I went in only to inquire about a product they install and I was able to talk directly with the installer. He was very knowledgeable and offered options for me to consider. I wanted to purchase a gift certificate and he assured me that would work fine for what I was interested in.

Got my Viper remote start hooked up that I bought online, had one issue later on were it was saying the hood was open and I brought it in thinking he would charge me and he fixed it in like 2 minutes and no charge, then few months later today was saying the door was opened but he said with the older cars like mine you need to disconnect the battery and restart the system every now and then and again he didnt charge me and is always a nice guy.

Ive had work done on my vehicles in the past and the guys are great had some issues with the electric start on my 2005 Dodge Grand caravan that they installed and each time I gave them a call and told me to bring it out and hell take a look at and I did and of course most of the time it only took 5 mins to fix. Great job guys

I had cruise control installed in my car. They did a great job. On time and reasonable prices. He even replaced my ground wire from my battery to prevent future failure. They go above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I went in thinking that Id get good service like Id had in the past. I explained what I was looking for and was told they would look and get back to me. Never happened. We called back 3 or 4 days later and they basically blew us off. Ill find somewhere else.

Called them to ask for appointments and how far they are backed up, and to see if they install subs, instead i got cut off multiple times by older guy and explaining they cant give a quote which isnt what i was asking, im sure they do great work but wont be going here when all i did was get cut off and told to come in. not wasting my time if thats how you get treated over the phone, didnt even get the info i needed.
