I have to say I am very thankful for the quick response and delivery from the company. However this Shante and her personal issues in the filed of customer service. Today placed on hold for 20 min to inquire about an additional charge and how to remove it. Instead of helping she the statement you are not being billed for insurance. I know this my company has great and insurance and my cost is zero. Me coming to rent a center was of want and not of need. I hope your boss or your bosss boss sees this and would like to have a conversation. Shante if incorrectly misspelled your name excuse me for it. Stay far away from this place. The employees are rude. Zero customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and pick any other location or business.

The girls that work in this store are awful, rude and blunt. Stay away from there tricks double talking. The OKC store a alot better.

I love the staff at this location. John is an excellent manager and works well with you to keep your contract. Big problem solver, too.The only kickback is that none of the in-store merchandise is new. It is ALL preowned. You dont get to just finish paying what was left on the previous contract either, you end up paying full price from what I can tell. If you really insist tho, for a higher down, John will hunt you down some brand new.

Good place to rent household items. Customer service needs much improvement, some of the staff could take a long walk off a short pier, but every place has its flaws. Overall just ok.

This is aweful place run by the thiefs. Their attitudes are very rude and defensive. Be careful when purchasing the stuff from here. They ripped me with $42 more of what was in 90 day contract. They delivered the sofa in awful manner and during the delivery they torn the sofa and i didnt said anything to them. The final price was written on contract and the front desk lady told me this amount is after your initial payment is made. What kind of business is this when you lie with customer and print final price after deducting the initial price. Total lie. Be aware of them and dont buy anything. I am planning to sue them and take this action to consumer court about their awful and deceitful act.

Sold me a couch with bed bugs on it then tried to argue with me about it! Staff is very unprofessional. The store manager is very unprofessional came to my house in his personal car for a payment. Think twice before renting anything from these terrible folks.

My experience with rent a center was terrible. I rented a Aser Laptop for my fiance to use for her new job. When I first picked it up it was out on the floor for display. Once it was time to put it into a laptop bag it was very dirty. I ask could it cleaned off before they put it into the bag. My fiance used it for the first time and it was running very slow, glitching, and took 3 minutes to load up a new browsing page. I called them to let them know what was happening with the computer and see if I could come in to pay the difference for a better brand and they agreed. Once I got there I explained everything that was going on with the laptop a second time to a man working behind the desk. He then explained that it was going to be the same problem if I upgraded to a different laptop because they use the same hardwares which I didnt understand. He told me I had to wait 30 minutes for his manager to approve the exchange. A hispanic women asked me while I was sitting down waiting Do you want to make your payment for saturday? Which it was only Thursday. Ill just make the payment on Saturday. I said. Well I cant make the change to let you rent a different computer. She responded. She was very rude and didnt understand when I told her that she should have told me that I had to make a payment before Saturday to make an exchange for a different computer. To sum it up, the customer service is terrible. I didnt know who was the manager was or anything. Their attitudes were very rude and defensive. She told me if I upgraded to a different brand that I would have the same exact problems I had with the one I already had. So I told her if its going to give us the same problems then I dont want to rent any laptop at all. After that was said then they started to try and help saying that maybe it was just something wrong with that current computer and they could find me a better one, but just before that if I upgraded it would have the same problems. IF YOU WANT QUALITY SERVICE AND QUALITY PRODUCT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION OF RENT A CENTER.
