As usual this hobby lobby does not disappoint. They are well stocked.The staff is friendly and genuinely helpful.I am not your typical hobby lobby suburban momma. And even when I go in for materials mid project sweaty and covered in dirt or oil no one bats an eye.

I love Hobby Lobby. I was a bit disappointed with their selection of collage frames. Only a few to choose from and pretty expensive for the quality.

Like everything in the store a bit pricey on most items but usually very good deals on sales

This was an amazing experience and I didnt even get halfway through the store. I was able to find so much stuff that was needed to decorate for my friends wedding. We are going back next weekend to see what else we can find for the wedding. Everyone was so friendly! I really enjoyed my first time there.

High prices! Huge selection of stuff made in China that pretty much never changes. They regularly rotate sales discounts weekly by types of merchandise.

Thank you for your great customer service it really meant a lot to use.. and as far as invatory they have lots and lots of great finds go check it out for yourself.. Ill be back

Some things are cute and worth buying here, but their furniture… do not even buy. Just walk right pass… it’s super cheaply made!

I love that you dont have to put any furniture together, they do it for you. Whatever is in the store, you buy it straight as is, no assembly required.

Wonderful place. Found all my household decorations and accent furniture with reasonable prices and great sales. They have everything you need for many ocassions.

So far so good, the prices have gone up on some stuff because of biden policy hoping that will change in the near future. Thanks hobby lobby for being there for us here in Cleveland County NC

I usually have pretty good experiences at hobby lobby and frequent there often but today I felt really as though there has been some skipped customer service lessons. From the employee who was restocking the paper studio vinyl who rudely walked by and huffed and puffed as I looked for my color. Which she had her bens in front of and not once offered assistance. To the cashier at register 1 who only spoke to say hi and tell me my total because she and another employee had better things to talk about. Like who’s leaving first😂 I couldn’t even get eye contact. She kept her side to me the entire transaction. While I hate leaving these type of reviews, they are very much needed because today I almost left everything there but I needed the items in a crunch. This is why I have also started ordering online the customer service experience is non existent these days…

Hobby Lobby has very high prices seeing as how there is absolutely nothing that anybody needs in that store. But it is full of pretty baubles to decorate your home and craft supplies that will keep you busy for years. I did buy a cute little white painted table to finish off a kitchen project. My husband was very critical of the cheap construction of the piece but it was the right size and style.

Great deals, check sales online each week before going to the store! Sales rotate! Get what you want and get out. If you try and talk to the sales associates or management, you will confuse them.

Cake decorating selection is sub par compared to Michaels. Seems like they are more focused on home decor than anything else. Still a great store but I wish we had a Michaels in Shelby, NC.
