The staff is friendly, which I love, but the food is SO TINY, I couldn’t believe how small it was for the price. A wraps (2 halves) each smaller than my hand. Cheaper to go elsewhere.

Was served pot pie soup that was either watered down or severely under salted.Staff should taste everything they are serving to ensure it should be sold. This could have been a great review with a little quality control.

I have eaten at the restaurant on Churn Creek and at the express location in Shasta Lake. I have NEVER been disappointed!! In fact, I told the chef at the Churn Creek location that I was pretty sure they have a 5-star chef cooking in the back! The food has always been excellent! I love their coffee as well! I would recommend any of their locations for a fantastic-tasting meal for a fantastic price!!! The people working there are always very friendly and helpful! I eat there often and will continue to eat there!! Their Turkey Mulligatawny soup is the best soup I have ever eaten! I even got my very picky mother to try it and she loves it as well! Keep up the excellent food!!!

FYI: This is a drive-thru locationUnique offerings and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. I was disappointed that they don’t offer soy milk, but I have been loving their oat milk lattes.

Stopped here on our way through from San Diego to Seattle. Amazing small town shop with double drive through windows and excellent service. They have everything on the menu from smoothies to burritos and desserts. Such a warm welcome and they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to continue our trek including a refill on water bottles and a biscuit for our pup. Highly recommend for anyone in the Shasta Lake area or anyone making their way through for that matter.

I have been living in the Shasta Lake area for the last five years and I am so excited to finally find an amazing coffee shop around here! Janelle and the rest of the staff at From the hearth is absolutely AMAZING, knowledgeable, and so sweet! Janelle has always made the time to stop whatever shes doing and take care of all my questions that I always have about which drink and food I want. This is exactly what Shasta lake needed!

The staff at this shop are absolutely the sweetest! I come back to this location for that reason alone. The coffee is good black, but if you can try one of their suggested specials I would recommend it. I have never had a bad one yet. Their blended drinks are more to my liking in that they taste fresher and less syrupy than Dutch Bros, Dunkin, and Java. They just arent as over poweringly sweet and I appreciate that. I recommend their mocha. The chunky monkey (If I have the name correct) with coffee in it is my favorite blended drink thus far. They also have had amazing gluten free brownies offered here, so nice of them to have that option. The Kids choices are also awesome. I would highly recommend this drive thru coffee shop!
