Sam helped me a lot during my visit. She was very friendly and nice. They didnt have the staples I needed but she made sure to help me order some online and helped me get the most decent price. She is awesome!

Employees seem super rude. I came to get something faxed and didn’t realize it was still DIY. I went up to the counter and nobody acknowledged me but acknowledged a person that wasn’t even waiting or asking for help and NEVER ONCE did anyone ask me if I needed anything before I asked them and then it seemed like I was a bother. Store is also super dirty and gross. Would suggest going elsewhere if you need help.

I just stood at the counter waiting for help. Their stood Sue Operations manager and her assistant I assume. I literally stood there 5 minutes and they didnt even acknowledge me. After 7 minutes of waiting I started to walk off. Then Sue again the manger asked if I needed help. What I wanted to say I didnt because then I would have been just as ignorant as her and her employee. I said no thank you and kindly walked out of the store. I will never again spend a dime in Sheboygan Office Max.

I came to the Sheboygan OfficeMax location with a tight deadline and a big printing project for work. Patrick, the GM exceeded all expectations and pulled it off. My experience was phenomenal with Patrick and despite the busy holiday season and a short timeline, he DELIVERED! Thank you Patrick for your help and hard work. I will without a doubt return for any other needs I have.

I have been using the office service center for over 20 years....great staff, great service etc!!...HOWEVER there is NEW management now!..and the office service center is TERRIBLE!...I cant take it anymore ...poor staff, poor service and now bad prices!..for example...my 3 page fax today is always $4.10....today...if I do it my self its $7.00 and if they do the fax its over $10.00...and they told me to use the self service twice because they are busy....as I watched them eating lunch and texting on their personal phones....walked out told the manager and she states..I am sorry!....be aware this place is not good....so I went to UPS got the fax done it was $3.17

This place came through clutch for me when I needed it the most. There is a shortage on office chairs right now in Green Bay and this was the only location that I could find that had good selection of chairs on hand and on sale. The staff is friendly and helpful, Id go out of my way again to come to this location if I needed to.

Terrible service in the Copying Counter. This guy was no help. Never going back.

Manager Patrick was awesome on his delegation to tasks in assisting his customers. He assisted me with FedEx mail out orders on a new system and was able to keep other customers satisfied. Appreciate the help!

Went in for an in store only special on a laptop and they have none. A disheveled cashier told me to order online. Not worth the morning off.

They NEVER have enough staff on and the customer service from the staff they have on is minimal at best. Waited 20 minutes to be waiting on (second time in a month) and left without help (for the second time in a month). Wish there was another office store option in our town.

A great store for all your office needs. Home and business offices will be well supplied. A wide selection of items. Computers, office furniture is available. Paper products, filing items, organizer products, as well. Way to many items to mention. A great place to check out.

Got laminating done here really cheap and really nice! Also had a sale on backpacks that was really awesome

Excellent service the associate greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything and I definitly did, because I was looking for a new phone charger and she was able to show me where they were and tell me about the types they had and she offered the protection plan that the store has. She really was pleasant and she really knows her way around the establishment well, she also portrayed exceptional customer service!😊

Theyre friendly staff and accommodate alot of your office needs... however the Males restroom looks atrocious. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a while... hope I dont get sick

We made fliers for our business at OfficeMax hundreds of times across the United States. They refused. So I asked which store we at well just go to the other one. They didnt even know if they worked at office Max or office Depot. She told me were at office Depot. Not max.Employees also were not even around the store. We had to search for them for 5 minutes. We could have stolen anything in the store without getting caught.Dont go here drive elsewear

Large, warehouse like, clean, friendly staff. A lot available to the consumer, including shipping and printing. More geared towards the office but home office and school supplies well covered. Computers, printers, copiers, shredders and some rather nice office furniture available.

Decent - sized store on Sheboygans north side offers all kinds of office supplies, electronics and office type furniture as well. They also offer printing/copying services. They also offer FedEx dropoff for your packages. If you are in any need of office supplies, odds are they have them.

There are plenty of people working, but no one asks if you need anything, no matter how long you wander around. I normally open my mouth and ask, but thought Id just look around instead. The womens room was absolutely gross. The hallway going back to it smelled and the bathroom was worse. It was dirty... the floors, sinks, toilets. My 3 year old grandson, said Ew! Gross! Lets go! I agreed lol

Office Max is a good store and its a great store for anything paper, notepads etc.

Ordered same day business cards on 04/26/2017. They were NOT ready same day. Went to store to pick up next day at 3:30 p.m., shortly after being notified they were ready. WAITED 25 MINUTES IN LINE WITH 5 OTHER CUSTOMERS TO PICK UP COMPLETED AND PREPAID CARDS. One staff person working the counter who didnt seem to know what planet he was on, and another helper, who I had to find and summon, who couldnt get things done much faster. Wonder why B&M stores are becoming a thing of the past? I dont. Never will I order anything I have to pick up at this Sheboygan Office Max.

Store opened at 8:03 which annoyed me as i was in a rush to get to work. But the man i assume was the manager was great.

I did not like there customer service both a Samsung tab four sis months ago and it was not connecting to the Internet all the tech support lady did was take a quick glance and say there nothing we can do call Samsung ..maybe its because am black😡

Very unhappy with seeing that items are available online for one hour pick up in store only to find out that they are too busy waxing the floors to fill my order. Emails have gone unanswered and I did use their text complaint line only to get canned answers Im sorry for your inconvenience. If I wasnt such a pen addict i would never step foot in their store again. But after tonight I may not.
