answer the phone promptly and answered all my questions. Pick up time was pushed a little beyond promise time but not a big deal.

Great service and got my vehicle in and out in the same day for a thermostat replacement that happened that morning on my way to work. Couldn’t beat the price for everything and very very pleased, will be going back to R&R Auto for any further issues with any of my vehicles

They will tell you we need to take the part off to get an estimate on cost theyre system isnt jiving with the part number ON THE PART Then they will cowardly three hours later have some woman call your wife and say your car is done Didnt get an estimate and never gave permission to work on our car!!! Driving home from R&R my radiator hose and Air intake hose comes off and Im stuck on the road with a possible blown engine! On my part Further actions are inplace and they need to be exposed !

By far the best on the road Service we have ever experienced. Had a brake issue with our Freightliner chassis Motorhome heading south when we went to R&R after reading the reviews here. I chose his shop over the Freightliner service center in Redding. Glad I did. Rick and Michelle got us right in. Rick found the problem, solved it. Cleaned and adjusted the front brakes, and we were on the road again in an hour! The charge was most certainly reasonable. The location was also a plus. A very short easy drive off I-5 and good access. Thanks R&R Truck and auto repair.
