This is one of if not my fav discount store! It’s always a surprise what treasure you might find. I love the snacks/food especially. Beats even Walmart prices! Just need to have an open mind on what you might find here.

I didnt know what to expect walking into a bargain store. Some of them can be quite sketchy. This one is amazing. They have everything here; Food, clothes, housewares, furniture, outdoor items and even bathroom rugs. I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, the employees were friendly, and the quality items a priced affordably. It is very similar to a BigLots. Highly recommended store.

I was out one day and decided to go on a bargain hunt. So I put on all my camo.. Loaded up on all the ammo.. Walked in the door and they Said scrammo. I Said..but Im safe.. Im wearing a mask.. And sun glasses and dressed in camo.. How could I not be safe?? And again. Im wearing. Mask.. They had stuff. We bought stuff.. Nice symbiotic relationship we have here.

This was my first trip to Bargain Hunt. I was a bit overwhelmed by the variety and volume of product for sale. Initially I didnt think Id make a purchase, because I didnt see anything that I NEEDED. I had some time to spare and really just wanted to check out the inventory. As I made my way further towards the back of the store, I found several items I didnt need, but liked and wanted to buy for the price. This included 2 wall hangings, pet toys, and a king size sheet set that I snagged for just $10. The cashier was friendly and threw in a free bottle of hand sanitizer. Ill be back.

A good place to find a bargain.i bought 2 tops for 5dollars that normally were more tan 50$.The only draw back if u are seeking a specific item like I was, u may not find it there.But if youre a bargain hunter youll probably find something at a great price

I have gone to a few locations of this chain. While there certainly are bargains to be found, they are a little high on some items. I love the Shelby, NC store because they are organized. The manager is super friendly and helpful.

Not the store it started out being with the extra discounts you could find based on a date code on products that could get you 10 to 90 % more off tag depending on how long it had been in the store, sadly they discontinued that few years back (atleast all the stores i been in recently) which to me made BARGAIN HUNT fun shopping,

First Im theyre kind of confusing but okay

You can find some really nice stuff. Best time to get stuff is when they finally put it on a sale. Some items they dont put on sale or have not yet. Only real problem is by there webpage there prices are supposed to go down every week an item is there. This store dose not follow that policy. Have been watch several items for months and no price drop.

You really never know what youre going to find in there, but you wont leave empty-handed.... The discounts on certain things are nothing short of amazing. This trip I bought boys Skechers for $25. That is the most expensive thing I ever bought there, but still heavily discounted from original price. Was happy to find good quality pencil bags for less than a dollar each and Naruto plushies discounted to 79 cents. There are always bargains to be had. Only downside is that you need to check that what youre buying actually works or has its pieces. I had a few problems in the past. But I recommend this store to everyone, especially parents. Toys and clothes galore!

Saturday was my first time and within the first minute the manager?? (white balding guy) was making rude comments to the cashier about having her go through this big crate of random merchandise and she made snide comment back. However, as busy as they were I doubt that she would have the time do even start. Did not feel welcomed or at ease while there. I wont spend much time commenting that the prices I compare were more than Food Lion & Walmart......

I really liked it, Im just shocked by the prices considering its supposed to be a discount store. Too expensive to be a discount store in my opinion. There are some good deals, just not what I was expecting or hoping to find.

Not as much bargain as I thought

Lots of good deals. However, most of the items do not ring up correctly and if youre not watching the cashiers seem to not give you the discounts on the sale items. Other than having to watch the check out procedure its a pretty decent place to get great bargains.

You’ll find a mix of brand new items & returned items.Sometimes the prices are cheaper than normal, it mostly it’s basic retail prices.The biggest thing you need to remember is CHECK your merchandise before purchase. We brought a kids toy to the front counter to check for missing parts & it was missing 4 pieces.The staff are nice & the restroom is decent.

Love this store! Always great deals. Ive bought stuff that doesnt work or missing pieces ( they sell returned and close out items from other stores) and I can return it easily with my receipt. Cashiers are always friendly.

Very surprised with the selection and prices. I will definitely return sometime in the near future. Employees were helpful and friendly which is a huge bonus. They have clothes, shoes, electronic gadgets, toys, bedding, etc. Awesome place.

Really good prices and if you catch them having a sale then its great prices! The staff arent the best and it seems like they have a high turnover rate but that comes with the territory.

The Shelby location has the best staff!!!! Leighann does a phenomenal job as a member of management and is always willing to help when I go in to shop.

You can find some great deals, you can also find thing that make you shake your head.

50 50 shot on good deals

Its my first time going to bargain hunt. Most of the items are returned items from stores or clearance items. They price most items about 30% to 50% off what the price would be in thr store. Everything comes with the 30 day warranty which is nice. Every time I go in there I always find something that I wanted. Its better to buy item at a professional place like this then going to the flea market and not getting a warranty.

Great store to find different things. Some prices are wat below regular retail value while others were doubled and sometimes tripled. I found a few good things but there were some things that really blew my mind with the crazy prices. They also have discounts but if you dont tell the cashier they wont know.

In location of old Might Dollar, FOLKS if you like to pan for gold this place is your place to look and shift thru isles of inventory to find a diamond on every isle, GOT To LQQK. I got a $50 iPhone X case, for $1.49, that’s a dollar and forty-nine cents. WOW.

Great prices! Id hope looking for a bargain, look no further than bargain hunt! Not all of their stores have the same merchandise, but their prices are very good!

Was so excited to check this place out finally. The store was jammed packed with things to offer and nice prices. A little cluttered and messy in parts. Found a few treasures. I was most excited about a shower caddy at a good price. I live a hour from this location so I was very upset to get home and find that the caddy was missing more than half the parts. Little irritated I pretty much wasted $15. I would probably go back but check things more closely.

Pretty good stuff. Found a camera bag to fit ALL of my gear in for $30! That’s amazing!

I had at one point given this place a 5 star rating. We moved away and made a trip up recently to get our stuff out of storage. We stopped by here while in Shelby. I cannot believe how unorganized and expensive this place has gotten! Stuff was EVERYWHERE! I picked up one toy to look at it and a whole shelf of items fell down on me! We WILL NOT be going back! You can pay the same prices for retail and not get attacked by falling merchandise.

Once got a bed there for a decent price but going back to find some other things was pointless. A lot of things are overpriced and some of the products were messed up. Has a few good deals. Honestly just have to test your luck there.

Bargain Hunt is a good name for it, because you really have to hunt to find a bargain there. I can find better prices at Walmart on a lot of the items.
