I had a bridal shower upstairs here and it was amazing. My sister decorated and even brought her own chair. Im not sure the cost but there was coffee included in it.

The customer service was outstanding! The lattes were crafted with care. Excellent milk texture with a sweet, nutty espresso shot. The rosemary scone was a savory treat. We will return whenever we pass through here.

Have you ever walked into a place and just felt like you belong? I hadnt until today! Im hooked after one stop! Best customer service Ive ever had. Halie youre adorable, thank you for making me smile after a long morning. Now for the biggest part, the coffee. Holy guacamole run, dont walk to this place. I ordered a black and white mocha and was ready to cry when I took that last sip. Its that good! I also ordered an everything bagel with chive butter thanks to Halies recommendation and I was not disappointed!

I experienced the best customer service in my entire life here. I walked in with my daughter and we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes. My daughter is 4 and very reserved, and the kind women working were so sweet to her! They commented on her dress and she was beaming. I ordered a latte, their scones, and two boxes of beans. Everything was incredible and I really appreciate you grinding the beans for me. We will be frequenting this place even though it’s a good 15 minute drive from me. It’s worth it!

What a delightful surprise to find this cool vibe cafe in Shasta Lake city. The Aflogato was made with Taste and See Creamery ice cream, yum. The bagel was delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed.

Excellent healthy food stop when traveling. Limited menu but less is more in this case. Had loaded cob salad and herbed chicken sandwich. So very tasty and the customer service is truly with a smile! Will make this a regular stop when passing through.

Such a cute, rustic cafe! Really good food and friendly service! We got the savory avocado toast and gravy with bisciuts, both were so good! And they sell some locally made candles and jewelry. Highly recommended!

Beautiful coffee shop and cafe located in the heart of Shasta Lake. Hands down the best place to get a variety of cafe food items such as bagels, biscuits & gravy, and fresh salads. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Coffee offerings are extensive but will not blow you away in quality.

The coffee and food here is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and cares about quality. I dont live nearby, but I make a point to stop here for coffee every time I drive through Shasta Lake.

Great local place not too far off the 5 in Shasta Lake the town not the Lake. Great coffee bagels, sandwiches and service. Nice seating area inside to escape the heat or get warm in the winter.

First, the coffee is really good here. Its what you would want out of any higher end coffee shop. The variety of different beans make it so there is a cup of joe for everyones palette. The staff is super friendly, but not fake like other chain drive through locations. The place feels genuine, and the support that they have shown the community after the Carr fire must be recognized.Try the Kenya brewed in the Chem-Ex. Life changing.

This place has such good sandwiches. I am a biscuit connoisseur and this is one of the best ones I’ve had! If you like fresh herbs you’ll like the sandwiches here. Very cute place and great service.

They order hundreds of bagels from Costco in bulk, have their Instacart shoppers drive all the way up to Shasta Lake, and don’t tip! Keep that in mind when they overcharge you for bagels and still expect you to tip them.

Great place but poor customer service. I was served a luke warm coffee - I took it back to the counter and the barista said she could not do anything about that !

I love this coffee shop! A nice location with great people and great coffee. They are very friendly always wanting to serve me well and even know my name and what I have to drink. Their food and drinks are always very good and consistent in quality. Nice environment with seating and good lighting to make for a great place to do homework or be online with a good WiFi connection.

So I have a friend who works there so I thought I would try it out finally and I LOVED IT!!! The atmosphere is esthetically pleasing, with lovely background music and a wonderful giant couch and window seating. I ordered a latte and dynamic duo breakfast sandwich and was VERY pleased. So delicous and a wonderful morning with lovely staff who love to serve. Thank you!

Wonderful place

The atmosphere is peaceful and positive. The baristas are kind, considerate, and actually engage with their customers. I love coming here to sit, read, journal, write, think, process, and hang out with friends! I feel like Im sitting in a hidden gem and enjoying a fabulous cup of coffee while Im at it! Id highly recommend trying it for yourself.

