When you go into the Oras Supermarket, they do greet you. It always has a smell, that is not welcoming but the owner of the place helped my partner and I out and she was the sweetest woman. I did not get her name but she told us that she used to be a teacher. They helped us get cases of meat at reasonable prices being that we were needing enough meet for a birthday cookout. I give this place four stars. You cant beat good customer service!!

Friendly staff, convenient location. Limited selection of produce and dairy, and the quality is hit or miss. They offer meat bundles which I havent tried personally. They also offer a bulk freezer deal where you can choose 5 items for $20. Frozen selections include meats, vegetables, breakfast items, and desserts.

Good selection of meat - beef, chicken, pork, lobster, and more - and a knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help you make your choice. They have some bundle deals that will fill up your freezer or provide enough meat for a really awesome cookout. They have some produce and seasoning options to choose from, including local seasoning mixes from NC, as well although the produce selection is somewhat limited. Ora has been around for a long time and Ive never had a negative experience while shopping there. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because they were completely out of New York Strips yesterday (2-August-2018). The Ora staff said that they would have more New York Strips the following day. I did find a good looking three pack of Ribeyes and was really tempted by their bacon wrapped Filet Mignon. The Ribeye steaks were $8.99 per pound yesterday which, according to a Google search on 2-August-2018, is less than or equal to the price for Ribeyes at several wholesale clubs including Sams and Costco.

I like coming to Oras. They seem to have good deals here. They normally would have meat packages that were really good bit since there is a meat shortage that seems to be discontinued at the moment. Hope the meat packages makes a comeback soon.

I Love this place. I’m upset I didn’t find it sooner. The meat is tender, they have amazing deals. And the staff is incredibly friendly & helpful! I also messaged them with a question on Facebook and they replied super quickly. I have found my new meat supplier!

Very disappointed that during this difficult time 73% lean ground beef is $4.99 lb. Its not that price from the whole sell. I know a little money has to be made, but do not take advantage of people when some seem so desperate.

Asked man could he cut a whole in date ham in half because I didnt want to purchase whole 18lb ham.he replied I will have to ask someone he never did not did he acknowledge that I was waiting on an answer.
