They were extremely professional, so kind, just amazing people in general. Mike that did my estimate was so sweet and joked with my son and even took our Chick-fil-A trash (he noticed we were finishing our food & I was looking for a trash can as he was finishing estimate) and threw it away so I didn’t have to keep it in the car to throw away later. But they kept me super informed the whole time and the job was flawless. The ladies at the front show so much friendliness and have the best energy, so really the whole atmosphere there doesn’t even feel like being at a repair shop.

My husband has been using Richies Body Shop for 10 years. When he recently bought a Brand New Truck and another shop damaged the rocker panel installing running boards, Richies was the only place we would even consider taking it for the repairs even though we live over an hour away. The body work was flawless and you can not tell where the damage ever was even if you tried to look for it! Once again we were impressed with this shops quality, professionalism, and level of customer service! We will continue to use them for all of our cars!

I had a: 2020 Toyota Tundra 1798 Platinum Limited Ed (4 wheel drive). This wonderful truck only had 2999 miles on the odometer when a young man pulled in front of me. Thank goodness my reflexes were quick and rather than hit the drivers door I turned my steering wheel right & hit his back wheel.My truck was totaled which was obvious to people at the accident site. However, the young man’s insurance wanted to rebuild the truck and give it back to me. I am really sure they tried to convince Richies Body Shop, to say it was not a total loss. Not even for the money -!Richies would not lie. Even though they were going to benefit by rebuilding my truck. Riches declared the truck totaled and would not release it to the insurance company without my okay.Good decent people and honest business people!

Management promised my 72 year old mother the world and then kept on coming up with excuses. Installed salvage parts( Not approved by my mother) paint over spray got on upholstery. The gloss was ruined in several areas. All while extending the time they kept her car for nearly a month. While ensuring her this was to deliver the best quality.So in short over promised under delivered on quality and truthfulness .All while paying a premium.Caution your bill will continually increase.Final note. I went with my mother to pick up her car, we pointed out our concerns of quality and overspray on the interior . They should first of the week they would call her and make it right. They never called and went ahead and turned in the bill to the insurance company.

Richie Body Shop did an AMAZING job replacing a 2013 Honda Accord bumper and windshield. The paint job was so good that it looked like a new car! I got in a wreck about 2 weeks ago and the whole front end of my car was damaged. within 2 weeks I got the car back looking brand new with no issues! the receptionist, her name is Heather, was professional, swift, and handled all my frustrations quickly! 10/10!

I had called up there twice and got a quote of 1000 and Mike was very rude about saying that’s not what he quoted me but I don’t think I would keep calling up there for no reason. He was very rude.

I was very pleased with the customer service and the finished work.

I had to bring my car here since it was an approved shop for insurance. It took them a while to get to my car but that was not where the problems occurred. When I first received the car back you could still tell it had been in an accident the rear bumper and rear quarter panel we’re not straight in the trunk was off-center. I had to bring it back three times and every time they would almost talk over me and explain how it wasn’t that bad. Or that they understood what I was talking about and would fix it and when I went to pick it up it was still the same. Eventually I just gave up and maybe that was their plan to begin with there are still inconsistent gaps in the car but I don’t have any more wasted time to give to these people. Maybe if you just need a replacement bumper or a small quick fix they might be OK. But for any major repairs I would absolutely recommend going somewhere else they won’t waste your time and they will not fix your car.

I had horrible front end damage from where I was rear ended and then pushed under the car in front of me. I havery a brand new 2016 vehicle and I never thought it would drive the same. I took it to Richies and they took time to make sure everything was perfect and it looks just like it did before it was wrecked. It drives exactly the same as before. To look at it, you would not think it has ever been wrecked. I got a letter yesterday thanking me for my business and if I have any problems or questions to let them know. Great people, wonderful service all around if I could rank it higher than a 5 I would. Thank you guys so much!

*I would not select a star if that was a possibility.* My vehicle is currently at a certified jeep repair center for a complete rework of this body shops workmanship. I learned my lesson before things REALLY got out of hand (hopefully with no latent surprises?)My vehicle was at this shop for two weeks. The damage was mostly the front passenger door and barrier. I was told on three different occasions that my vehicle was ready-to-go.The first time I was notified, it was obvious that the work was rushed and it was not QC inspected. The body work quality was inferior. The new door sat out of the frame about a quarter inch, all the way around! The paint/blending was unsightly and had serious orange peel. All topped with a mis-matched door handle. Not to mention, the damaged side mirror was not replaced and put back on the door. I refused the repair.Assured that things would be corrected, I proceeded to entertain them for round 2 of 3. Three business days later, I was asked to come check out the body work and paint again. They said the mirror and door handle werent available immediately and it would be a couple days for delivery.Round 2 turned out to be another diaster. My husband accompanied me for this inspection. Suddenly the tone changed. The shop representative wanted to get the paperwork so he could be certain about what was completed. You arent sure? Reassuring, right?During a discussion about the paint/blending work from round 1, the representative mentioned that he agreed the first paint job was bad. He joked saying that he initally thought that it was the situation of a woman being particular about her car until he actually got to look at it for himself. I know! Wow! Completely unprofessional... to say the least. Women who are apparently particular about their cars should probably NOT expect to be taken seriously.If all of that wasnt enough, he proceeded to admit that the work was rushed and that he had not completed a final QC inspection of the vehicle before contacting me the first time. He thought that someone else already looked over it. After a line of questioning, he revealed that he had only been doing this for about a year. All of this really gives the impression that quality and thoroughness is at the top of the list.Ultimately, the door shell was still not right. The barrier needed more work. The paint needed more work. Get the idea? I rejected the repair for the second time. Right now, this is all hind sight. I should have tallied the red flags and realized was happening.In the midst of it all, I demanded that they make this right and to quite wasting my time. I insisted that I was not interested in good enough. The shop representative shook my hand and looked me in the eye as he said that he would go over it with a fine tooth comb before he contacted me again. I was in for a treat.Two days later, which was Friday, I got a call at 4:15 pm that my car was ready. The shop closes ~5:30. I went the following Monday after work. I state clearly again...I AM CURRENTLY GETTING A COMPLETE REWORK AT A DIFFERENT BODY SHOP.Round 3 was the most surprising. I was outside with the shop representative and the owner. I didnt even get the decency of the owner to introduce himself to me since this was our first interaction. I find that odd, especially given all the trouble I experienced with the repairs.Instead, when I pointed out how bad things still were and that I wasnt going to accept the vehicle, the owner said that this is as good as I can get it. The owner was rude to me, raised his voice and made me feel uncomfortable. The only option I was given was the key to my car. I definitely hoped for the best. I gave the shop 3 opportunities to get it right. The shop damaged the interior of my car because it was completely covered with body repair dust.I would NOT recommend this body shop. I am getting a COMPLETE REWORK of this body shops workmanship. I cannot believe how BAD my experience was dealing with this local body shop. Dont gamble!