Cozy place. My coffee and parm scone were very tasty. Definitely will make the drive out here again just to have brunch and try some of their other beverages. :)

Heritage Roasting Company is a beautiful coffee shop with laid-back vibes and staff. Its parking is easily accessible and the interior has perfect lighting for studying or for a good chat with a friend. Speaking of friends, my buddy rented the space for his wedding and it was such a lovely evening for all. I highly suggest a visit!

Really nice coffee shop off the freeway a ways. I walked in and was really surprised to find a really nice spacious comfortable, warm space for coffee. Its much more modern than the neighborhood surrounding it. Good fresh coffee roasted every few days. One of the reason I seek out coffee roasters is that when coffee is imbibed within a week of when its roasted then it has super high oxidant value, way above its older counterpart. It truly feels like drinking live coffee, like the difference between something fresh out of your garden, like tomatoes or corn and the same produce purchased in the market. This place is a warm and friendly hang-out on top of that. Very nice and very nice people here too!!

This place is great! If you order hot tea for here they bring out a tray with a teapot and cream and honey for a full experience. Which I love because usually the coffee is always fancy and the tea takes a back seat at these sorts of shops. But they made the tea experience so fun!

I have to say this place is worth a stop. I moved to Bend Oregon from Queens NY. I was traveling through with my niece after stopping in San Francisco and Lake Tahoe. The level of service and quality of there coffee and food are top notch. The staff was knowledgeable and attractive. If you are in the area make a point to stop in and support them I know I will be back.

The atmosphere of this place is so warm and charming. I’d been suggested this place by a friend a handful of times and today had finally stopped in. Honestly worth the short little drive from Redding up this way. The coffee was smooth and flavourful and the parmesean chive scone was honestly one of best savory scones I’d ever had. Earned every star, will return again for sure.

Messed up my mocha the 1st time by adding cinnamon and then when she remade it, the coffee was bland and tasted very watered down. Not very chocolatey at all. Bummer. Seemed like a nice place to chill and get some work done on the laptop tho. Hope my next experience is better!

Such a friendly, well attentive staff. Been here many times, and they are always polite and efficient. The coffee and food are well prepared. The shop itself is kept clean and is a nice place to sit and relax.

This place was awesome. The menu was simple but everything seemed really well made. We ordered an affagato (espresso over ice cream) and an iced almond milk latte. The almondilk they use was thick and flavorful. A lot of almond milk lattes can be disappointing but I decided not to take a chance on real milk that day because we were traveling and Id rather my stomach agree with me for the duration of trip and Im glad it turned out so satisfying. My husband gave me a bite of the affagato and it was soooo good. They use Madagascar vanilla ice cream which was really sweet and flavorful and their espresso was just the right amount of chocolatey bitterness to counteract the sweet. It was soooo good. The interior was cute and comfortable and all the tables were distanced for those concerned with covid. I was surprised by through hipster vibe of this place considering the area but overall,we really enjoyed our visit.

I truly love this place.. I walked in and immediately you feel like your family, very relaxing calm atmosphere and the Saturday morning I was there they had a pancake special going on which was totally out of this world. I like how they serve you in real coffee mugs and with the assorted menu they offer Im sure youll find something you enjoy. Its a great place to come and study.

This is my husband and Is favorite coffee shop. The staff and owners are awesome people and the environment is very comfortable and cool. They are often featuring a local artist on their walls, and are always looking for ways to serve the surrounding community, which says to me that they are as much about people as they are about coffee. I give this a well-rounded five stars, you wont be disappointed!

Home away from home. My wife and I drove up from the Bay to visit family. Shasta lake is coooo, but we wanted good coffee. Thank god we drove by this place and my aunt said this is where all the 20 somethings go. Right away, my head turned. The strawberry basil icecream went great with my iced coffee.

Food and coffee were great. My only complaint is paying $1.50 more to add micro greens to my sandwich and receiving a garnish of microgreens (not more than 10 sprigs).

Been on the road a long time. Sick of drinking Starbucks just because its always available. Finally! A good, satisying cup of coffee. This place is what it says it is, a roasting company. A variety of roasts and brew types. Just wish they had more food so I could have stayed long enough for a second cup.
