She gave me options while listening to my answer and then making recommendations. Store employee Haven was so helpful to me when looking for a new phone charger. I have an iphone and needed a charger cord with lightning to usb type c. She helped me choose the right charger and right length for at home comfort. Thank you!

Shauna at the Shawnee mall Verizon store was great! Probably one of the easiest experiences ever picking up a new phone. She was pulled away for a combative customer which she handled promptly and professionally. She wasnt a typical sales person which I greatly appreciated. After putting up with automated message after automated message we finally gave up and started calling stores to talk to a person. When we called the Shawnee location I was greeted by a very friendly and professional human being named Haven! She was thoughtful and helpful and even though we couldn’t get everything done in the store she helped with what we needed to take care of. She was and is Amazing!!! Shauna was awesome. My husband has no patience. Shauna took the time to help and try to explain this new technology to some old time people. She was busy and the only employee at the time but you couldn’t tell from her customer service. She even stayed late to help finish with us.

At the Verizon in Shawnee mall on Saturday February 13, the ladies working were incredibly helpful and so nice. It was a nice change in pace from those that are usually working there. I hope the trend is changing for this store because it’s so convenient to go in to a store rather than deal online. ❤️❤️

We had such a difficult time with switching from prepaid to post paid new service and working with the online/phone sales team and issues with running our card even though the funds were there. This became a 4 day process and I just wanted to cry I was so frustrated and just ready to call it quits and try another carrier, but yesterday afternoon I received a call from the Oklahoma/Regional manager Zach and advised me he had a solution at the store to make all of this work for us! The associate Hayven went above and beyond to help us, we were at the store for about 3 hours as we kept running into issue after issue due to the previous attempted orders and now looking like we were fraud 🤦🏼‍♀️She was kind, extremely patient, and never once tried to hurry the process along to just get us out the store. I will say we were very impressed with her professionalism thru this process and if it wasnt for her showing concern to her manager about our situation we would have never gone thru with Verizon.Thank you again for everything it is greatly appreciated.

The store was nice and very clean. I was helped promptly and taken care of very well. Even with all my questions and changing of my mind I never felt like I was being rushed. I only wish I lived in the area so I could use this store more often.

Will not be doing business with this location in the future will drive to the city. Purchased my wife a watch, after a couple days had to return it for a replacement. Was told it would take a couple days for the replacement. After 4 days I called and the short haired young girl was rude on the phone and said ups had not delivered yet. I called Verizon 800 number and they tracked the order and it was in the store before I called, after she said she would call me when they recieve it, never got that call. Showed up at the store the same day and the little girl was sitting and texting on her phone while Shauna was with a customer. The little girl said they been to busy to even get it out of the ups box. Its really sad at what society has come to with this generation and work ethic.To note after getting the new watch home without the seal broke on the box it was plain to see that the original watch was a used one that they tried to sale as new due to the packaging and the protection around the watch and the paper work.

The REAL PERSON help is awesome, but not a fan of robot call, text...

I have major respect for MDI the company itself is awesome. but i didn’t have a good encounter with a rep named Amanda. a customer of mine went in with what was suppose to be unlocked, while i was trying to discuss with him over the phone she was very catty and rude to me. she didn’t know who i was which is fine but she didn’t have to be rude. customer serviceis a hard job as well as sales but please discuss with her about her attitude. i feel like that is a weakness within a strong company. best wishes.

Miranda is awesome. Went in a few weeks ago to talk to her about switching from AT&T to Verizon. Miranda was very knowledgeable about the process. Went in yesterday evening and Miranda and Melissa took care of us in the process of switching to Verizon. They had there hands full with us. With 4 phones, and iPad and Apple Watch was not not that simple. They are very friendly and patient through the whole process. Would recommend you go in and talk with them and they will help you out.

Got a new phone in edmond on saturday it wouldnt turn on tried to call the store in shawnee because it showed to be open never got an answer called today with no answer so i drove an hr and they where open but find out i cant exchange my phone since its not a corporate store... wish they would have answered

Came in here around 430 1 sales person waiting on 1 customer. No hi no be with you in a minute no acknowledgement at all. Very rude. Was in there for an hour checking out phones and still the sells rep never acknowledged us...yes she was with a customer but you need to recognize potential sales

This privately owned store tried to charge me an additional $45 on top of the activation fee for each phone I was adding to my account. At the same time, the corporate owned store in MWC was giving away $150 gift cards for each phone I was adding to my account. Needless to say, I made the 30 minute drive to MWC. I wont be back to this store.
