Great staff, helped me find what I needed.

I had a wonderful experience with this business. I was going through the Culver’s drive through, upon leaving, my car started smoking from under the hood! I immediately pulled into the parking lot, and thanked God for autozone being there. There was 10 minutes until close, and I entered the shop looking for help. Every employee displayed astounding service, even when they were getting all packed up and ready to close. The owner Tim, was the last to leave and offered his assistance well over 15-20 minutes past close! He offered to come take a look at my car and give his honest analysis on what to do. I appreciate this gentleman and the other employees who were working that day. It was an emergency situation and they were there for assistance. I highly recommend this business. Normally,in all the years of going to napa, employees have been very helpful until today. Came in with some questions about finding parts for my Tacoma auto transmission. Figured their computer system would narrow things down. But instead I was talked to like I didnt know anything. Mansplaining that shifting has to do with something else, even though the shift solenoid is a common problem in higher mileage Tacomas. And I was told if I paid attention to my shifting I would know if its 4 or 5 speed. Well, when I said it was a v6 the computer system shouldve told him it was a 5 since 4 speed is for 4 cylinders. Totally not helpfu and rude. Not going to napa again.
