Couldnt find a couple items due to not being stocked but wasnt bad. Clean and friendly.

The shelves are almost empty as they prepare to move to the new location.

I Brought a Brown Suppose to Be Leather Recliner an had it for about a year an I hardly Sit in it an the pleather is falling Off it Already I Spoke With Someone at the Shelby NC Store an they Gave Me the Run Around, So Be Very, Careful Buying Furniture From Them.

Theres nothing really wrong with the store or employees, but I was looking at furniture for my daughters apartment because big lots is normally cheaper. The prices on the furniture has gone way up

Big Lots not as big as Walmart but a whole lot more peaceful 100% better then Walmart in Shelby you can go to Big Lots in Shelby and you can actually Park close nobodys parking in handicap its not handicapped price is reasonable I suggest you take your money to Big Lots instead of Walmart

Not much left in the store

Went to the store to look for Halloween they had a few shelves. Many shelves were empty as it appeared they were setting Christmas. Overall I though the store was stocked and they were friendly.

My daughter and I were shopping for a desk today. Evelyn walked with us to the area they were displayed. She stated when we found one we liked she would check stock for us. Unfortunately this store only had the display. Evelyn offered to check to see if the Gastonia store had any. Even though it stated they had 4 she suggested we call ahead to be sure and ask they have one to hold for us. Gastonia stated they had none in stock. We decided to go check ourselves. Gastonia ended up having the desk which we did purchase. My daughter called Evelyn to let her know. I know this is a long review, but if everyone was half as kind as Evelyn was to us the world would be a much nicer place. Shelby Big Lots is fortunate to have such a thoughtful and helpful employee at their store. Thank you Evelyn for your kindness today.

Awful!!! I found a really nice counter stool that I wanted, it was on clearance for $29 I asked Salesman to get down from top shelf we took to check out and manager said I couldnt buy it, said it was the only one left and they couldnt sell it I asked why?I figured that was why it was on clearance because there was only 1 instead of a set . So why display it if youre not gonna sell it? I was extremely upset and I wont be shopping at this particular store anymore.

Okay so if you love Glade candles ~ this store has them for so cheap! I love that I can find snacks for less, buy my cleaning supplies for almost $1 and also get some great furniture leased in just one stop!! The manager rocks and will help you with anything you need. All the cashiers are friendly and really make shopping here a blessing!

Good customer service today but the bathrooms need to be updated, theres no holder for the toilet paper. Nice stock and clean shelves but lighting needs updating too. I really wish corporate would remodel this location!

Went in to just pick up a few thing for gifting today and stumbled append a new selection of furniture by Lane; realy great deal and for a limited time . the new gray is dark and will go with alot of different styles. The manager is real nice and so are the sales reps at the shelby location!

This store is clean, organized, and well put together. The floor plan was fantastic.

The workers are nice. Everything is set out where you can see what they have.

They were out a lot of stuff that I need store need to be restocked.

Very dirty store even by big lot standards. No organization and things are hard to find, doesnt seem like they care where they locate items, just have to wonder around and look at every isle to find what you are looking for.

This has begun to be one of my favorite places to shop. Thank you!
