Hard to find parking and you will have to wait to be waited on.

I was in tLees Sewing in Shelby a few days ago and received some of the best customer service I have ever received by any business anywhere. The staff patiently explained to me that Berninas policy is that my warranty could only be honored at the location where the machine was purchased (I have just recently moved to the Shelby area). However, they took a great deal of time over two days to identify the problem and then came up with a great solution. I left with my machine working as it should.I HIGHLY recommend Lee Sewing in Shelby.

I am not a crafty person and I dont even know how to sew but this place inspired me! They offer classes for sewing. I will definitely be attending soon.

I love this store. Ive been in there several times over the past 2-3 years and every time they have been friendly, helpful, and knowlegeable with regard to any questions I have asked. I just recently bought a Brother Innov-is 1250D sewing and embroidery machine there and cant wait to attend some of the Saturday classes. The actually offer quite a few classes I would love to attend but cannot due to my Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. work schedule--but that wont stop me from attending those I can. I will be recommending this store to any of my friends who want to buy a mahine.
