They took great care to make sure I had the exact formula I bought previously so everything matched at home. I appreciate this attention to detail and effort very much.

I believe I worked with Max and he was so kind, despite being very busy, and he was so knowledgeable. I came in with a very vague color formula and he was able to convert it into exactly what I needed. He was even willing to work with me if the color didnt match what I needed, but thankfully it was perfect on the first try. I would definitely return.

Great people that work here. I had to find a color I bought 5 years ago to do some remodel touch up painting and they went above and beyond to help me find the right color to finish my project.

I actually went here for a repaint situation. The guy was amazing and got me exactly what I needed and my house was painted the next day. It stayed the same color until I moved out, as vibrant as the day it was put up.

Fair prices and good service which was lacking on this visit. After some discussion I asked for a gallon of white paint. When the price appeared it was over $73 for one gallon of paint. After leaving the store I decided to return it. When I came back to the store the clerk offered me a post sale price of $44. Unbelievable. I went to walmart and then purchased the paint, tape and other supplies for less than $33.00. I wont be back.

The staff here is very professional. They made my trip very, very easy. My wife texted me a photo of the paint can we needed to get. I showed them the photo on my phone, they mixed it up and gave to me. Easy as pie.

Any other time I have purchase other brands of paint that I wish I had gone to Sherwin-Williams instead. The associate that helped me was great! He found what colors I had purchased over 4 years ago!

Sold me the wrong paint for painting my house and the didnt want to exchange for the correct paint. Tride to stick my with 700$ of paint i couldnt use. If you could give them a negative raiting I would.

Absolutely horrible. Only had one person working there. Waited ten minutes for the girl to get off the phone and help the long line of people just standing around waiting on her. Then she waited til after she had mixed my paint to tell me it may not match what I had bought before and tried to charge me the same amount for a quart as I had paid for a gallon. Will never go there again. Not recomended.

Shawn at the store in Shawnee KS on 63rd St. was GREAT in helping to pick out colors based on a picture we found on the Internet. We had gone into another store, but no one acknowledged we were in the store.

Store opens later than posted hours and the personnel dont seem to care like those that work at 87th st. and Lackman and other locations. Go to a different location if you can.
