Great service and quality. Ive been searching everywhere for a good 36x36 floor pillow insert which are hard to find. Jona was quick and patient enough to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The inserts were shipped immediately and are exactly as described. Unlike other large inserts that you may find for cheaper, these are plush, fluffy and also dense enough to support a persons weight without sinking to the floor. I purchased items from Hackner Home and 15 days later I received an order cancellation notification and refund, due to the items suddenly being out of stock.This is incredibly unprofessional. Within the 15 days they took to inform me that my order was never processed, I could have sourced from another shop. Given this was my first experience with this business, I cannot in good faith recommend them if youre looking for a timely and fulfilled order.Id recommend better inventory management and communication, moving forward. Incredibly underwhelmed.

I found Hackner Home on Instagram and fell in love with their designs. Just received my first order and the pillow covers look even better in person. The fabric and craftsmanship is very high quality (I know this because my mom used to make high end pillow covers for designer homes). I had ordered the wrong size but HH was very helpful with assisting me with my exchange. I will be ordering many more pillow covers from them.
